The food took forever. It was swimming in the sauces. The egg noodles look like they were from the bottom of a bag. When we did get the food we had asked for some hot mustard and chili oil and he never returned with it. Just awful.

Wow haven't been to this restaurant in a while but it sure has gone down hill. There were only two other tables besides us. We ordered two appetizers and two entrees. All of the food came out at once like the kitchen is so backed up. So while I'm trying to eat my appetizer, my entree is sitting there getting cold. Huge pet peeve of mine. The food had changed. You can tell it had been thrown together as fast as possible. It came looking like someone had started eating it from the kitchen. The dishes are all melamine now so don't count on your food remaining even warm to the end of your meal. Such a let down. I only have it two starts because it is just barely a step above Panda Express... BARELY. I'm sure it will get there quickly. What a shame. SMH

We came to Pei Wei expecting the same great service we usually get, but that wasn’t the case. Almost all of the tables were dirty with dishes and food. The guy who took our order gave my wife attitude while we were ordering and I watched as he later went behind the kitchen door and could see him wrestling around with another guy through the doors window. Very unprofessional. If I wanted a fast food experience I would have gone to McDonald’s. This was all around 7:30pm.

It has been a long time since I have been to Pei Wei. The other location cooking area was so dirty that I stopped eating at any Pei Wei locations. It was next door to a store that I was shopping in, so I decided to give Pei Wei another chance. Gluten free, vegetarian and kid's menu options are absolutely available. There are more options on the restaurant's menu than on the website. Clean restaurant and cooking area. Good customer service. However, I ordered a very spicy Kung Pao Shrimp and it had way too many carrots in it, just a few shrimp. In addition, ordered a kid's meal and meal had to be remade because it contained wrong protein. Will I be back to any Pei Wei? Probably not. Pei Wei seems to have lost its appeal. Perhaps you'll have a better experience than I have. Best of luck to you!

I had been sick and couldn't eat for two days. When I was finally better I wanted Pad Thai that I usually get at the Coronado location. I ordered extra sauce on the side. They put none on the food and gave me soy sauce instead of the sauce they actually use which I proceeded to pour on the entire dish and ruined it. They didn't add peanuts or the extra egg I ordered either. I basically paid $15 for dry noodles and 4oz of chicken. Trash. I'll never ever eat or order from there again.

The food tastes good and was prepared quickly. Conveniently accept ApplePay. The temperature inside the restaurant is on a lower side so dress warm if planning to dine in

Food wasn’t the best. Two cooks were professional in their uniform doing their job, then you have this other guy wearing a hoodie with a hat backwards. He was constantly touching his phone then goes to fix food without washing his hands…. In his late teens or early 20s super loud and obnoxious. Cross contamination isn’t good.

Foods a bit over priced for mostly a bowl of rice with very little meat. Nothing is more devastating then opening your long awaited container of food for rice.. Yes the meals come with rice but when your meal is primarily rice it's disappointing. First time eating here and pretty disappointed .The search continues for a good Asian restaurant.

The place was filthy, seats torn, tables were sticky and you can clearly see the dirt and grime throughout the restaurant. The staff didn’t care if they had customers or not in fact we felt like we were taking them away from their screen time. The food was the best part of our experience and that was awful. The fried rice was swimming in grease and tasteless.

I’ve been eating here for years, but tonight we ordered PeiWei for delivery and it was probably the worst food I’ve had in a very long time. We ordered Orange Chicken and Mongolian Chicken. What we got was plain boiled chicken and plain rice. No sauce, no seasoning, nothing. Vile and inedible. Quality has been declining for awhile but this is just absurd. ~$15 per entree for bland, tasteless food. For context, boiled chicken and rice is what I feed my dog. This was literally like eating dog food. They gave me an orange slice, so it was like someone poured a La Croix over dog food and charged me $50 (delivery charge and tip) for it. I’m officially done with this place.

Would give them zero stars if possible. We used to love Pei Weis but this was the worst food we have had in a long time. They served dry noodles and rice with no flavor. The main dishes were absolutely disgusting. The chili sauce on the shrimp was so thick and sweet that you couldn't eat it. What a waste of our money. What happened to the food we used to love?

Pei Wei is disgusting. They need to go back to their original PF Chang-ish copycat menu. Food at the Wei is not fresh fresh. My children refuse to eat there because they took sweet and sour off of the menu. The last time I got Mongolian steak, the steak was Rancid. Go back to Fresh Food and your PF Chang-esque menu, please! You get cheaper food with the same lack of quality at Panda Express, at least Panda is actually consistent in their fatty gloppy goopy chicken. Pei Wei is like Christmas Day in a dumpster...you never know what your gonna actually be served or how rancid the food will be. What happened?!? You seem to lack the passion you once had for your livelyhood.

This was the nastiest overpriced food I’ve ever had. The bowl was filled with rice and about 5 pieces of chicken, more like little slimy pieces of scraps. Chicken had a funny taste to eat, each meal we purchased was left on the table that’s how bad it was. The space where they keep the soy sauce and chili sauce looks like it hasn’t been wiped down in quite some time. I would rather eat Panda Express for better quality than what they served. Restaurant was dirty and bathrooms were not clean. Save your money and chose a better place.

I placed an online order totaling $95 and shortly after, realized I made a mistake on one of the entrees. I called to try to have it corrected before it was made and sent out for delivery but I was placed on hold for 15 minutes after being told I would be on hold for 5. My call was never picked up and when someone else in my household called, they answered for that call when I hung up my line. Of course by that time it was far too late and my order was already sent out. I understand that it was my error, but customers should never be placed on hold for that long with no one coming back to answer. I worked at both Albuquerque locations for three years when I was in my early twenties and nothing like this ever happened. The soup I ordered was completely spilled into the bag it was wrapped in after the container didn’t stay sealed during transport. Very disappointed.

We ordered Mongolian Steak and Kung pow steak through door dash. Gave us Kung pow shrimp instead and steak was so overcooked. Called and reordered went and picked up. Order was correct, but steak was still way overcooked.

Poor service. Had a small order for curbside pickup. Texted the number to let them know I was there. Ignored for 13 minutes. Had to call. Couldn't locate the order. Offered the order number, just wanted my name. He said there were no orders with that name. He asked what was in the order, I told him. He then found it. Brought it out. I said thank you. He ignored me. Noticed I did not get the side of sauce I ordered. Had to call again. Brought it out, I said thank you, he said nothing and walked away. Customer service bad 👎 😑

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service. I called to place an order for carry out tonight. They answered the phone and placed me on hold. After sitting on hold for 32 minutes I hung up. I guess I will never know how good or bad this food is because they will never get my business. If management reads this review… You need to train your people to at least check on the person on hold… Just horrible.

I will never dine here again. The chicken meat for the firecracker chicken was riddled with gristle and just disgusting. On a Friday night there were only a few people dining here and I should have seen that as a red flag.

I ordered kung pao only because of the peanuts and the fact it’s always spicy not this time. No peanuts and no chili flakes or spicy added at all. Very bland. Steak was good that’s about it. Plate full of carrots and peas but not what I want. I spoke with a manager she came up with excuses but didn’t bother to exchange or credit.

So Mongolian beef was one of my favorite dishes from there. The only issue is consistency. Sometimes it was great. Sometimes it was not that great. Apparently someone at headquarters decided that a reduction in business was because the price it’s not it’s because of consistency would I pay more for Mongolian beef if it’s prepared, right, yes easily 50% more so now they brought in a chef and come up with new dishes that are more affordable. They put disgusting carrots in their fried rice. Thank you for ruining one of my favorite restaurants. You don’t understand your niche in the restaurant business, you’re higher end, quit trying to be bargain.

This is for the 10420 Coors Bypass location My husband and I ordered take out tonight. All I can say is this was the worst food ever. I don't know what has happened to this place. We ordered from there because it had been a long time since we had tried them and thought maybe they had gotten better. Well, they have gotten worse. $35 for slop I wouldn't even feed a pig. The spring rolls were cold as ice in the middle, the crab wontons were extremely undercooked and the Pei Wei Original was awful. The rice was underneath the shrimp and floating in sauce. It was a soup. Literally soup. We will never, ever go back. I don't see how you can continue to stay open. Your lack of care for your products is obvious. Have some pride. You have lost not just us as a customer but we will tell everyone we know not to eat there. Sorry but this is on you.

I didn't know about this hidden gem. I started coming here in late November 2022. The food is delicious. The main reason i keep coming back is the kindness of your cashier Yasmin. She is a hard worker and is very kind to all of your guests. I will continue to come. Thank you Yasmin for treating my family with such respect. You are the best!

I’ve visited this store 6 times. The food is good but they never get my order correct. And the cashier is very rude. The store is slow and I can see why. Horrible customer service.

Great food however the crew here has an attitude. Pei wei by the freeway has better service. I'll just avoid this location like the plague and go to the other location.

We love the gluten free from Pei Wei!! So yummy and with all their great email promotions it is a good deal too! I enjoy the peiwei original chicken, can be a bit spicy but usually it's just right. Wish they would bring back the gluten free sweet and sour chicken though!!

We ordered three entree's and a few appetizers. Appetizers were as described, but the entree's, other then the lo mein, had about 6 tiny pieces of chicken on top of like 4 cups of white rice for the other two dishes.

The place was pretty dirty especially around the beverage area. One of the cooks had a full on beard not covered with a hair net. Beard was so long almost hung in the food while he was preparing it. Nothing special about the food, basic Chinese.
