I dunno about it fillings you up for $5. Got it fast, maybe a little to fast because it was chewy. Too much breading too but that's not this location's fault. Has KFC gone downhill?

I ordered an 8 pc bucket towards the end of the night. I specified a mix of dark and white meat and also ordered AND paid for an extra breast just in case they forgot my specification of a mix of white and dark meat. What did I get, you ask? I got 10 pieces of dark meat. I do not like dark meat. They could have just cancelled my order. If they had I would not be leaving this review. Instead they tried to be sneaky. I do not appreciate this attempt at subterfuge. Also known as lying.

Ordered the 8 pieace extra crispy meal to ask for 4 pieces to be breast. I paid the extra and got home didn't get it. I called manager said he'll give us the two breast NP. Went the next day a different manager showed the receipt and explained again NP. I said it was extra crispy got the two breast again came home and was original not extra crispy.. Come on pay attention to detail guys.

New Years Eve, wanted food to take out after long day of driving. Asked for extra Crispy, didn't have it. Wanted white meat got dark, asked for honey. Didn't get. No plastic to eat with and NO napkins all for $28, bucks.

I ordered through drive up. Excellent fried chicken and sides. The person that took our order and gave our food order was very nice and friendly. We put a special order in as well on certain cuts of the chicken and was treated very well. Good place to go to get very good fried original KFC chicken!!

The drive-thru is so slow and it’s usually the manager running it which is sad, it’s like they only serve 1 person at a time. You have to wait at the speaker forever before someone takes your order.

Horrible place. I have gone 4 times each time hoping it would be better. It was not. The website says it closes at 10pm. Tbey have a paper at drive through saying it closes at 8 pm. They generally run out of chicken by 7. How do you run out of chicken its literally the only thing you sell. On 11/3/22 i tried again and ordered the 3pc. Box meal original breading. I got two pcs chicken one spicy one original. And then they had the nerve to put a paper in the bag that talked about how they are hiring like anyone wants to work.at such a substandard place.

Got there 15 minutes till closing they had everything shut down and cleaning. Lights were on but they said they were closed. They have a closing time for a reason not to shut down when they are ready to go home.

Bad attitude, work named Antonio was very rude. Never will go back, use to like KFC. I didn't order a side of attitude.

I ordered a regular 4 piece chicken with coslaw and corn it was one of the most disgusting meals I've ever eaten.

They have hot wings back limited time. Love tuesdays chicken fried steak

Always come in for a good meal of chicken ! And now they came back with the hot wings I love so much ! They are a little different from last time but still just as good. Thanks KFC. Loved it.

The only time they ever got my order right was when I ordered the pot pies. They always charge for the combo meal,even though I never ordered it. I ordered the 2 piece dinner with both thighs. They give me 2 drumsticks. Go to Popeyes. It's better food, tastes better, and you will get what you ordered.

If I could I will give them 0 the service was my worst experience today around 7:05 pm I went there and they closed the door lobby in my face the manager make a signal like we are close so I went to the drive thru and wait forever at the speaker then when finally place my order the manager with a horrible manner very unprofessional closed the window and after a coworker came said my order wasn’t put in the system because the gross manager Bianca she doesn’t understand my accent I said you know what I’m not do business with you any more I decided go to Church chicken down there and finally get my family dinner with 0 problem KFC need to do better with the staffing or you going be out the business

I always loved KFC but now that we’re heading out of town, we stopped for a bucket of 10 piece with mashed potatoes, gravy and 4 rolls. Oh! My goodness! If we weren’t driving out of town, I would take this sorry food back and have those employees try eating this old dried up food! We’re so disappointed! Really!!?? Serving people dry old food to make a buck!? We will never order anything from kfc again. A picture can’t tell you how old and dry everything is! Well wait! The potato’s are runny and gravy is too, so something wasn’t dry! My husband works hard for his money, it doesn’t come to us free. Don’t go to 4th street kfc in ABQ. And if you do! Taste the food first before driving off! Sorry place to get KFC Disappointing to say the least!

I've been searching for a good chicken place, I think I've found it, employees are nice, place is clean and checked every few visits from indoor dinning, chicken is not over cooked, I felt comfortable here.

Seriously? Why do you even have hours posted if you can NEVER abide by them? Not once have I come here for an Uber pick up and have actually gotten it. Change your hours, or hire people who keep the restaurant open (and pay them appropriately!)

Chicken still had part's of feathers and not cooked completely it taste like old chicken not recommended.

Terrible food. Mushy extra crispy chicken cold hard fries sides are gross too.

Still my choice for the best fried chicken, gravy, & coleslaw. I'm a regular, and I'll be back soon!

Stopped to get a Six dollar chicken deal. The chicken was old, dark and dry. It was not the usual KFC juicy chicken that you would expect.

Grabbed dinner, a bit expensive for something to eat. Not really any deals here but food and service was good.

They always seem to forget one of my sides, but other than that, the food is great & so are the employees!
