I’ve been to multiple Garcia Kitchens that are not express. This express place is just like the others satisfactory. Great staff and atmosphere. Hands down 5 star for food and service. Combo plate was great. Sopalilla with honey always tasty. One of the lowest priced in town. I got bought off guard when it was time to pay, they do not accept ApplePay which is the only way I was able to pay. Luckily I had my CC# available on my phone notes therefore transaction was successful. Free Wi-Fi available

I was very disappointed with the service. Th waitress pointed to an area told us to find a seat. Then about 10 minutes later a coffee server came and got us coffee, We waited another 10 minutes and i asked the coffee server if someone could take our order. She told me no that you can wait for your waitress. So we finished our coffee and still no waitress even acknowledged we were there. We also over heard the waitress arguing with another customer in a very rude condescending tone. So we decided to leave the Manger and cashier we gracious and declined payment for the coffee. i have been in there many times and have only great things to say, but if this is going to be a trend i will not be returning.

The food was fresh, but lacked attention to uniquely served, quality dish combinations, however the price was on spot. Some alcohol options which was a nice touch. Easy parking. Great, attentive staff.

Came here for a family breakfast. The food was perfect, service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was calm. Everyone was kind and sweet. I had green chili stew, it had a nice bite to it. Highly recommend this place!

Worst Mexican food I've ever had. Except I didn't make it past 2 bites. Terrible. Horrid. Taco Bell makes better food than the puke I was served. The Carnitas was nothing more than flavorless boiled meat. The rice was terrible. There was literally nothing on my plate worth chewing. You should be ashamed. I feel sorry for anyone who makes the mistake of eating there. I'd rate it lower than 1 star if it were at all possible. Worst $53.00 I've ever spent.

This place is going down hill, the customer service used to be better but it seems like everybody's lazy these days no one wants to work nobody wants business anymore. We called 45 minutes before they close and there phone is busy the entire time. I tried calling and I know they do it on purpose so that they don't have to take orders late and that is terrible. I thought they were in business to make money not lose money. I'm sure I'm not the only one that was calling, can you imagine how much business they lost because people want to order take out.

Be careful with this location. I ordered carry out and got to my car before realizing I wasn't given my credit card back. The person who ran my card claimed she gave it back, but she didn't. I had to cancel my card. This has never happened to me before, I won't be going back.

WE have been coming here about once a week, BUT we wont be back. We ate here a few weeks ago and used a credit card for the meals, we always leave the tip in cash and make note of this on the receipt that we keep.I got my statement today and found that even though I left the tip in cash(30%) they charged my credit card that same amount !!. I called and the manager made good on the "mistake" but I sure don't like this if it really was a mistake.

So Sad. Been going here for 20 years at least ( ever since it opened) and it has always been great. Spent thousands here over the years. This time OMG, the food was horrible. I don't know what happened to this place but the rice was watery, the green chili had absolutely no flavor whatsoever, the pork was dried up to brick form. No cheese but a few slivers on the burrito and the prices were through the roof. Service was fine. RIP this location.

My family and I love coming Gracia's. Food taste amazing. The atmosphere is genuine and the servers are very polite and on top of everything. We always enjoy our time at Gracia's.

We ordered takeout and the food presentation was terrible. We had combination plates and the tamales were dry and hard to cut. We received only one salsa for the tacos. We complained the next day and they gave us a complimentary combination plate which was much better.

This is the place to go for your New Mexican diner fix. They've got all the basics at reasonable prices including my favorite huevos rancheros (corn under, over-easy eggs with red and a sopa on the side) and chicken tacos. You can also get their flour tortillas to-go (by the bag) along with a smattering of yummy desserts.

I have been ordering food from here for many years. Me and my dad(RIP) never had a complaint. I ordered a green chile chicken enchilada plate this evening for carryout. I got home hungry and excited and when I opened the to go box my enchiladas were submerged in 2 inches of liquid. The food was soggy and the beans were old. Worst plate I have ever had at this restaurant. I am saddened because I will never get food from here again. I'll drive a little further next time to little anitas on Corrales rd and alameda.

Met with family for breakfast at this location, ordered over fried burnt chips and queso which was extremely watery! Ordered a chicharon burrito and chicharon appetizer, chicharones were completely burnt and tasted like they were cooked in 6 month old grease! Food wasn’t eaten and was still forced to pay with a whopping 10% off!

The food was good. I tried the Indian taco n it was not like I'm used to having. The chile was good. We ordered take out as well but I was disappointed... the stuffed sopapilla plate was small and skinny. Also got sopapillas and they were greasy! The entire paperbag was dripping w oil. The containers with the food in the bag were also dripping w oil..unfortunately we didnt eat it. sorry for this review, the food is good here but just had this unfortunate situation.

When my husband forst started eating at thos location and loved it. Lately no so much we even though maybe they just had some off days. We gave it a couple more tries and was extremely disappointed. Takes a while to get you order taken. You fill up or your drink before you get food.

These folks are a definitely serving the MEATIEST Green Chili Stew (GCS) I've ever seen. The small bowl at $10 is a steal as this is a very filling meal even without the delicious, piping hot sopapillas. This GCS is really a stew as it's served in a thick gravy with a lot of potatoes (they even added beans to mine) as opposed to other offerings I've seen that are closer to a soup. I think the GCS could have been spicier and had more Green Chili flavor, but damn - there was so much meat!! The service is prompt and friendly. This is a pretty functional place, not a lot of atmosphere, but good food and friendly folks.

The food is consistently good. Gotta love our NM chile! We love the cozy atmosphere. I do wish they would have gluten-free options for tortillas and sopas.

I love this place! It's the only Garcia's that still has the full menu (and I hope they don't change that). Great food, good portions, and reasonable prices. Nice people too!

Yesterday I visited the Garcia's on Taylor's ranch road. I ordered 3 BLT sandwiches which I waited almost an hour to receive. The Bacon on the sandwiches was clearly old. When I got home and called to talk to the manager cynthia she argued to me that the food was fresh. She was very combative and didn't try to find a way to help me, so this isn't a place I would order from for you or your family seeing as how they do not care about quality. Save your hard earned money for a business that actually cares and deserves it.

Walk in, 1st in line, then others line up at a separate register. They are dressed nice, not me im in a hoody. I am told to wait. He rang up 3 cust, b4 I say cnx it. I drove , came back, ended up purchasing anyways. But, man, that felt like some reverse racism. As a Mexican I did not appreciate it. Sad sad sad I have just moved to the area, they are 10mins away. I try to support small businesses. But, customer service top of my priorities for my family. We will not be going there. This made me so upset. It was so blatant.
