How can you seriously serve this to people with a straight face, this isn’t even the first time it’s looked like this but it’s definitely the last time I risk it by coming here.

I have to place orders because nothing is ever hot and ready. My order from today was cut completely backwards, not sure how you can screw this one up. If my middle child didn't like this pizza so much I swear we would stop ordering it altogether

30 min before closing time they refused to make hot wings saying it would take 12 min. Waited over 5 min for my pizza anyway. ??? I would’ve been fired back when I worked in the restaurant industry. Otherwise it was overall a decent visit.

This Little Caesar's Pizza restaurant is awesome! Visited today (Wednesday 11/16/2022) after 1PM to pick up two (2) Hot-N-Ready pies. The young lady that took my order over the phone was professional, personable and very polite! Unfortunately, I didn't ask her name. The same young lady waited on me when I arrived to pick up my pizza pies. She had nice arm tattoos. The pizzas were hot and delicious! Seems like THIS location doesn't have a bunch of pre-made pizza pies placed under heat lamps, waiting for customer orders. These pizzas were super fresh! Won't hesitate to patronize this Little Caesar's location in the future. Staff is attentive, responsive and appreciative of its customers. Not hard to recognize this business while driving in moderate traffic. Busy traffic on Montano Rd. can make it difficult to enter or exit the parking lot. Parking lot is a bit cramped. Holds about 40 or 50 parking spaces, maybe. This Little Caesar's restaurant is co-located with other drive-up-walk-in businesses. Five (5) Star Service!

The absolute worst pizza place in Albuquerque. The women who work here are rude and just plain disrespectful to their customers. DO NOT EAT HERE!! I'm spreading the word! They need to get a whole new crew because these people don't know what they're doing!!

I went in to this location the other day and walked in to what sounded like a Mexican concert. There was a girl sitting on the back counter singing at the top of her lungs. The girl that helped me looked back awkwardly at her and then took my order. The girl in the back seems unphased. I get a couple of pizzas and bread sticks and get out because even though I like the music it was a bit much. Well I get home and go to serve the kids. Talk about the nastiest driest or maybe just day old pizza and breadsticks. The kids were just wanting to eat so they dug in. It’s crazy this is the best they can do. You would think a manager would’ve been on site to help these young girls out. I know a lot of businesses are struggling to get and keep employees but this isn’t helping the business at all.

They don't answer the phone.Outside lighting not on. Pizza was dried out AF. Must've been "HotNReady" for 4 hours at least. Absolutely terrible. Worst $8 I ever spent.

Remember when pizza pizza meant you got two pizzas for ten bucks? Well it's not gourmet pizza but my kids love this place. They do have a wide variety of pizza styles you can order. Get the app and it's easier to see all the different one's. But watch the little ones with the free bread stick bouncy ball machine. They may spend more money than they cost.

The kid loves this pizza. Ordered on their app to pick up. Pizza was ready when stated and hot and fresh. One of the pizzas was not the toppings we ordered, but it was an out of the ordinary order...Costs as much as any other pizza place these days.

Ordered the Detroit style pizza and was nothing like it is supposed to be. Seemed like a big piece of dough with the sauce and toppings just thrown on and put in the oven. Definitely not work $12. And the cheese pizza was over cooked and really dry. Won’t order here again.

Used to be amazing and right on time. Order here every Friday and the last 3 times order is not ready after 40 minutes with ordering online.

I don't know how Mari is a manager. I've been going to this location for a very long time. Usually they are great. Tonight, the worst experience ever. I ordered 1 large pizza. I get an email that it's ready. The email stated to ask the front counter for your order because the Portal was not working. I stood there for 5 minutes and no one would come help. I finally got the attention of Mari. I asked her for my order and she asked me for the name on my order. I told her. She said it was not ready. I asked her why I got an email stating it was. Her response was I don't know and walked away. Another 2 minutes went by and I had to get her attention again and that's when I asked for a manager. She said she was the manager. I than asked her where my order was. She said it was in the oven. I was very unhappy at that point and I asked again why did I get an email if it wasn't ready. She said it was burnt and they had to redo it. I asked her why that wasn't told to me the first time. And her response was, I don't know. Wow.....How is she a manager? Very unprofessional and inexperienced. Seemed like none of the workers there are customer service oriented. And is was not busy... I will be contacting the corporate office.

Ordered 1 pizza online. Employees didn't enter my name in the pizza portal. So my code didn't work. Had to wait 15 min in line while my pizza sat there getting old & cold before the employee entered my name so I could get my pizza.

I was on a wild goose chase on Sunday the 25th for my grandson's birthday party, they don't take bill's higher than $20.00, I had to go ask CVS, Pep Boy's, and Auto Zone, the lady from Pep Boys told me to go to the gas station across the street on Montano and Coor's, Speedway, if I would've known that, I would've gone there in the first place, now I know where to go whenever I need change to purchase pizza's, I kind of don't blame them for not having change for a large amount, especially nowaday's with the ridiculous crime rate this city has!!!

Fast and reasonable good thing is that you can go in and pick up something right away and don't have to wait

Yes yes yes!! It is so simple to give customers easy and fast service and that is exactly what we got when we went in. It's funny because our day was filled with alot of stress and the girl in the front i didn't catch her name, she was younger, had circlular glasses, possibly native or Hispanic. Mam you probably didn't think you were doing anything special but you were very nice and great at upselling, we were just broke that day lol. We got our pizza fast and it was indeed delicious. She offered us our napkins and peppers with zap paks which was awesome and a struggle to get from other stores like pizza hut. I didn't even know this little caears was near me but for the price and customer service I will definitely be back thank you .
