Terrible experience this is the 3rd time, we thought to give another try but it was still very disappointing. We went through the drive thru the female employee that took our order was super rude she cut me off several times, then rushed me through my order so much I didn't get to finish my order. When I pulled up to the window the male employee told me to have sympathy for the female that took our order cause it was her first day working the drive thru that he heard how she was talking to us while taking our order, but he never jumped in to ask if we were finished ordering. Then he asked if we wanted any fry sauce or ketchup we said fry sauce please he didn't give us any. The chili cheese fries we ordered looked like they threw in the bag it spilt all over, when we got home to eat there was nothing but chili, cheese like 5-6 fries & a handful of onions that we didn't even know came on them it does not specify on menu. We had to add the combo fries to the chili cheese just to try to eat. The last time we ordered food there we ordered 4 combos to have each one made completely wrong to find out after we called to let them know that we got someone else's order, they told us to go back to pick up the right order which was still made incorrect the manager told us that they would mail us a voucher we never got anything in the mail. So no point to call to be told the same thing that they'll mail us something when they never do I read the other reviews where other customers were told the same but never received anything in the mail.

As someone who grew up in Albuquerque but has been living in Washington state the last 20 years, this was amazing. Lots of green chile, not too hot, but tasty.

The employee Richelle was so helpful and nice. She suggested tasty food. My brother really likes his custard, he’s sucking it through a straw

Went through the freddys drive through one night, starving. Food was great as always. The guy taking our orders, his name was Coda, was incredibly nice, and made our experience there very easy and enjoyable. Great place.

This place is always busy, but for good reason. Food is decent, if you like smashed burger patties. They have great flavor and the fry sauce is the best. Pretty much anyone can find something they like off the menu from traditional burgers, chicken tenders and sandwiches, patty melt, fish, and an assortment dessert and custards. Could be cleaner, tables are always in need of a wipe down. FYI this is a Pepsi establishment, for all you Coke only patrons..you know who you are ;)

I give this place 3 chances and for some darn reason they always super slow or super rude. I keep taking leap of faith thinking they changed and become better. Literally for an once cream custard with me being the only one on the drive through it has takes approximately 15-20 minutes. Other times wait on the drive through has been 30 minutes. Do not drive here if you are pressed with time and need to get going. Otherwise custard is decent and decent priced. Good luck out there!

Great food, cheese curds are absolutely amazing!! The Seasonal Pumpkin Pie Custard is super tasty. Wait time was not bad even during dinner rush.

The service at Freddy's was very good and the selection of meals was good also The burgers are a smashed type Burger so if that's what you like the place would be good for you. They give you a plentiful amount of french fries with your meal however I'm not a big fan of really thin French fries but that's just me

The food is awesome. The setting is whatever. It's got that old fashioned burger joint feel, but nothing too remarkable in the lobby. Great if you want an awesome burger that's good and cheesy.

Food was typical for Freddy's, I don't think we've ever been disappointed. You know exactly what you're getting. The employees were very nice and that is what makes all the difference to me. I appreciate happy people, happily working. They were sincere and then you top it off with custard and I'm hooked lol. I'll be back.

Great customer service, great food! The cashier was very professional and courteous. Food was cooked to perfection, from the fresh tasting veggies in my burger to the abundance of crisp and crunchy fries, even the shake was to melt for 😋 Thanks for order #130!

I went last night around 10pm for a hot fudge sundae by the way very good. What I appreciate more is the customer service and the young lady at the window was great! Because of this I do recommend Freddy's! Thank you

Very dirty. The tables, the floor, the counter, the drinks area, parking lot ... who knows what the back is like. Employees are in their own world, not attentive to customers. It seems there's no one minding the store. My hamburger had less than a teaspoon of beef. We did come here regularly, but now we will avoid it.

The food is decent. The staff do not practice cleanliness , nor do they practice sanitary procedures . That all dining establishment must follow per health and safety guidelines or osha and other organizations. One employee was on break taking a nap in one of the booths. Several employees were handling money and using the same gloves to handle food going through the drive through window . The floor were filthy. Not impressed 😒 . But when your 2 year old is having an outburst because he's hungry their isn't many options .

The quality of the tenders is terrible and I AM NOT HAPPY! They used to be thicker & tasted way better, they are thinner, and now have less chicken. Waste of money. This company doing everybody wrong by changing the quality/recipe.

The fries were old and cold, but at least they remembered them this time. The burger had to much pepper on it, couldn't find the cheese and the mustard was way to much on it. They did not mark the drink lids, so had to do a taste test to see what was what They used to be the best burger place closest to our home, but I am changing my mind about that

Great burger and chili cheese fries!! 3 years ago!! Went in 08/14/22 and this place has gone down hill. My wife and daughter have celiac disease and really enjoyed their lettuces wrapped burgers. Our order had a bottom bun on the lettuces wrap. The rest of the order was a complete disaster. Never again. This place is untrustworthy in my family's safety.

Try the online service today about 5 minutes away from them got there it was cold and there was not too full patties. But still not bad. Just like to get what I pay for.

On several occasions I’ve been denied my order due to stocking issues, which I understand. I mention it because it’s happened over several months and various visits. The ice cream is liquid when given to me, and orders have been incorrect many time. The drive thru might be the worst of it. Perhaps staffing issues makes it so, but with one vehicle in front of me, I’ll sit at the mic for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to answer. Overall, the food is good if it’s made right. I’d recommend strongly going to another location instead of wasting your time here for mediocre food and service.

Steak sandwich was pretty good. Not as good as Steak and Shake but it'll do in a pinch if you get that hankering for a buttery greasy crispy steak type craving.

We've gone twice in the last two weeks after 9pm. Both times they were out of Freddy sauce. Just kills the experience. Very in consistent when I ordered chill fries with my meal. One time the fries were separate from the burger. I got more. Second time it came together. Got less. And on this second time we went in the crew was huge. But all the tables were dirty. Everyone were bullshitin and hanging out and the guy on serving was back and forth with his girlfriend showing a lot of affection. No order with management and crew because they were bullshitin too. Two different experiences. I note the Manger that was there on the first night wasn't there the second night. But will see how it goes next time. Love the food. Just be consistent.

Food good as always. I was the first customer and Freddy's was really dirty. The drink area had a lot of dried Coke all over. I couldn't even put my cup down. When I complained, they barely looked up. It took a while before an employee started cleaning. He cleaning the drink area and one table. The cook was the only helpful employee.

We waited about 35 minutes In the drive thru for a chocolate malt and a hot Bud Sunday… The chocolate Sunday was melted, Had no cherry, comma no whip cream, and very little chocolate fudge and so was the chocolate malt.. The people were very friendly, though
