We
like
Bahama
Bucks
as
a
chain
and
they
have
a
good
variety
on
their
menu.
This
review
is
about
this
specific
store,
though.
Bad
service,
bad
food,
bad
experience.
Waited
25
minutes
in
a
line
of
5
or
6
cars
(seems
excessive).
Ordered
2
snow
cones.
Both
were
made
wrong,
one
was
just
unflavored
white
snow
that
was
missing
flavoring
for
the
bottom
2/3s.
Drove
back
to
get
it
remade.
We
were
told
we'd
have
to
get
back
in
line
behind
the
customers
that
were
after
us
and
wait,
and
it
would
be
at
least
another
45
minutes.
Even
worse,
they
were
angry
we
weren't
happy
with
it
and
they
told
us
we
should
be
grateful
we
got
anything
and
that
they
couldn't
guarantee
it
would
be
made
right
the
next
time.
Maybe
a
few
of
them
were
collectively
having
a
bad
day,
but
it
was
unprovoked
and
an
explosively
angry
response
to
a
simple
issue.
Not
willing
to
wait
45
minutes,
I
was
able
to
convince
them
to
give
a
refund,
but
they
couldn't
even
do
that
correctly.
This
location
has
problems.
Bad
training,
bad
staff,
no
customer
service
skills,
no
understanding
that
they
need
to
correct
mistakes
they
make.
Again,
all
other
stores
in
this
chain
have
been
good
and
this
chain
has
the
best
quality
of
snow
cones
we've
found,
but
this
store
needs
to
rework
everything
from
the
ground
up.
