I normally LOVE bahama bucks! My experience today was not the best. I placed an online order at 12, which is advised as opening time. I arrived at 12:15 and they were still seemingly closed. The front door was locked, and I drove around the drive thru and someone seemed to be hiding behind the counter. I had to call the store for a girl to bring my order outside. Not to mention the order isn’t even up to par (I ordered my usual items.)

I am furiously writing this review. It all stared normal, when I when out to get this tasty treat! I started driving, (and I was on the highway!) sipping my slushy , when i got a horrible brain freeze! it lasted almost 20 seconds!!!!!! in all the commotion, I "had an accident". like everyone does!!!! in the fear (and stickiness in all honesty) I got into a friggen car accident!! and guess what that vehicle was? a transporting airport peanuts truck (salty and delicious, one of my favs) , know you've probably never see one, I hadn't ether! but I am DEATHLY allaric to peanuts!!!!! :( i was put in antiphallic shock and now recovering in a hospital thanks Bahama bucks! 🙄 honesty would do it again, ice cream was tasty 😍🤩😫 thanks!!!!!

🔥 Fire flames tho. I love this place tho. Be it in Arizona or New Mexico these joints are seriously really good! The line will drive ya crazy but it’s worth the wait for sure. Love the service and love the product thx Bahama!

We like Bahama Bucks as a chain and they have a good variety on their menu. This review is about this specific store, though. Bad service, bad food, bad experience. Waited 25 minutes in a line of 5 or 6 cars (seems excessive). Ordered 2 snow cones. Both were made wrong, one was just unflavored white snow that was missing flavoring for the bottom 2/3s. Drove back to get it remade. We were told we'd have to get back in line behind the customers that were after us and wait, and it would be at least another 45 minutes. Even worse, they were angry we weren't happy with it and they told us we should be grateful we got anything and that they couldn't guarantee it would be made right the next time. Maybe a few of them were collectively having a bad day, but it was unprovoked and an explosively angry response to a simple issue. Not willing to wait 45 minutes, I was able to convince them to give a refund, but they couldn't even do that correctly. This location has problems. Bad training, bad staff, no customer service skills, no understanding that they need to correct mistakes they make. Again, all other stores in this chain have been good and this chain has the best quality of snow cones we've found, but this store needs to rework everything from the ground up.

I should have read the recent reviews first. Doors closed an hour before closing which is fine. They want to clean. But they should have a sign so people aren't sitting out there waiting. Also was in the drive through for 35 minutes with 5 cars ahead of me because inside was closed. A little bit ridiculous of a wait for shaved ice. My son seemed to like it, so that's a consolation. Staff was pleasant also.

Piccadilly piña colada shaved ice with tajin and chamoy . Such a delicious 😋 treat .

Came by for a nice refreshing treat at 3p on a Sunday and they had the door locked so that people had to go thru the drive thru if they really wanted something. Not a great business model…

BEST SNOCONES EVER! At most shaved ice places it feels like your eating chopped up ice with syrup on it, but at bahama bucks its like eating fluffy delcious snow.

I ordered 3 baby sized shaved ices here today. The shaved ices were excellent and I was amazed by the excellent service from the two young gentleman at the window. I highly recommend this location for its service and amazing tasting products!

Man you get what you pay for and then some the smalls are pretty big and I love it many options to choose from highly highly recommend the snow pops cotton candy was super delicious and also the shakes are amazing the redbull infusion drinks are better then Dutch Bros I can tell ya that much I'm definitely going back here alot and recommend you do the same on these hot summer days !

Everytime I come into this store I see 2 employees working and 3 leaning on the counter doing nothing. The last time I placed a pick up order and went to the store 30 minutes after I placed the order. In typical fashion, half the employees were standing around doing nothing. When I finally got someone to check on my order, it had not even been started. The drinks are delicious, but absolutely do not come to this location for speedy service. You will not get it.

Only complaint is we cannot hear you with a packed house. My drink sat for 10 minutes before I realized it was mine. But the place is always great.

The service was exceptional. Staff at drive-thru were very happy, helpful, and friendly. The shave ice was everything I remember from visiting Hawaii. The texture of the ice is so smooth that it almost tastes creamy. Of course the exotic flavors are what sends this dessert to a soaring 10/10!

Wow! Hands down the best shaved ice and flavoring I've ever had!! A major recommend anytime you feel a need for a cold dessert in any flavor (pineapple and coconut pictured)!

It won’t allow me to give more than 5 stars or I DEFINITELY would. Jessica and Brandon (the owners) couldn’t have been more accommodating for a recent birthday. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. They were responsive and just such sweet individuals. The employees were so accommodating and made my 11 year old daughter feel special for her birthday. The desserts are FANTASTIC as well!

I've lived here for almost 5 years now and I just discovered this yummy treat a couple of months ago! They have lots of flavors. I've gone 3 times now and it's been busy. However, the employees are in there working hard. Cherry & grape is my to go to.

This place is amazing and the snow cones are delicious. They are really rich and full of sugar so I couldn't even finish a medium. All that aside amazing place

Always love this place! So many different flavors all by the way are awesome! It's never a let down especially during the summer. My too go too is the acai berry breeze fruit blend smoothie! Loaded with antioxidants!

Love this place. Every one is very pleasant. The snowcones and smoothies my wife and I are addicted too.

Service is always friendly and efficient. I love the "Unicorn" Shave(d) Ice. If you haven't tried it yet ... You must!

Today we went in to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The workers were unorganized, did not have good customer service skills and not completing orders correctly. They were not completing the orders before they would place out other orders confusing customers. There was no one confirming that the orders went out to the correct customer. I did not receive my drink as my family sat and enjoyed their order. A customer after me took my drink after they had to gift him his corrected order. No one remade it and confirmed I received it. One of them was made poorly as it sat for over 5 minutes on the counter as many people reached around it and it melted. No one checked why it was still there. The orders were not completed together it was a scattered mess. There were so many young adults working there and they had no clear routine for serving customers. I am so disappointed and do not want to return to this location. Management please correct this issue.

AMAZING! We had 2 Piccadillys and also they have 1 foe your dog as well but I can't remember what they called it but it was free and a really big size or atleast I think it is big, picture shared of it below
