First
time
I've
ordered
for
delivery
from
any
restaurant.
Online
it
said
"40
min
delivery
time".
I
accepted
that
fact.
It
was
1:03
PM.
I
live
1
mile
from
this
store,
ordered
chef
salad,
pepperoni
pizza
with
extra
cheese
and
was
willing
to
pay
the
delIvery
charge
and
extra
for
chef
salad
and
extra
cheese.
I
will
first
talk
about
the
delivery.
After
the
first
40
min.
went
by,
I
started
watching
for
the
delivery
person.
After
50
min.
went
by,
I
started
worrying.
After
60
min.
went
by,
2:05
PM,
I
called
the
store.
The
mgr.
said
the
driver
had
just
left,
that
they
were
very
busy,
and
that
my
food
would
be
delivered
fresh
and
hot.
So
if
you
are
going
to
be
horribly
late,
don't
you
call
or
email
saying
so?
After
70
min.
I
was
frustrated.
(Remember,
I
live
1
mile
from
the
store.)
After
80
min.,
twice
as
long
as
originally
promised,
I
was
again
frustrated
and
called.
I
was
told
the
driver
would
be
arriving
any
min.
After
95
min.,
55
min
later
than
promised,
my
food
showed
up.
The
driver
said
his
mgr.
told
him
to
stop
at
the
store
to
pick
up
2-liter
bottles
of
soda,
not
for
me,
but
because
the
store
had
failed
to
stock
enough
for
their
other
customers.
I
threw
it
off,
decided
to
let
it
all
go
and
to
not
get
delivery
from
Pizza
9
again,
and
set
off
to
heat
my
cold
pizza
while
eating
my
chef
salad.
But
wait!
I
was
given
a
garden
salad,
not
the
chef
salad
I
ordered
and
paid
more
for.
And
the
pepperoni
pizza
with
extra
cheese?
No
pepperoni.
And
if
this
is
extra
cheese,
I
can't
believe
it.
But
they
took
my
money
for
extra
cheese.
Now
I
was
"hangry".
I
called
yet
again
and
asked
for
the
mgr.
I
told
her
I
wanted
my
money
back
because
my
food
was
an
hour
late,
I
was
not
given
the
chef
salad
I
ordered
and
paid
for,
and
was
not
given
a
pepperoni
pizza.
I
did
not
mention
the
sad
amt.
of
"extra"
cheese.
Then
the
interrogation
began.
(I've
now
been
dealing
with
Pizza
9
for
2
hours.)
She
says
the
only
difference
between
garden
salad
and
chef
salad,
is
ham.
Did
I
know
what
ham
looks
like?
Did
I
see
any
ham?
(I'm
hoping
to
add
pictures.
Do
you
see
any
ham?)
Then
she
says
they
put
their
pepperoni
under
the
cheese.
Again,
I
have
taken
pictures.)
She
goes
on
and
on,
I'm
getting
more
and
more
frustrated.
She
is
refusing
to
refund
my
money,
but,
she
says,
she
will
re-make
my
order
for
me.
I'm
looking
at
the
clock.
Not
willing
to
wait
another
2
hours.
I
told
her
no
and
hung
up.
I
would
rather
lose
the
$23+
dollars
I
paid,
than
have
this
woman
offer
me
nothing
but
another
2
hours
of
hunger
and
more
interrogation.
3:20
P.M.
my
doorbell
rang.
It
is
a
Pizza
9
delivery
guy,
delivering
"my
order".
WT_!
I
told
him
I
did
not
order
more
food,
that
I
told
the
mgr.
I
didn't
want
more
food,
and
to
go
away.
This
business
is
very
unprofessional.
They
ran
out
of
soda
and
told
the
delivery
guy
to
stop
at
the
store
and
get
them
some,
while
he
was
out
to
deliver
my
food.
They
lied
1,
2,
3
times
about
the
time
my
food
would
arrive.
They
refused
to
be
honest
from
the
start
and
then
refused
to
admit
they
made
a
mistake
on
fulfilling
my
order.
I'm
out
money.
That
makes
me
mad.
But
have
learned
to
NEVER
BUY
FOOD
FROM
PIZZA
9
AGAIN.
Anybody
see
ham
in
my
chef
salad?
Anybody
see
pepperoni
on
my
pizza?
Anybody
see
extra
cheese?
BTW,
this
pizza
is
not
very
good.
I
see
my
pictures
here.
Why
don't
they
show
up
on
the
website?
Can
Pizza
9
manipulate
their
reviews?
Oh,
there
they
are.
