First time I've ordered for delivery from any restaurant. Online it said "40 min delivery time". I accepted that fact. It was 1:03 PM. I live 1 mile from this store, ordered chef salad, pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and was willing to pay the delIvery charge and extra for chef salad and extra cheese. I will first talk about the delivery. After the first 40 min. went by, I started watching for the delivery person. After 50 min. went by, I started worrying. After 60 min. went by, 2:05 PM, I called the store. The mgr. said the driver had just left, that they were very busy, and that my food would be delivered fresh and hot. So if you are going to be horribly late, don't you call or email saying so? After 70 min. I was frustrated. (Remember, I live 1 mile from the store.) After 80 min., twice as long as originally promised, I was again frustrated and called. I was told the driver would be arriving any min. After 95 min., 55 min later than promised, my food showed up. The driver said his mgr. told him to stop at the store to pick up 2-liter bottles of soda, not for me, but because the store had failed to stock enough for their other customers. I threw it off, decided to let it all go and to not get delivery from Pizza 9 again, and set off to heat my cold pizza while eating my chef salad. But wait! I was given a garden salad, not the chef salad I ordered and paid more for. And the pepperoni pizza with extra cheese? No pepperoni. And if this is extra cheese, I can't believe it. But they took my money for extra cheese. Now I was "hangry". I called yet again and asked for the mgr. I told her I wanted my money back because my food was an hour late, I was not given the chef salad I ordered and paid for, and was not given a pepperoni pizza. I did not mention the sad amt. of "extra" cheese. Then the interrogation began. (I've now been dealing with Pizza 9 for 2 hours.) She says the only difference between garden salad and chef salad, is ham. Did I know what ham looks like? Did I see any ham? (I'm hoping to add pictures. Do you see any ham?) Then she says they put their pepperoni under the cheese. Again, I have taken pictures.) She goes on and on, I'm getting more and more frustrated. She is refusing to refund my money, but, she says, she will re-make my order for me. I'm looking at the clock. Not willing to wait another 2 hours. I told her no and hung up. I would rather lose the $23+ dollars I paid, than have this woman offer me nothing but another 2 hours of hunger and more interrogation. 3:20 P.M. my doorbell rang. It is a Pizza 9 delivery guy, delivering "my order". WT_! I told him I did not order more food, that I told the mgr. I didn't want more food, and to go away. This business is very unprofessional. They ran out of soda and told the delivery guy to stop at the store and get them some, while he was out to deliver my food. They lied 1, 2, 3 times about the time my food would arrive. They refused to be honest from the start and then refused to admit they made a mistake on fulfilling my order. I'm out money. That makes me mad. But have learned to NEVER BUY FOOD FROM PIZZA 9 AGAIN. Anybody see ham in my chef salad? Anybody see pepperoni on my pizza? Anybody see extra cheese? BTW, this pizza is not very good. I see my pictures here. Why don't they show up on the website? Can Pizza 9 manipulate their reviews? Oh, there they are.

Due to dairy issues i cannot have normal cheese but i’m glad they offer vegan cheese (dairy free). Definitely worth the extra $1-3 fee and the customer service was top tier. The guy greeted me and offered me plates and peppers for my pizza etc….. will definitely return!

Received a gift card for my birthday. Had attempted to use it at the south valley location but it didn’t work and they weren’t willing to try. As soon as I arrived the location on ouray, I let the staff know about my situation and they were willing to help. The manager even apologized for what happened to me at the other location. That was very thoughtful of the manager. Definitely made my experience better.

This is one of our favorite pizza places. We really like the thin crust pizza, ravioli, and fresh garden salad. They have great customer service. There was a mistake last time we ordered and they brought a whole new pizza within 30 minutes. We've been ordering from here for years. The delivery is usually fast and the customer service is excellent.

So you couldn't cut the pizza. I received a pizza noone bothered to cut. We also got what looks like uncooked meatballs on spaghetti and stuck together alfredo. Very disappointed!!! I should have just ate pizza hut or little Ceasars

Tim is the man. We have seen him lots and every time he comes with a big smile and a great attitude for service. He is quick polite and serves the best pies. Of course pizza 9 is a local favorite and we will continue to order there! Thank you Tim for everything!!

Frozen meatballs on top of spaghetti is not my idea of a great dish. The lack of sauce on my pizza was very disgusting. Getting a 12 inch pizza that wasn't cut. Not one time was bad. My overall experience was totally unsatisfied.

I was unable to use the on-line ordering system and get the happy hour special I wanted. The phone-in order was quick and easy - or so I thought. When I got my pizza home, it was not the deep dish I ordered, but an ordinary pizza. It was tasty enough; perhaps a bit on the dry side. (Next time I will try to get extra sauce applied. Or better yet, get the CORRECT pizza.) I suppose it was a promotion, but they gave me a little sample of their cinnamon nuggets, which was a nice surprise. The location looked clean enough to be safely serving food.

Despite what the Google Maps says, "Dine In" is not really an option. That said, we ordered a BBQ Chicken pizza, and took it back to the hotel. It was delicious! The BBQ sauce had a great flavor without overpowering the grilled purple onions and chicken. The crust had a nice crisp, putting a nice finish to each slice.

Great deep dish pizza! We ordered the one with all meats. Yummy! Unfortunately, the desserts came frozen. Good once we thawed them, but that was a little sub par on the service.

I want to commend Michael R for exceptional customer service. Our order was slightly delayed and he took care of us as well as bringing everyone that was dining in a small sweet treat fresh from the oven. Perfect example of great customer service!!! Go, Michael!!

We were looking for somewhere quick to eat during our travel to Vegas and stumbled upon this restaurant around lunch time. We were helped quickly and all our questions were answered about the menu. The food came out fast and was steaming hot. We ordered Alfredo with Meat Sauce, and Spaghetti with Grilled Chicken. Both dishes came with Garlic Bread. The food was excellent. The staff came by multiple times to see if everything was to our liking and if we needed anything else. The prices are very fair and the portion size was enough to fill you up. I wish I had more room to try some of the other menu items. I would highly recommend this place and wish I had once closer to my hometown.

Visiting the area, so first time trying this place. I ordered the BBQ pizza with deep crust and Chicago style meat lover's pizza. Overall the pizza tasted great. The red sauce for the meat pizza was more on the spicy side. I can see they used Jalapeño to achieve that spice. The sauce had a strong taste of cumin, which I found odd in a pizza sauce. I didn't necessarily taste other traditional herbs that is used to season pizza sauce. The flavor of the red sauce was overwhelming to me. I didn't taste any meat on the pizza. The sauce drowned the meat flavor. Crust was delicious. Crispy on the bottom, soft in the middle. BBQ chicken: BBQ sauce flavor was REALLY subtle. But it balanced well with the flavor of the crust. Crust is comparable to pizza hut pan crust, but less greasy. Amongst other BBQ chicken pizza compared to pizza restaurants, their BBQ chicken flavor was the most subtle. I ordered my pizza online and it finished 10 mins early, so I was happy about that

Literally every time we get food there the wait is at least 2 hours longer than they say it’ll be. We’ve gotten the wrong food on multiple occasions while picking up or by delivery. Even when doordashing and picking up orders we still have to wait an hour cause staff doesn’t know how to prep a pizza apparently. The food isn’t worth it.

Very authentic Chicago style pizza. Cannoli is worth the trip alone.

My online, delivery order is always wrong, very disappointing. Always delivered beyond the 45 min quoted time, we always give a healthy tip for a wrong, late order. Currently, patiently waiting for 2 orders to be be corrected. I've placed a call to the corporate office, with no return call from Mckenzie, yet. The receptionist was very, sympathetic...wish she was able to help me. Also, emailed their review email earlier. Hopefully, I'll get a response but I've been hoping since April 😬.

Well where do I begin, so the salad was nice. It was fresh, but I was only able to eat part of it as there no forks supplied. The meal kinda went downhill from there. Let me explain after the long wait, more than an hour-the wings were not hot, just barely warm and not crispy at all. And what was that supposed to be buffalo sauce??? Not even remotely accurate. Now this Chicago style pizza FAKE NEWS!! The cheese was barely melted, the sauce which is where a great pizza starts had no sweet basil or other Italian herbs in it. The pepperoni was incredibly salty and the crust was just barely cooked. Quit lying on Chicago. If I had time-I would show you how to cook this dish, it's really easy. This was a bad experience.

Ordered spagetti...dry with just tomato chunks, chewy, thick egg noodles with very little sauce. Doesnt look like spagetti to me. Threw it out. Pizza was average. Wings were all fat. Havent ordered from Pizza 9 from the Coors location in years. I was reminded why tonight. 🤮
