    Pick up your phone. I called three times. My food is not correct. Rice is still to hard. Orange chicken is overly spicy. I’d just like my meal cooked correct and replaced.

    I don't recommend this location at all. I hate giving 1-star reviews, but Panda Express (in my opinion) is mediocre at best, but when it's coupled with lackluster service and a messy lobby it makes it 10-times more egregious. My recent visit wasn't great. The Staff didn't have it together and the server was struggling to get simple orders correct. The lobby was kinda mess and it wasn't that busy. Also the bathrooms were not to the highest standard. As mentioned the food was "ok", but that's not a reason to go by. Update: Had to go again last night. It still is not great. I wish I could do negative stars.

    This place has the worst customer service. I went about 5:30 pm, and was told they were out of black pepper chicken. they would not make more because they may not sell it by closing time. That's just ridiculous coming from the manager on duty. Then, just close down and go home. They are so lazy they just want to sell what's made.

    This location is just awful. The food is rarely fresh, they are regularly out of various items, and my food is almost always also wrong. I have gotten super greens with just a 3x3 chunk of raw cabbage, broccoli and beef with literally no beef, chomping with no sauce. This list goes on. If you are craving panda, go to another location for it.

    I absolutely love Panda Express but this location is severely suffering. I would like to first say that the staff is very friendly! But, Within the past 3 months, upon our 6 visits they’re ALWAYS out of about 3-4 of their major items. One being Teriyaki Chicken and another is Honey Walnut Shrimp. We asked the staff why they haven’t had Teriyaki Chicken in 3 months and the Manager said the Grill is down. I hope this less than great review catches the attention of whomever assists with Maintenence for these locations. After 6 disappointing visits, we’ve decided to no longer support and go to this location. We’ll drive a little further to another just so we can get what we’re craving and expecting from a major fast food company.

    It doesn't matter which Panda Express me and my son frequent. The outcome is always the same. Excellent. They never skimp out on the portions when the employees are preparing the meal. Panda Express is always a great choice for delicious food.

    I bought the beyond chicken bowl at this location and all the beyond chicken is completely burnt (see pictures below). I would bring it back, but I live half an hour out of town. I had no idea until I got home that my food was inedible. I have been trying to call for the last half hour and I have not been able to get through. It is so obvious that anyone who is scooping it had to know that my food was burnt.

    Showed up at around 8:45 and ordered 2 chicken bowls. Was told no more chicken for the night even though they do not close until 9:30. This always happens at this location super lazy staff. Drove to panda on Ellison. They were also out of chicken and it was 9:10 but they put some chicken on the gill to get us our order. Never going to this panda again.

    Order was shorted 2 orders of spring rolls, Beijing beef unrecognizable half the container! Worse part they don't answer the phone!!!

    My husband and I went through the drive thru at this Panda yesterday, and when we arrived home we opened our box to see that we had a tiny scoop of chow mein (mostly cabbage) and tiny scoop of rice. Then to make it worse the main entree tasted old. I love Panda so this really disappointed me. If I could give a negative 5 I would have.

    Ordered Sesame seed & teriyaki chicken. Received only Sesame seed chicken . Ordered @ 1130 you think the food would be fresh but it was either overcooked or leftover from yesterday. Very dry. Worse food from a Panda Express I have ever had.

    So very disappointed. This location is going downhill. White rice was dry and hard. I wanted fluffy white rice. Teriyaki chicken was nothing but boiled chicken and had no taste to it. Orange chicken was ok. Next time I will just drive to 4th and Montano to Teriyalki Chicken Bowl as they never disappoint.

    Ordered 4 Teriyaki Chicken Bowls. Got them home and there were no veggies! Just hard white rice and 3 slices of chicken. This store us sub par. This is the first time I've ever seen this standard dish so poorly presented.

    I mistakenly showed up at the wrong Panda for my order. Rather then making cross town for my order, the manager graciously offered to fulfill it here. That's great customer service and very much appreciated!

    What a wonderful experience at the Panda Express Coors & La Orilla in Albuquerque! After patronizing more than 6 different locations, I can say with certainty that this is, by far, the best, cleanest, and most welcoming restaurant. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome, and my takeout order was ready ahead of schedule.I had the pleasure of chatting with the charming manager, Kimberly, about an issue with the Panda Express app that was preventing me from redeeming my Apple Pie roll reward. She scanned my rewards code, reviewed my account, and confirmed that the reward should have been available. Kimberly promptly resolved the issue and handed me a freshly prepared cinnamon-covered egg roll filled with apple pie compote, like an apple pie churro, but just the right size!As I left, I was thanked for visiting the restaurant, and I can't help but mention how spotless both the restaurant and the parking lot were. I hope other local locations take this one as a management role model. An exceptional place that deserves endless praise! Thank you, Panda Express Coors & La Orilla in Albuquerque.

    I was very happy with the service of this panda. My food was running a little behind but, they were extremely busy. They let me know where in the cooking process my food was, and assured me it was almost ready. Great customer service. 👌

    I have visited this location for years and it has never been a bad experience. The drive-thru is usually lightning fast. Once we were unlucky and showed up as our dish was still being prepared, so we waited 5, 10min max parked out front for our food, which is always delicious. Staff are never rude.

    Pulled up at 8:29 this evening. Sign said they close at 9PM. Most of the lights were out inside and outside. The girl at the drive through asks what we would like to order so we order a two entree plate. She informs us that she is all out of white rice, brown rice, and greens. And because they are in their closing hour the kitchen won’t make us anything. Just tell us you want to leave early, you don’t have to be moody about it.

    Ordered beef and broccoli with super greens; got home found I had a bowl of broccoli. There two pieces of beef and very little greens. Will not be coming back.

    This location is almost always out of super greens. I Ordered online to avoid the wait of them having to make it cause I know it wasn’t gonna be ready just for them to give me the broccoli from the beef and broccoli…. Really

    The manager at this location is unprofessional, rude and a horrible boss to the employees. I feel so sorry for the employees that work here as I've heard first hand how they are treated. I hope the manager grows some courage to start acting like a kind human being. I will never step foot in this location again.

    Listen to the reviews and stop going. I literally got 5 tiny pieces of chicken, 2 super thin slivers of bell pepper, and 3 green beans in my panda bowl. Ontop of that the manager is annoying, at the top of his lungs greeting people and at the top of his lungs talking to you when your at the register, after you're already being assisted

    I went in about 5 pm for a take out order. I was originally going to get the meal with 3 main dishes. I walked around the corner after getting my rice and there were maybe 5 selections, most of those were nearly empty. I only got two main meals. Rice was not tasty at all and the other dishes tasted old, wonder if they had been there from lunch. I'm not a picky eater, but this was really bad. My experience today.
