Originally we came to enjoy a meal and get on the way again. But I had to wait 20 minutes to just get us coffee. Then it took us another 30 to get our food. I figured after 30 minutes at least my food would be decent. But my waffle was a burnt chip. And my chicken was burnt to a crisp. The waitress was a sweetheart and made sure we at least had a new waffle. But I couldn’t understand how you have 9 staff outside the kitchen and only 3 were serving tables. And 5 people are huddled up gossiping like children. And the manager was at the front showing face as we left but that was it. I don’t know how an IHOP messes up this bad. It’s not hard to cook a waffle. And bring out some coffee. I know why this place was closed down originally now.

Food is about as good as the customer service, which is abysmal. Burnt chicken and waffles, “sunny side up” eggs were just raw on the top, biscuits about as fluffy as a piece of paper and food was served at room temperature - probably because the service staff left it sitting on the counter while they were standing in a gossip circle for the 30 minutes I waited for coffee.

Order brought to the table three times incorrectly. The what appeared to be opening manager let the restaurant burn down around her instead of coming together to take care of customers.

I hop was just what we were looking for on Christmas day! They were one of the few places open. We didn't even wait more then 2 minutes. The service was great and the food hit the spot. The bacon could have been cooked a little bit more. We will definitely be back to this location. Everyone was super satisfied and the food came out at a good speed

First time eating IHOP with my beautiful friend. They have a great menu had a hard time deciding what to order. The steak omlet is good. Our waiter Erika was good. The only issue was the time it took and the unavailability if an item we ordered, but things like this happen once in a while. We will deffinitly go back. My kids and I just downloaded the IHOP app, crossing our fingers on the free food for a year contest. 2 items down and 1 to go.

They didn't greet us. Waited for about 15 mins just for someone to acknowledge that we were there. I mean they have a bell on their door for a reason.. The food took about 45 mins.. My niece who had an appointment, had to rush and did not get to finish her food...

Was there this morning. Service was slow. Food took forever. Ordered simple dishes. All orders were breakfast items; no steaks or anything like that. We had to get up twice to ask for utensils and ketchup. I asked for refills, which came as we were leaving table. Everyone’s bacon was overcooked and hard. Plates weren’t even warm. I saw 2 other individuals from 2 other tables have to get up and ask for things because the waiter never came back. Their waiter was the same as ours. It wasn’t busy at the time we were there. Many tables around us were empty. Some had food from previous guests for up to 15 mins.

Went out to breakfast before our business meeting in in Albuquerque. Always pleased with food and service at most IHOPs. The food was great, service was fast. Waitress was cute, funny and efficient. Would go there again.

Overall were courteous, but we arrived, were seated, and it was clear that we were going to be there a while. Never before have I had time to decide what to order while we waited for the waiter to come and greet us. Twenty minutes we waited for two glasses of water, when we had already ordered coffee. Coffee came a minute later. Waiters here do not know how to do their jobs, since they only carry three glasses at a time or so when clearing a table. Many tables remained dirty for the twenty minutes we waited.

We walked in and should have ran out! It was at least 90 degrees when we walked in. I only saw one cook, the manager and 2 waitresses. Although we were seated quite fast, and the waitress was very nice, the food was HORRIBLE, even the coffee. My friend ordered the breakfast that had pesto sauce, and I ordered the Impossible breakfast which is served with egg whites. Well...when the food was served, there was no pesto on my friends meal. Come to find out they ran out of pesto. We returned the meal. As for my meal, the impossible patties looked and tasted as they were sitting overnight and the egg looked bubbly, really grosed me out! The food was SUPER GREASY! JUST ABSOLUTELY GROSE! I will NEVER eat at another IHOP again.

The worst place I ever been. I had to wait 1 hour to finally get my food. The waiters were on there phones most of the time. They had people going in and the same thing. They would get up and leave. The worst experience ever. I would rather stick to dennys. I couldn't believe what was actually going on in the place. It was a mad house. I will never go back.

We come from Los Angeles to visit my son in The Airforce, so we wanted to experience an Albuquerque IHop. The service was awsome, it took a little long to get our food, but it tasted great.
