    I usually only write positive reviews, but I’d like to get this location genuine help if possible. I’ve come three times and won’t be anymore. Every time it has been extremely messy. Two of those times I ordered pick-up and only got a few pieces of chicken. Tonight I politely asked for an extra side of chicken upon realizing it came with almost none. The cashier told me there was nothing she could do about it. I showed her the lack of chicken, so she gave me a side cup with only a couple more small pieces of chicken. It still wasn’t a normal portion then. I just want to help people get what they paid for. :)

    Tonight I went here with the Hubby for dinner. The workers were doing so well & surprisingly fast and incredibly polite. The woman and her 2 adult children infront of us however, were terrible to the employees. I told her once out of line it wouldn't hurt her to be kind to workers instead of screaming at them for white rice. I feel the workers should be able to have her banned for causing a scene & being so incredibly disrespectful screaming...and making another customer with Ptsd feel unsafe as she harassed me and insulted my appearance/called me a slur. These ppl work hard. Between the heat, fast pace, and Customers screaming at them..they deserve so much better. Here's a picture of the violent and rude woman with her adult kids. As a customer whom appreciates all those workers do, it's the least I could provide.

    A serious disappointment! Last Wednesday, Dec 16th, my gf put in an order through the chipotle website, for pickup for us to enjoy after going to see a Christmas light display. It was my birthday, so I thought it would be nice to grab one of my favorites instead of cooking. I had no idea what we were in for. By the time we got to the restaurant the food was supposed to be ready, but when she went to the door it was locked. Apparently they were closed for pickup at 9, so only deliveries till 10pm. With the current state of things I can understand changes to operations and hours, but like I said we ordered directly from the chipotle website. So after standing at the door for a minute or so a worker came out to see what she needed. He said it would be ready in 5 minutes and they started making our order. We waited in the car because it was about 30 degrees outside. One by one, others walked up to the door to pick up orders. There were people standing around inside, and not one of them even had the courtesy to let people know they would come out when they had gathered all the orders. So all of the people were stuck waiting in the cold for 15 minutes, without so much as a hello from anyone who worked there. Then one lady that worked there grabbed up a bunch of orders and came to the door. She read of a few names, and handed out bags. My gf was standing there wondering where our food was. The lady said there was a name she couldn't pronounce on one order and held up the bag for everyone to look at. It was ours. Now my gf has a well known name, so idk why the worker was being so rude. We grabbed our dinner and headed home. This was one of my favorite places, and I was so disappointed in their service. It wasn't just with us, but everyone that night. It's not like they were closing in 10 minutes, or they were super slammed. I have worked in restaurants and know how frustrating it is to get a last minute order. Also it was in no way our fault that the website let us have a pickup option. I was hoping that the food would at least be good and we could enjoy the rest of our night. Unfortunately that was not the case. We barely had anything in the burrito bowls we ordered. Usually I eat half for one meal and save half for another, but there was no way that was gonna happen with the sparse amount of food they threw in. It was like they were running out and refused to make more. I had gotten the sofritas, and it looked as though it had been sitting out for hours in open air. This is my go to dish, and never have i been so unhappy with it. All of the sofritas bits were hard. Needless to say I do not think I will be returning to this location, because of lack of professionalism with the staff, and poor food quality. Hopefully they can get back to the way this locating used to run.

    This place is a joke. First they gave us the completely wrong order. I get it , we are all human. They remade the order for us and when we got the order, the burritos were tiny! We talked to the team and they told us that's how they are supposed to be. I pointed out the massive burritos being made in the line, and he told me that it was because those customers had asked for extra. He said he would remake the burritos again but they would again be that small. I have been eating Chipotle for years and have never been served a burrito this tiny. They are seriously under half sized! Won't be back to this location.

    Wish I could give zero stars. This is crazy ordered online and arrived 5 min past ready time. Order was not ready. Asked the girl working and she said “we are behind because we have 1 person working to go.” Asked how much longer and she said another hour! Then she said that times on the online is not guaranteed!, “Sorry”. Another employee told me that they were getting caught up and would be 10-15 min. So I continued to wait with about 12 others for our food. I think the most upsetting part is their order line was fully staffed and they were flying through people while we all sit here and wait. If you are short in the back start processing orders through the front. Another upsetting thing not one employee really cared either. Also all the manager said “you got your food didn’t you man?” I said yes 45 min past my order time.

    I have a serious concern about staff at this location but would like to discuss in a private forum to respect the integrity of the employees. I am hopeful there is a higher level manager at Chipotle, maybe in a customer relations department, who monitors these reviews and will see this, and respond so I have an opportunity to discuss further. Visit date/ time was 6/14 at 8:27pm. Thank you in advance.

    Absolutely horrified by what was delivered to me as a smoked brisket burrito bowl. The smoked brisket was burned and looked awful, but the worst part is there was nothing else in the bowl...no rice, no beans, no queso, NOTHING. First and last time ever ordering or trying Chipotle. Very disappointed

    Like the layout Updated review. Drove from Belen to this location for dinner Pull on the door and it's locked at 4:45 pm. Due to employee shortage the lobby is closed its what it reads on the sign. When I checked on the web it shows open and of course I assumed that the lobby was open. Silly me why would I think that? 😆 So my review is a 1 star due to the long drive of almost 1 hr to get here.

    Fast service. Staff is very friendly and patient. Restaurant is clean and well stocked. Ordering ahead is a pain free from their website. Great for if you are in a rush.

    Team at this location really disappointed. Was picking up a large order (for 13 people). Was assured that the order was made as requested and contained everything I've ordered. Well, they forgot to include the silverware (imagine finding out after driving for 30 minutes). They forgot to mark everyone's order, so had to open all containers and play the guessing game. And one of the containers leaked (they way the order was stacked in a bag) and ruined the back seat of my car. Will not order from this location again.

    Absolutely the worst experience ever, ordered on the app and got home and had someone else's food. Went back to the restaurant and was met with employees who couldn't care less that our order was messed up. They remade our food and threw it together skimpy and carelessly. Bowls were under filled and burritos were smaller than ever before and were told that they were made the "correct way". Food was cold and tasted bad on the remake. Will not be coming back!

    This rating is strictly based on the food portion sizes. The bowl I was served had one scoop of rice, and when I asked for more, the lady scraped maybe like 10 more grains of rice to put in my bowl. Other items were more or less skimped on. I understand this is not due to the counter employees, they probably have instructions from their manager/higher-ups. But it's sad to see the state of Chipotle, they've raised their prices, but skimp on items. Not worth it anymore, I gave Chipotle a try after 2 months, but would probably stay off for a little bit. As well as the fact I had to get a second dinner later because of this.

    Had to ask the employee to put more chicken cause he barely put any. We deserve to get what we pay for. Other than that pretty good. Maintaining the dining room a little more is a must.

    This has improved over the past few months. The food quality was very high. Chips were fresh and the salsa was very good. The service was fine. Nothing over the top but ok. I got the Barbacoa Bowl. There was a nectarine size hunk of fat in my bowl. Yuck. Other than that hunk of fat the meat was pretty good. Service was average. They need to work on cleanliness in this restaurant. Many tables were dirty and th3 floor was dirty too.

    This place used to run like a well oiled machine when it first opened. Everything was fresh, everything was in stock, employees were quick to accommodate. Now every time I go, no matter what time of day, they’re out of several things. If meat is being cut when you’re ordering they’ll tell you they’re out of it instead of offering to get it for you as soon as it’s cut. You can just tell that it’s not being managed well and that it’s probably not a great work environment based on the attitudes of the employees. It’s a shame because it really used to be worth the money, now I feel ripped off and disappointed every time.

    Love this establishment! Apart from a few snobby customers (not the hard working employees faults!) I say this is one of the best my hubby and I have been too! The always give nice portions and seem to maintain the dining room so well for how fast paced and crowded it can get! I truly believe ones complaining don't know what customer service is like. Will definitely be back again! As always. :)

    This place is poorly managed or the manager doesn't know what's going on, we always have issues and it never get better. My wife placed an online order and my 2 teenage daughters picked up our meal. They gave our meal to someone else so they had to re-make our entire meal and when they made my quesadilla they didn't put the fajita veggies in my quesadilla so now they had to re-make my quesadilla while the rest of the food is getting cold. Then we ordered drinks and they didn't have ice. The Last time we ordered they were out of almost every meet I don't know what's going on with this place and I don't know if you guys are getting any of the reviews but somebody needs to do something about it or you're going to keep losing customers and business. This is absolutely terrible.

    Out of White Rice/Lettuce/fajita veggies at 7pm?? Young kid workers giving eachother attitude. Slow service and very poorly maintained restaurant. Water/tea all over the forks, knives and napkins. Front counter cashier has RBF and seems like she hates her job. This store needs a new manager asap. Will not come back here until I see that things have improved.

    Manager seriously needs to give attention to this location. Twice they have been completely out of forks. How am I suppose to eat a bowl without silverware? The girl at the cash register gave my change in quarters. Said she did not have dollar bills. Music was sooo loud the staff could not hear me to get my order. Debris & trash on the floor.

    Service was awful asked for extra rice barley got a spoon full and the rest of the bowl was about the same but the the white white girl with a half sleeve or sleeve of tattoos gave me more attitude then I need for the whole month definitely gonna get ahold of corporate it’s by far the least food I have ever gotten at chipotle

    Witnessed staff touch my food with their gloves. Then go into the back touch a whole bunch of things then proceed to touch all the food again without changing gloves. This is simple and basic food service hygiene and exactly how people get sick!! Absolutely disgusting!! 🤢🤮

    This location is trash. They stay open until 10 but literally run out of lettuce, veggies, chicken, brown rice before 7pm. Leadership at this location needs to get it together and change the estimates or ordering to ensure they can meet demands

    Very disappointed with this place. The direct number to this place don't answer. How do I resolve the missing food and some of the wrong order? I want a full refund and won't be ordering here again. People don't waste your money the food is not worth it! I gave it a star and it doesn't deserve one from this.

    awalys a great source for natural protein. The meats are always on point. Western you get it in a bowl or burrito very fulfilling. Make sure to tell your server more streak please!!!!!

    I like to Chipotle when I can actually go in I ordered online for the first time and couldn't get the sides I wanted tried calling to have them just add it to my bag but you can't talk to an actual person your customer service is useless give me an actual person to talk to because Chipotle is one of my favorite places to eat and this experience made me never want to eat there again because I was trying to even just cancel my order completely and can't do that.
