My mom n grandma loved going to this place n have a daughter n mother date. Super cute, huh!? I would occasionally join them. However sadly, my g-ma passed away last year n I know my mom is in great pain (but hiding it greatly), n we were in the area n had our mother n daughter date together, just like how she used too. I know she appreciated it greatly n kept mentioning my g-ma. Even ordered what my grandma would had eaten (ours w jalapenos). Always clean, great happy staff, they really take care of their customers, they make their own drinks like for boba etc. Fair prices, fast fast cooking services, great yummy food. Highly recommended n tip them greatly.

Had the beef pho and it was delicious, the owner/cook was extremely friendly, great place to grab food for a good price.

Not for me. The food has a different flavor unfortunately its not for me. The on-line menu does not match what's actually available. Another business that's too lazy to have the appropriate menu and has pictures of their old, outdated menu on line. Unfortunately, won't be back.

The food was everything but typical. The restaurant is typical strip mall location with menu pictures displayed on the wall. We both had the adult sized pork loin slices and peeled shrimp soups and hot green tea. The broth was perfect and would have made the perfect appetizer for an entrée here or just order the kids size before a hearty entrée with all the fixings. Our soup came with a generous supply of thin sliced hot pepper, lime wedges, cilantro and large bean sprouts. In all, a very filling meal.

They don't have mint and I'm usually disappointed if I have to eat their food.

Placed order over phone, ready with in ten minutes. Good service, very friendly. Pho was warm and delicious. My number choice for pho in Albuquerque.

Very clean, very friendly service. The food was ok, too much carrot in the egg rolls. That was all I could taste. Looking forward to trying the other dishes soon.

Good: -Friendly lady at the front. Apologetic for green tea mixup. -Small business/locally owned -Spring rolls tasted fresh Bad: -Charred food in stir fried dish from a dirty wok gave stir fried noodle a burnt taste and could not taste the sauce (cleaning wok between dishes would fix this issue) -Milk tea labeled as Iced Green Tea (almost caused an allergic reaction)

My husband and I went in for pho, had great reviews so we were excited… Within 10 minutes of leaving we were both super sick from the food. Throwing up and all. 1. We both ordered the rare beef pho. Both our bowls had very little noodles. And the meat was extremely expired. Super overcooked and grey. It tasted like overcooked hamburger meat. 2. Egg rolls were filled with carrots? Not very good but not too bad. 3. I ordered an avocado shake, which I didn’t drink… the person made it in what looked like a very dirty uncooked blender.

Viet Noodle is ALWAYS amazing. The food is fresh, the right temperature (hot foods hot and cold foods cold) and presentation is made with care. Mai is a fabulous cook. She takes pride in her skill and I feel the love with every dish. Sounds corny, but it's so true! Try it out. I personally love #6 and the avocado boba drink.

Great place! Don't let the sign and small menu fool you, Viet Noodle has delicious food and great service. My husband got the phở tái (rare steak phở) and I got phở gà (chicken phở), we both thoroughly enjoyed our meal! Clear and well seasoned broths which is always the best part! If you have a potluck or party coming up (must call ahead) they do party specials of egg rolls, spring rolls, fried rice, or vermicelli noodles. We will be back! 😊

First and last time here. The spring rolls were just dry and tasteless. The PHO was ok but the portion size was not worth the money. Clean place and location good but disappointed in quality of the food...

I love, love, love, this place. I usually order the #13 vermicelli with beef and have never recieved a bad meal so it always satisfies my Vietnamese food craving. Not to mention how very sweet and kind the staff is. I recommend Viet Noodle to anyone with a Vietnamese food craving.
