Floors were extremely dirty of food, paper and eating utensils. Servers didn’t even bother to clean the floor, they just stepped over it and ignored it. I posted pics of the floor. I won’t be going to this filthy place again, nasty!

This place is filthy dirty 🤮 there was food and trash on the floor it seemed like it had not been cleaned all day, also they had cans of trash filled right by then entrance near a hallway. The restroom was even worse 🤢 my mom used the handicap one and the trash can in the stall was so full that the customers were just throwing the trash on the floor. I would NEVER 👎🏼 go back to this place again!!! We went on Sunday 4/10/22

When I got to the restaurant it was packed. I figured it must be good food. I really wanted to give this place a shot. So my family and I sat and I looked around and started to realize that this place was really really dirty. We still got up and got some food. I took a few bites. In all honesty the food was decent, but I could not get over how gross the place was. I lost my appetite just based on this. My opinion is it they did a remodel and kept the place clean it would be a decent place to eat. I just personally cannot eat in a dirty place because it just makes me think of how the food was prepared. All in all kind of a bad experience.

Excellent selection of seafood! Best time to go is when open and it's not many people

Rude front desk person. Nasty, disgusting place to eat. I can't believe I went past go! Pictures that I added are of the floor, front entrance and around the building. I couldn't take any pictures of the buffet because they already got on me for taking pictures without permission. The walls and chairs were dirty.. On their wall, behind the cash register, they have the best of Lubbock! I'd rather see best in Albuquerque than best in Lubbock. If you're that good in Lubbock why don't you make better changes in Albuquerque!? I understand that staffing is short however, when you are in business you have to pick up the pieces. You become everything from janitor to the owner of the company. It's obvious that no janitor is hired there! Where is the health inspectors!?

Hands down this is one of the most affordable buffets in town for $15. Great place, great food. Will definitely return again

Although the food is almost always fresh, hot, and pretty good, and the service just ok, the big thing is the cleanliness of the seating area floors, and always the restrooms. It seems they are not a priority as they look the same every time, no matter the time of day. However, It's a good place for all you can eat, and affordable.

They have a grill in the back that you can have a plate cooked to order. The guy doing the cooking was a bit rude, but I was still able to get the food cooked. The items on the buffet were plentiful and the temperature of the items was good, ie cold items were cold and hot items were hot.

Came at a good time. Not to many people but just enough to keep the food stocked so everything we had was fresh and cooked well. Wait staff was nice and attentive and deserving of a tip of coarse. Host was nice when seating but your cashier was not. Total came to 41 and some change. Husband hands her 60. Her response was... No, 2 dollars! Guess she didn't want the 3rd 20 for change. No biggie. Husband takes 20 back hands her 42. Puts hand out for change, She throws the change on the counter 😐😑 so it got left there 🤷‍♀️.. seems to hate you as soon as you enter the door. Everyone else was lovely. The setting itself was nice and you can tell the owner tries to make a nice business I will only blame the messy areas on customers who cannot clean up after themselves or destroy the property its just common courtesy to pick up something you spill or drop, only because I seen more than one customer do this. The deserts were soft and fresh, good timing. But the ice cream station turns questionable because of the customers being able to scoop themselves, not soft serve.

I was kicking myself for not visiting here sooner. My husband kept suggesting we try it. I was beaming in happiness when I saw how amazing everything looked and the food options oh my goodness I was so giddy! I was so full too when I left. This is now going to be my family's new go to place to eat. I am so happy my husband and I had an amazing 4th of July first time experience here. The food was amazing & it was so clean! The tables were so amazing! I loved it here & thank you for a yummy meal!

Went for a late lunch about 2pm. Busy but not waiting in line busy. Food was fresh and tasty, except for a couple dishes. Typical buffet issues, nothing terrible. Waitress kept our waters filled. Grill man is always getting a bad rap. He makes great stuff. Gave me a butt load of garlic just as I asked. Added sauces as I asked. Delicious. If only there was a more interesting dessert selection....

Food is really good for what you have to pay. I really like the octopus here.

Decent food. Best sweet and sour sauce. Big selection. They got octopus! Very hot, sweat shop like atmosphere. Beautiful building and interior but dirty floors. Nice and attentive waitresses.

Don't go after 7 p.m! (Words from the owner/manager herself) We paid about $18 a piece and there was no food available. Just scraps. Whatever food was left, which was very little was cold and picked over. They would not open the grill to make us something fresh. All she could do was offer advice to come earlier in the day. At about 8:05p there were still about 25-30 people in the restaurant eating and they refused to bring out fresh food. Did I mention it was dirty in there? Floors and tables were trashed. Very disappointing!

We love the food. Service is usually good. ONLY complaint is the carpeted dining areas, never really CLEAN. I understand that at a buffet where everyone carries their food around you will have spills. All the more reason to have ALL hard surface floors for easy cleaning and much healthier

First and foremost… and let me bring this up first because it’s the most important part… a kid sneezed all over a large portion of a buffet area. I told the worker and manager and THEY - DID - NOTHING - ABOUT - IT!!! 🤢🤮 🚩 🚩🚩. That right there should be enough to red flag them or close them down! Second… the front desk cashier and some of the waiters are RUDE AF!! They ALWAYS are! ALWAYS!!! (You never know… they may be like that because customers can be stupid sometimes and ruin things for others). The carpet always looks a mess and stained. Like… come on… get it steam cleaned every month as least. Sometimes… not all the time… the dishes are dirty. The food is… meh 🫤… ok, I guess. Some foods are awesome. I really like the egg drop soup and the sweet and sour chicken. The fruits always taste fresh. To me. Oooo and the BBQ Rib! Mmmmm! Anyhoo… that’s my observation. Never used the restroom there so I can’t say anything about that. For what it is… the part I’m glad about is that a Chinese buffet is still open in town after most of them closed down during Covid. My only concern was that one time they did nothing to replace the food sneezed on! And for goodness sakes… SMILE!!! Be cheerful!! 🙄

They need training for the host of the restaurant he is so rude and doesn't acknowledge people. Overall, everything else was good. I think if they had someone better in the front rating would be higher

The food was old like if it was re-warmed. The only thing that I like was the brisket which is not even Chinese food sadly to say. Customer service was OK and the parking was excellent.

Crowded, but what can you do you know? It's an affordable all you can eat buffet option that serves decent food. The employees at the front were respectful and kind. The waitresses who attended my party were in a hurry and not very respectful to us. I feel we got what we paid for, I would come back because it's easy and you will leave full. Good food variety and save for the restroom the establishment appears clean and well kept. Again, the biggest gripe is probably the urgency of the workers. Believe me, I understand tempo with regards to service, but this also isn't fast food, it's a buffet.

Need more selections with veggies. I like the shrimp and sweet and sour chicken. Service was great!

Very cool place, tons and tons of great, hot, food, you can even select raw ingredients and have them cooked right in front of you. Sushi, dessert, soup, salad, 4 full double rows of food, and then the 5th is where you order to be cooked. Price was only $14.95 per person, and we tipped the grill guy $5 each, and the awesome waitress also $5 each. There were 4 of us, and my employees voted for this place over any other Chinese food, buffet, so we drove 30 minutes to get there, bypassing many others on the way, and it was most definitely worth it!!! Will be back! 4 guys with tips, it was still under $100. I consider this place in my top 10 of this area now. Definitely would recommend highly!!!

The food was good for the most part.. our bananas were definitely not ripe at all, I've never tried eating a banana that was as hard as that, my sister's and mother's bananas were just as hard. Everything else was pretty good though. Another thing, the worker that was putting more food out was definitely rude, pushing the cart into you to get you out of the way while you're in the middle of putting food on your plate is not exactly all that favorable. Overall the experience was pretty good. Thank you.

Sorry multiple trips here and just cannot see why I have. This last time the server poured soda into one of our plates or bowls several times...also the quality could certainly be better, dried out food from sitting to long or being over heated.maybe would be more fresh if it was busy but haven't seen it busy for years

Have been here more than once, a little disappointed with the food this time around. Food was lukewarm to cool as I was eating, except for the soup. The fruit on the dessert area, peaches and cantaloupe were hard (not ripe enough). The server was excellent and attentive. Find inside a bit tight for my enjoyment.

Found hair in our food, the food tastes very old, all of the dishes are extremely oily, the drinks are left out everywhere at random for easy serve contaminating it, overall very dirty including bathrooms as well as the place looking run down. Would not recommend. I had to come back and edit that me and my s.o are now sick and vomiting...🤢
