This place has been a staple of ours for many years now, and I'm happy to tell people to try them out. It's a small, unassuming mo-n-pop Chinese restaurant, and we never have had any problems here. The service is always great and the food is always great. I hope they have much continued success and I always look forward to our next visit.

Great tasting food. The fried won tons, the pork fried rice, and the shrimp & lobster sauce are the best in town. Also, they are very fast at getting the food out to you nice, fresh and hot. Large portions. 10-12-2022 Still the same, Excellent πŸ‘ Yes I would recommend 2-1-2023: Still the same great quality 4-25-2023: 5 ⭐

We were ready to like this place, but between the food and the state of the dining room it wasn’t great. Beat parts: our server was really kind, and my son thought his chicken fried rice was great (it was suitably bland for a picky little kid). The Po Po Platter was overdone, really oily, very dry/tough, and had no flavor other than β€œfried.” The shrimp lo mein had a decent number of shrimp but no flavor. Portion sizes were good, but for the price it was fair. The dining room looked more like a store room. Boxes everywhere, total mess. Maybe we just didn’t order the right dishes and caught them on a restocking night? But this was Saturday at 6 pm, so it seems strange.

Giant portions. Delicious food. Amazing price. Took like 5 calls and the dining area has a bunch a stuff, so I thought it was sketchy... until I saw and tasted what I got! So happy! Reminds me of those old school Chinese restaurant hole in the walls from Brooklyn, that mostly disappeared for newer, streamlined places. Definitely coming back.

I’ve been to this restaurant for years now and it never fails to satisfy my cravings! The egg rolls are amazing ! The pot stickers are finger licking good! A regular potsticker but deep fried! Egg drop soup is to die for!! I never make reviews of restaurants but this one just is really top tier!

I've been several times and the food is just bland, doesn't seem to have a lot of flavor to it. The portions are good size though which I believeis the reason why it gets a lot of traffic, but it's not one of the better Asian restaurants in the city

Used to be good food for reasonable prices. We ate here almost every weekend for a couple years. But it seems they may have a different cook as the food has gotten straight up gross the last 3 times we've eaten here. I ordered king pao tofu, my favorite and it tasted microwaved. The tofu was hard as rocks and the sauce was flavorless. For $15 I expect it to at least be edible. I understand that the pandemic has caused a lot of places to increase but the prices here have nearly doubled in the last few months. Unfortunately we won't be dining here anymore for $15 a person. Especially when the food is no longer good.

This ain't no chain restraint, so people complaining about boxes in the dining area should go to PF Chang's or Panda Express. It's a local family owned restaurant that has been part of the community for over 20 years. Our serven named Sun was amazing and super friendly. Our combination plates were big and filling. Enough leftovers for dinner. The appetizer called the PoPo platter was a great variety and super tasty. Next time we're in town, we plan on eating here again. πŸ™Œ

The curried chicken is amazing, layered in mystic flavors, rich and satisfying. The orange chicken was a tad light on orange flavor but still good. The quantities were generous. It felt like real home cooking served on flowered plates. Staff was welcoming and attentive without being intrusive. This place is a gem.

The worst po po platter in NM 8.50 for a lg bowl of wonton soup was the most expensive ever. It was ok they put chicken instead of traditional roast pork. Service was new and untrained. The dining room was a disastrous mess. The back door near rest rooms was left open so any rodents can come and go. The flame went out on the po po planter after like three minutes and the server did nothing. However we didn’t want to eat anymore of it since it was all a gross deep fried mess. The green tea was hot. The bathroom hot water was hot ( thank god ). The owner acknowledged lots of repeat customers but barely said thank you to us. I suspect she knew we might have selected a poor menu item. Absolute waste of 50 dollars for 2 soups and an appetizer. Fai Wongs up the street is much better Owner should meet new guests

It was absolutely delicious! My wife and I have been looking for a place like this for months, and every other place falls flat. This location however is definitely worth it! And the portions are very good size! Highly recommend EAT FIRST! One of our new date night spots for sure! Happy New Year!

Never thought I'd say too much food is a bad thing. It's not, just had too many left overs

You would expect a tempura batter on the items your familiar with, like sweet and sour dishes, not there it was a southern all flour crust. Very bland. We won't be going back. You might like it.

It is nothing fancy but the food is good and the value for what you get is good as well. The staff is friendly. Ample parking and can even find some shade if you are lucky enough. It's dated but has that mom and pop feel. We will be going back.

This is very good Chinese food. I always take out and it usually takes 10 to 15 minutes for my order to be ready. If you like Chinese food and you live on the westside this is your answer...
