😠 The management of this place is awful. It’s completely gone down hill, it’s sad to see such a place throw away it’s potential. The quality of the food and drinks was the worst of the worst. I ordered a white wine and it tasted like apple cider, I honestly doubt it was the wine I ordered. My partner... The management of this place is awful. It’s completely gone down hill, it’s sad to see such a place throw away it’s potential. The quality of the food and drinks was the worst of the worst. I ordered a white wine and it tasted like apple cider, I honestly doubt it was the wine I ordered. My partner also ordered a cocktail and the glass wasn’t even half full and didn’t have any alcohol. The music was not appropriate for the type of restaurant, they had the radio station playing with ads. Service isn’t great but you can’t blame the staff. From the bartender to the waitstaff, the cleanliness, and the overall quality, it was clear that the fault lies with management. This place takes your money without giving you any kind of value.

Awesome atmosphere, great night views, and well made cocktails… but extremely limited menu, too pricey for the little bit of food you get. Seemed like everything was way to garlicky, salty, and oniony… the tiny steak was pretty good tho… 2 entrees, 2 cocktails, a beer and a glass of wine. $186 and i had to eat when i got home cause i was still quite hungry.

Level 5 for dining is stunningly gorgeous towards the evening. The city light of ABQ & Petroglyph are amazing. The food and drinks are delicious. Ver nice place to enjoy any meal with friends or date night.

One of my favorite local restaurants in Albuquerque which has a very unique and distinctive New Mexican flair. This is the perfect restaurant to try for any visitors to get an authentic experience of New Mexican ambiance and locally inspired dishes. The rooftop has a great view perched on the top floor of the hotel. The neighborhood is nearby old town and walkable from the historic district although this restaurant would be worth going out of your way for.

I ordered the Black Mesa and LVL5 salad. The black Mesa has good balance between the bourbon and sweetness. It's sweet, but not overpoweringly sweet. I like how refreshing it is. I'd definitely recommend it. The salad was a bit tart for my liking, but not bad. If there were 1/3 less dressing, I'd enjoy it a lot more. Service was amazing.

Even in the cold season the rooftop was open and enjoyable. The waitress was kind and attentive. I had the flatbread and the flavor was rich but still perfectly light for a late evening eat.

The food was so delicious and the service was amazing. We had breakfast early in the morning with my daughter. The view is amazing and we didn’t have opportunity to eat there for dinner. The price is $$$ but is worth it

This restaurant is fabulous. Was there for Thanksgiving with my sister and my daughter. It was truly one of the most memorable Thanksgiving I have ever had. The food was exquisite, the staff friendly and attentive, the view was fabulous. After a wonderful dinner we took our drinks and sat in the terrace for quite awhile and warmed ourselves by the fire pit. The ambiance was marvelous!

If you’re in Albuquerque, do yourself a favor and enjoy an evening at Level 5 at Hotel Chaco. Ask for Olivia’s section and start with some sage smoked margaritas. After appreciating the rooftop views, move inside and start with the fried blue-point oysters. We then had the Chilean Sea Bass and the lamb t-bones. Chef Marc’s presentations are exceeded only by the taste of his gourmet meals. You’re getting LA/Chicago/NY quality at Albuquerque prices- it’s awesome!

I’ll give the 2 stars instead of 1 because the manager was nice when he had to intervene. The service was HORRIBLE. We got one appetizer and then….nothing….for an hour and a half. I finally went inside and found the manager because our food never came, our drinks never came. Our server simply disappeared. When I went to find her and got the manager, they brought out our second appetizer-which was literally room temperature and rock hard. It had obviously been sitting for at least an hour. It was deep fried quail and they rushed the second batch when they remade it because it was totally raw inside and almost burnt outside. That’s when we walked out. The manager was very nice, gave us his card and said he’d make it up to us, so maybe we’ll try it again.

Excellent fine dining experience and menu! Chef Marc is incredible with his choice of dishes. Each one is curated for the season and cooked with his signature flare. The rooftop just adds another level to the experience. The openness of the outdoors pairs perfectly with the Albuquerque style and vibe. I mentioned fine dining, however as an Albuquerque establishment, there is a welcoming sense of Abq style and it embraces Abq residence without a stuffy “fine dining” feel. We celebrated a birthday with a large party of 14 people and they laid out the red carpet for us. Staff brought out an array of starting dishes which were tasteful and light in preparation for our main courses. All the cocktails looked and tasted amazing from the bar. I sampled the Old Fashioned and Espresso Martini. However, I had a simple beer to be paired with my Pollo con Papas.

Chef Marc Q continues to provide the Duke city with amazing food. Great experience overall, service was awesome and it's always great to see Chef Marc doing his thing. Amazing views from anywhere in the space.

This is a Premier restaurant! The food is outstanding. Views of the city are great. Executive Chef Marc Q has really elevated the standard of excellent food! If you live in Albuquerque, or visiting Albuquerque, it is a MUST that you visit this establishment!! Whether it’s a brunch, dinner date, or just need a cocktail, this is the place to be!

Level5 is on a whole new Level! (See what I did there?) And now with Chef Marc it has gone catastrophic! Atmosphere, service, food all on point! Derek was our server and he was awesome! Even sang a Mariah Carey song for us! Butterfly! Made us laugh! The food was so good! Sea Bass was cooked to perfection, and the risotto was so creamy and also cooked to perfection! The wine list is beautiful as well! Our new place for dinner and to show off to all our friends and family!

From the moment you arrive its as if you have walked back in time. The lobby area is magnificent ❗ Level 5 also does not disappoint, with both indoor and outdoor dining with a wonderful view of the city and mountains. Our party ordered small plates of various items. Each was very good ❗

So sad to see the menu change from what was a delicious offering of apps and dishes to now mostly meat-heavy options. My sister from Anchorage was excited to go back to Level 5 (as were we as we have spent many hours and many dollars there!), but when we got there, we were so disappointed with the new menu. We didn't stay as long nor did we order as many drinks and certainly not much food. I tried to find a way to leave a review only for the bar but not an option on the website. May be a while before I go back.

Located at the 5th flor of an hotel. I had dinner at a table on the rooftop. I loved the atmosphere. It felt vintage and classy. Not enough options for the meals, which by the way are pricey. The rooftop experience makes up for it.

I had the best experience at Level 5. I have just moved back to Albuquerque and decided to go to level 5. Our server Derrick was charismatic, intelligent, and all around pleasant. We shared appetizers and everything was perfect. You cannot beat the liveliness and atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Best views, food, drinks & service!!!! Our server Derrick was amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

Derrick our server was a true gentleman. He was attentive and had thorough knowledge of the menu. I even let him pick my small plates and he nailed it. Chef came out and greeted us making sure our dishes were perfect. We love the rotating seasonal menu. Every sauce they make is paired perfectly with the dish and executed to perfection. Come to level 5 at Chaco and request Derrick, he’ll make sure your dining experience is not one to forget.

Level 5 was breathtaking. They had the best view, food and drinks in Albuquerque and the bartender Gillian was to die for! Chef Marc was amazing and consistently came to check on my party! Thank you hotel Chaco for taking such great care of our family!

Atmosphere is great and the staff are amazing. Only downside is the pricing to food sizing ratio it just doesn’t really sit well. I’ve been to more expensive restaurants and have gotten more food. But to each their own.

Lovely ambiance and views from the wrap around patio. Great service and food tasted good. I ordered the salmon and chocolate cake for dessert. Would have rated higher if the food was worth the price!
