Got the $ rib eye sandwich. Big mistake. It was wrapped upside down and the contents all slipped out all over my fries which were not separated making them soggy. They asked, to my suprise, how I wanted the meat cooked. I was pleased. Until my medium rib eye was totally brown and burnt tasting. It was like drinking water out of a used ash tray. I really tried to down it with my soda at my side and could not. Total disappointment! The place was very clean and that was nice. The customer service was excellent. Even the bathrooms were very clean. Seemed kinda lonely without some kind of overhead music playing. Overall, waaaay overpriced for the not-so-good food (that I ordered). I also tried the red chili chips (sample). Ew. The chip was stale and tasted moldy. I chose the fries. Another mistake, as my soggy sandwich for them soggy as well because they weren't separated properly. The fish tacos were amazing. But that was my significant others' order. Maybe if I visit again I will try something different. But for $32, I really doubt I would come back or recommend to anyone anyways.

I just had a horrible experience. The date is for 4/10/21. Saturday afternoon my wife wanted get a pastrami sandwich. I didn't really know what their prices were. So when I looked at all the menu and all the information there's no prices listed anywhere. So I asked about a list and they said they don't have it. And I said well don't you have a list for your customers and the owner I assume or manager, who was in the kitchen replied no and this is not a place for me to eat at. So not a very friendly place or friendly man. And he must think that prices don't matter or maybe they don't matter to him. He doesn't care for us who may be limited by our budget. It was strange to see him get so upset and offended about answering questions about his prices. It always amazes me how small business people offend their own customers and undermine their own business.

Very flavorful and tender pastrami. Onsite baked bread. Carne asada tacos are good. Half sandwiches are available for lighter appetites.

Delicious. I have been 2 times including today. I ordered the carne asada tacos with french fries and a drink. I will say that for what you get it is expensive however you do get a lot of good food.I had recently been to a taco shop somewhere else in Albuquerque and ordered five tacos mini street tacos that is and they were awful disgusting and tasteless. These tacos being the price that they are with the drink and the side were delicious I would definitely order it again but not as a routine thing. It is a bit expensive to pay $14 each time in order to get this but I would gladly do it maybe once every few months.I wonder if the owner would consider maybe getting street-style tacos where they are smaller and don't use as much meat because they definitely pylon to meet which is good because you're getting what you're paying for but maybe a cheaper option would be to do street-style tacos where the tortillas and the meat portion are a lot smaller maybe making it more affordable.

First impressions are important. Here I found the most family oriented business ever.Food was totally delicious. It was heart warming that not only employees were concerned about customer service, I'm guessing the boss did make an impression. Both I and my husband enjoyed our lunch with a heart felt enjoyment. We will be coming back very soon. Thank you "ALL" for being human beings and welcome customers into your establishment.ooh geez I wish I could post a photo. Our food was excellently portioned, for the price. That was another awesome find, and try the coleslaw, very refreshing.

Great green chilli Philly cheese sandwiches, pastrami are awesome. Pastrami burgers are the best, enough for two! A real gut buster, eat only when your hungry!

We usually stop here when shopping in the Cottonwood area. We stopped in Monday and had the 12 oz Eastern Pastrami combo. They cut it in half & my husband and I shared. It was plenty for both of us. I love how they sit the sandwich on potatoe chips. The meat is excellent. It was well worth the price. The young lady who brought it to the table was very friendly and checked on us often. A young man came out to check on us and was very friendly as well. The only holdup was the mature man taking the order. He was having trouble with the cash register as if he had not done it before, but the young lady finished our order and every thing was fine.

I called in my order and the man who I later found out was Isaac was very nice. I placed my order and he asked me how long it would take me to get there I said 20 minutes. I head out and am about to turn into the parking lot and I get a call from Isaac letting me know my order is ready. Very very nice man. I walk into the restaurant and he greets me by name. :) Joe was cooking and my food was very good and still hot when I got home!! I dont think I have ever had such friendly people greet and serve me. This is the second time I had been there and the first time was exactly the same. Amazing food and amazing staff. I will definitely be back.

Its hard to get a decent Philly around here but I must say, they did a pretty good job. The portions are on the perfect to heavy side and the prices are very reasonable. Incredible customer service and very clean and cozy dinning area. Food came within 5 minutes hot and fresh. The Dr Pepper actually taste like Dr Pepper. I would highly recommend this place for dine in or take out for yourself or with friends and family..
