The Fall Festival is always lots of fun. For city folks it's a chance to relax outside, eat prune pie and Indian oven bread, and shop for natural products. Nice emphasis on the history of the Camino Real this year.

A beautiful historic place along the historic Camino Real. The museum has changing exhibits so it’s always nice returning to something new. Since it’s also a public open space, you can go almost any time and sit under the cottonwood trees or take a walk along the acequia.

Been going to Guiterrez Hubbell House for years. Has become an environmental and cultural hub for the community. Not only to visit but participate in a multitude of activities. Great for family activities. Dia de Los Muertos educational series by local group, Muertos y Marigold.

A must see in Albuquerque. Employee's are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. A great family friendly destination to learn and experience a piece of Albuquerque history. They have events and festivals open to the public.

It was filled with photos and pieces of history. It was worth the stop. We were there for the Prickly Pear Festival. So much stuff to eat and drink.

Free admission - donations appreciated. Grounds open daylight hours (a half dozen interpretive signs, look in the building's windows, see the courtyard). This is a historic site: Spanish home, trading post, farm from 1600ish to 1929. The home is BEAUTIFULLY restored stucco & wood - it's gorgeous. MANY high quality interpretive signs inside (plan on two hours if you're a reader and walk the grounds). If you like historic museums, find homesteading/ settlement interesting, or are intrigued by intercultural relations (Spanish, Mexican, Native, African-American, Pueblo, even Union vs. Confederate), you will find it worth a stop.

Finding this place was a really pleasant surprise. I encountered it when attending a Fermentation Fair. Going inside I could see that this building was very well restored. It gives an indication of what this family live it was able to live like quite a long time ago in the Southwest. Not your typical family but a glimpse into how the rich folks lived. Still, very interesting place with some fascinating history.

We truly love this County open space. It is a true Community asset. They used to allow weddings prior to 2017. I feel so lucky that that will forever be a memory for my husband and I. It's fun to bring our growing family here and hope to enjoy it for years to come.

Very lovely grounds and home with small museum with history of the area. I went for the cultural expo, which was fun, with historical reenactments, music, dancing and food trucks. They have a community garden which looks like it is beautiful in the Spring and Summer.

The Gutierrez-Hubbell House is on the National Historical Register thanks to the people of Bernalillo County.
