Great play structures for all ages. Picnic area and a tennis courts along with a large grass area. There is also a water fountain that works great.

Beautiful park with lots of shade and picnic tables. There are two separate playgrounds one for 2 to 5, the other one is for 5 to 12 year olds. There was also a water fountain and bike parking spaces.

This place was great, just what I needed! I went at night with my fiancee after a very stressful day! It gave me a piece of mind in it's quaint peacefulness! You could only hear the breeze between the trees whisper softly as I felt the damp green grass between my toes. It helped ground me again, and that I'm Soo grateful for!

Nice park to hang out at. Just a heads up for those who let their kids go to the park by themselves. I noticed that there are homeless folks setting up camp across the street (small number). This has been a problem in the past. APD typically clears the area out before it gets out of control. The grass is green, and the overall maintenance of the park is well maintained. Great place to walk the dog, throw a football with your kid, or launch rockets on a windless day.

We went for a walk with the dog very early in the morning. It was before 7 am. It was great because there were hardly any other dogs since our dog is very "barky". There were people in the pickle ball court area very early. We saw a mellow bunch of people. The area is clean and the grass is well maintained. Some of the parking lot areas are still locked off this early in the morning. We did see a locked playground area. It was a nice morning walk.

The fields were huge and green plus there was a large playground with two areas. One area for young kids and one for older kids. There were other families there the whole time I was there. I loved the atmosphere and I love the location. The playground was beautiful and clean and I will be back.

My family and I had a great time at Mesa Park. While on vacation, I'm Albuquerque NM. we searched for a Pickleball court with lights, and we found Mesa Park. It was perfect, and the Pickleball courts were awesome!!

This is a very nice park, well maintained, playgrounds, baseball fields, and pickleball courts. The pickleball courts get very busy, very quickly. If you want to play on the weekend, be sure to get there early and establish your spot!

The big kid side has shades but the littles do not; but should! Other than that the park is a cute and fun place to bring the kids. Bathrooms would be a great addition.

Brought my 5yr old son to play, and he had a blast! Very clean park. Usually I do a quick cleaning and find dirty needles or worse

On October 14, 2023 we were there to observe the 2023 Annular Solar Eclipse. The setting in this well maintained public park was perfect. Plenty of room and parking. Plenty of room, even though there were a couple of local young people's soccer matches occurring at the same time. The Backdrop of a large attractive community center building and the high desert escarpment in the background added a special beauty to the entire event. Everyone in the park observing the eclipse was in a good mood and very friendly ... as is generally true amongst the community of eclipse followers at these astronomical events.

I was disappointed! I drove to every entrance to find gates closed to get in! There was only one small parking entrance allowing people in for such a big beautiful park. There was a man who drove his truck onto the curb to fix something underneath his truck and another vehicle where the windows were broken out and was sleeping in it. So it’s the weekend and this is how we spend our tax dollars! My car is parked at a locked gate as you can see in the picture and walked my dog in. I needed my space for my dog who had three back surgeries and other people are not obeying the dog park rules and having their dogs off lease!

Since the dog park that was nearby was closed they should fence off the small grassy area in the southwest side of the soccer fields that currently has picnic tables and designate that area for dogs to run around without leash.

Live right next to this park. This park brings joy. It's huge. It let's you feel like you can get away. There are always dogs and kids playing. Very refreshing place.

Its a nice spacious park. It can often get quite busy with soccer games, events, and I think the recreation center there has lots of programs for children because I see them there often like they are going on a field trip or something. I enjoy parks for the solitude, being able to enjoy a quiet, natural environment, power walk with my dog and enjoy the sun. It gets challenging from time to time when it is packed there and I don't want my dog to scare any children because she barks, so I try to be selective about when I go.

The best outdoor pickleball courts in town! The park is nice, the playground is hoppin' and the only downfall is the restrooms (no more portapotty thanks to Abq vandals) are sparse and located inside the multigen facility

Nice wide open space with healthy well maintained grass and trees. Speaking of I wouldn't sit in it cause you know people and their dogs and also you'd think they'd put those benches under shade but instead they sit ya directly in the blazing sun and they got the tiny trees of so few in the parking lot and the big ones on the grass. Gotta bring your own chair.
