This hotel is decent for the price and right off of I-25. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. I wanted to give it a higher rating, however their website says that trailer parking is available. That is most definitely not the case. I was lucky that it wasn't busy for my stay here and I was able to find a stretch of empty spots to park my truck and small trailer. If it had been a little more busy there would have been no place at all to park. That could be a big issue for someone and they need to update their site.

This hotel needs a good thorough cleaning and disinfectant. Several rooms smelled of a strong odor and had what appeared to be blood. The sheets were not clean nor changed before our arrival. When concerns were brought up to the front desk, Alejandra denied it all, even with pictures for proof. To say this stay was terrible would be putting in nicely.

Do not bother communicating with this property. They do as they please. Group of travelers come in and blindly give away room keys without checking a room list supplied to the property. The only positive I can give is the front desk clerk was very polite. The assistant manager not as much.

Alejandra was so welcoming when we arrived. Our room faced the balloon park, so we were able to see them lift off early morning. Beautiful location. The room was clean. Our room was next to the elevator but it was still quiet. Breakfast was good. A nice variety of items.

Rooms are ok, location is great. Marianna at the front desk was the best part of this hotel. She was courteous, helpful and went out of our way to help us enjoy our stay. Thank you, she is a great at her job.

Kristina at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is showing its age, but seemed clean, beds were comfortable. Included breakfast was fairly empty, and temperatures on the foods weren’t what the should be on both hot and cold items.

Breakfast was good. Sheets and towels were clean. Carpet was stained. Shower floor looked awful.. wish I 'd had flip flops to wear into the shower. Constant banging through the walls.

The front desk is always so friendly. The times for breakfast are not for you if you are a late riser. But they have improved their breakfast and it's not quite so skimpy. Good place to stay with family.

This place is okay for a short stay and for the price. My family and I were just passing through and only stayed one night. The lobby, hallways, pool and rooms were clean, but there were some minor issues. We reserved two rooms. The toilet didn't work in one of the rooms we had, so they moved us to another (which they did with no problem). In another room we had, the refrigerator wasn't on and hadn't been on so long that the freezer part thawed and the water inside had been sitting, so it stunk so bad when we opened it to put our stuff inside. We ended up just not using it because we didn't want to switch rooms again. Apparently, there's a light switch that needs to stay on for the fridge to run. (Note to staff: make it so this light switch cannot turn off. If there was a note that said don't turn off, it would still run the risk of turning off and the freezer part to thaw.) Another problem they're aware of and were working on fixing are the phones that wouldn't call the front desk. Also, the ice machine wasn't working, and the shower curtains are so short that it was hard to keep it in the tub so water wouldn't find its way out of the tub. Even though we had these minor issues, the staff was fantastic and very helpful and the free breakfast was good (even had hatch chili for the eggs). The hotel is right off the freeway so it's easy to get in and out of, although, it's not in the greatest areas (homeless by the freeway) and there are signs all over the parking lot to lock your car door and secure your belongings.

The bathroom had substantial mold and several holes in the wall, the shower line was duct-taped into the wall. The toilet seat had dried on urine spots when I arrived, the chair and carpet were covered in pet hair. The bed seemed clean which was good but was creeped out. Nice location but desperately needs an update

I liked our stay here. Madison Lee and I stayed here a couple of days ago. And it was such a romantic thing. Woke up early and had breakfast and went back to bed. No worries no stress just pure love and romance. It was a beautiful day.

I have stayed here often. This morning at 8:15 AM, housekeeping barged into my room without knocking or announcing themselves. I informed the person at the desk and she seemed to not care at all...this is the problem with corporations. Plus, 2 big bosses were sitting nearby and NEVER said anything! I will be reporting them since they do not find the seriousness in privacy rights. Well, they called me back and said thet reviewed the cameras and they made it right. Thank you Cindy! I stayed at this location from 3/11 - 3/13. They charged a $330 local fee that I still have not had deposited back in my account. It has been 36 hours since I checked out. I am a part of the choice members club which I have yet to see any reward from. This was MOST DEFINITELY my last time staying.

Good clean hotel and very helpful staff. Very good breakfast with green chile for the eggs. Very quiet . Can't hear the Interstate from an end room even though it is right next door.

The stay was fine. Breakfast was good. A few days after we stayed they charged me $87 with no explanation and hang up every time I try to call. Stay at your own risk!

I stayed here one night with my boyfriend and some friends. The rooms were very dated and did not feel clean. The restroom sinks had a sewer smell when turned on. The comforter had stains and at night when we tried to sleep we could not as the sheets were very itchy. My boyfriend got up in the middle of the night to ask for new sheets. The new sheets we were provided were fine. The breakfast was ok. Nothing special. The lady at the front was nice during our check-in, but the rooms need serious work.

There was a bunch of hair in the bathroom floor, tooth brush scum on the faucet, stains all over our sheets, and outlets that did not work. Staff was very polite and the breakfast area was clean.

This is one of the nicest Comforts we have stayed in. Everything clean and nicely decorated. Was very impressed when they had breakfast at 4 am for the people going to the Balloon Festival. We will make this Comfort are destination when coming to the festival.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Based on reviews on sites like google, and that our stay would occur during Balloon Fiesta, we were prepared for all to be just OK. From the moment we checked in until we said goodbye, we were pleasantly surprised at how much we enjoyed the entire stay. We had one hiccup at check-in, where our initial room had a sink that wouldn't drain. Not only did they switch our room, but instantly had a maintenance worker sent to fix the problem of that first room. Every single staff member we met was friendly, happy and helpful. I can't recall ever staying at another Choice property where I could say the same. Yes, there are certain aspects of the hotel that are looking a little tired and dated - like the hallways and doors, but overall, the room we stayed in was perfect. There were plenty of options during breakfast, not a huge amount, but sufficient. But here's the kicker: again, this is during Balloon Fiesta, where if you're going, you are out the door around 4-5am. This hotel was accommodating everyone by beginning their breakfast service at 4am! We had a King Suite room, which was not only spacious and clean, but whose climate control unit was unobtrusive while keeping the room comfortable. Bed was very comfortable, with super soft sheets and extra blanket and pillows if needed. The shower water pressure and temp were great, too.

Room was fine, but front desk booked a family into my room late at night so I had people entering my room while I was asleep. I went to the front desk and woman working there said I should have been booked into a different room. Really?

This place was gross. Hair in the corners of the bathtub dirt and grime mold on the shower walls. Mold around the bathroom sink. Stains on the pillow cases. Ink on the blanket from a pen. And old cups and dirt trash under the beds. And molded and curdle creamers my boyfriend opened 3 different ones. Plus the price was outrageous. Very disappointing . Really would like our money back.

The room was dirty and the AC stunk horribly every time it came on. I do not recommend this hotel.

Hallways had not been vacuumed in some time. Water drained extremely slow from shower. Has a run down atmosphere. Over priced for what you get in my view. Not much choice at hot breakfast. Staff are very friendly.

The hotel condition was good however they appear to be short staff, there was trash in the hallway when we arrived and still there when we left 2 days later. The breakfast was ok but not real fresh, taste like it was reheated. The pool was nice, we used it both days. I will be looking for another place to stay when I return to Albuquerque.

Refrigerator in the room doesn’t work. Automatic one star. That is basic as it gets. Room has a musty odor.

Thanks to Donna at the front desk for helping us out since our travel plans were impacted due to covid. I can't speak to the rooms or anything since we didn't stay but I'm leaving a 5star review based on Donna's customer service!

They seem short staffed-we waited about 10 min with other guests to check in before someone was able to help us. Our room was musty and never got cool, despite having the AC unit blasting. The room itself looks like it needed updating-it had a broken door, tub drain was broken, and it wasn’t super clean. There was a sticky feeling to the carpet. In addition, the hotel is a little tricky to get to. You have to turn like you’re going to Burger King, but there are no signs indicating this. GPS will have you go to a dead end street where there is no access to the hotel, so you have to turn around and figure out how to get to the parking lot. If you have another option to stay somewhere else, I would not recommend staying here.

Wasn't worth the amount we paid. No power outlets in the room other than what's on the lamp. Was placed in a room with a handicap accessible shower. The shower needs major updating as the water flows out into the bathroom floor and into the carpet. The floors felt sticky and dirty.
