    1) Location: was very good, right off of the highway. Plenty of parking spaces. 2) Room: the bed box spring was off of the frame so it was severely bowed in the middle. I was able to repair this myself. The bathroom is so small the door almost hits the toilet, VERY cramped. The shower head was below my head level (I'm 6') which means you have to duck to wash your hair. The bathroom ceiling has mold spots everywhere. The wallpaper is peeling off virtually every wall in the entire room but most noticeable by the bathroom. Finally, I would not recommend sitting on the couch as it had nasty dark stains on all the cushions. My only nice thing to say is the pillows are big and very comfy. 3) The restaurant: the (breakfast) service is so bad we almost walked out. Nobody seated us, sign says wait to be seated. Waitress was terrible and took FOREVER to serve us. Food was actually very good however. I have NO CLUE how this place got a 4.0 rating. Honestly the Hampton Inn we stayed in the night before for less money was night and day better and they have a 3.0 rating! Lol

When was it rated 4 stars , 50 years ago? Hotel - old and not well maintened . Breakfast - good. Beds - clean and comfortable. Room - without fridge and microwave. TV is analog, not a cable. There was no curtains in the room, only shutters. Also we decided do not use AC (see pictures). Hallway carpet has a huge hole. Overall - 2 stars .

We came into town for a weekend getaway this place looked amazing online they really fluff it up. With anticipation of a relaxing weekend by the pool we find out after booking that the pool is closed for no particular reason. Called Guest services several times to get basic information about places to eat or fresh linen and towels no one answered. They also offer breakfast but it’s an Additional charge. I suggest going to FLYING STAR CAFE it was a place I found online and it was amazing. I wish they had a hotel I would probably have had a better time. Unfortunately Crowne Plaza doesn’t meet its online presence so be forewarned you are just paying for a bed and a shower and a pretty lobby (why they got the 3rd star)

Great spot to take in the views at a reasonable rate. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, had numerous plugs and a couple USB's on the top of the clock radio. Bathroom was a little small, but, did it's thing. Breakfast was also very good. Only thing that could use a little change is the sound proofing. Every so often you can hear the trucks (Jake brakes) and cars coming down the Interstate. I have a feeling it's the single pane sliding doors to the little balconies. Would I boom again... 4 Sure!

Locals be warned ⚠️ This hotel does not cater to locals. The front desk staff is unprofessional and uncaring. The advertise three restaurants is false. Only one restaurant is available and the food is unforgettable and cold when served. The rooms have torn carpet, popcorn ceilings (to hide the holes), and the water pressure is horrible. I should have stayed in a Holiday Inn Express for less money, better service, and much better experience overall! Save your money!

1st, I want to commend Crowne Hotel for the medical discount for cancer patients, which requires a doctor statement for a discount. It shows how much they care for your stay, the room was comfortable, the issue was the shower tub, my mother slipped on the tub recommend sticker non slip in the tub. The bathroom needed additional cleaning which still had hair in the sink, other then the minor flaws it was a comfortable stay

Clean, quiet, picturesque. We didn't get to experience the pool, but our stay was pleasant. The staff were personable, the location not too far from the airport and in route to the white sands. This location served its purpose in serving as a layover stop on our journey to White Sands National Park. We would most definitely stay here again.

No shower soap, keurig machine was wonky. Took 2 cycles to get a full cup of coffee. Sliding door to jack n Jill balcony leaked cold air like crazy. But the vaulted ceiling was a great touch and the bed was comfy. Shower was a huge disappointment. No water pressure. Road noises are crazy bad with door closed and drapes closed.

I've stayed at other Crowne Plazas before, so I was surprised this one didn't have a refrigerator & microwave. Breakfast wasn't included either. The room was satisfactory otherwise. If are a light sleeper, make sure you ask for a room facing away from the highway. The location is quite convenient near downtown and area's points of interest.

Well, I absolutely love this spot. The bed is wonderful, the sheets are soft - there’s a tub, which I love and always look for / and a small balcony. Literally every thing you’d want! I had reserved the king suite and loved it. Downstairs there was breakfast at the restaurant and I believe other restaurants on site. It’s right off the freeway (40) and very easy to park. Brenda at breakfast was amazing and friendly. Front desk staff were all super polite. Overall; I will be back - service to stay, I am happy!

What a great hotel! Camilla and Evelyn at the front desk are sooooo helpful and courteous. The rooms look very nice and clean. Unlike some hotels, everything was in great working order. It's such a nice place if you're traveling. I didn't eat at the restaurant, but it's awesome that they have one. When traveling back to Albuquerque, this will be my home away from home!

Nice hotel with super friendly and helpful staff! Room was cozy and there was a nice atmosphere throughout the hotel. My only complaint is that there are no restaurants very close at all and so you are forced to eat in the restaurants that are in the hotel. They do not offer even the most basic complimentary breakfast.

Best experience ever while staying at an IHG property. Carmen and James gave exceptionally amazing customer service. James was so pleasant and went above and beyond to make our stay incredibly awesome. The amenities were great and the room was amazingly clean! This was the second time staying at this particular hotel and definitely recommend it.

This property is great. Reasonable price, great rooms, excellent customer service from Brian at the Registration Desk and the restaurant staff too. The room was clean, well maintained, and quiet. There is not much available within walking distance for food or entertainment as I had hoped there would be, so I was bored for the evening. The quality, preparation, and service for the food was excellent! pool was very full with other guests and kids which was great for them, but I would have liked to have a live band or musician during the evening. Overall a great experience.

Well as far as hotels I would recommend just die to the fact that the housekeeper named Ruby went above and beyond for what ever I needed or my family needed. She never hesitated and just because I recommend this their service Excellent when it comes to the rooms. Now as for the front desk can get busy but they are very friendly as soon as they greet you you feel welcomed. Try it once won't be disappointed. Two pools are better than one and the view is pretty cool.

The check in process was very easy. The staff in the evening were not the friendliest, but the morning staff was quite delightful. The room itself was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable and the sheets were smooth as could be. I found the shower to be my favorite amenity of the stay. The rooms need to be more modernized in my opinion. After all, it is a Crowne Plaza.

This hotel was perfect! We came because my son was having surgery and it was a perfect nights rest and so comfortable and clean! The balcony outside was a plus! I am definitely going to stay here again when in Albuquerque. The only thing missing is a microwave and refrigerator.

My friend and I stayed here during the Hot Air Balloon Festival. We were checked in by Melissa. She was so kind and accommodating after our long journey from Indiana. We had an accessibility issue with our room, and Melissa was right on top of things to fix the situation. Jess another front desk employee, was beyond helpful and always started our morning in a positive way. All the front desk staff greeted us when we left and returned, if they weren’t busy. During our one and only encounter with Casey, we found her to be a major Debbie Downer. We got up at 6 am to head out to the fiesta by 7 am. She informed us that we were too late and missed the entire balloon ascension. If I recall she said she lived in Albuquerque all her life, and stated, “If you’re not there between 4-6 am, you’ve missed the entire lift off.” My friend and I were completely devastated to hear this information. Here we traveled all this way to see 1 of the 2 busiest days for the balloon ascension, and now we totally missed it. We decided to head out to the park anyway because that is the entire reason we came. We were in a complete state of shock and euphoria when we arrived to the park. The sights were spectacular and breathtaking. We couldn’t take enough pictures or video. We were both so thankful that we didn’t listen to Casey’s advice. Her information was absolutely incorrect and could have potentially ruined our vacation.

This place is trying to keep afloat with all the mess that goes with Albuquerque and that particular area. They do a good job overall. Security was on site at all times. We were treated well by staff and auxiliary staff. We didn't have any concerns with safety and theft. The location has lots to offer and is located right in the middle of everything. Overall, the location is dated in some regards but is well kept, and housekeeping is meticulous with everything. We were happy with the stay.

I was actually very pleasantly surprised with my stay here. I visited in n late October 2023 and wasn't sure where to stay. Asking around for advice, some people had told me that the area where this hotel is wasn't very nice but I found nothing unpleasant about the surrounding area. It was not far from the airport but just far enough. The lobby is nice and comfy, coffee was pretty good (a little strong for my taste) and the courtyard was very nice and relaxing. The had heaters on outside, corn hole, a nice pool, lots of seating, Jenga, just all around a nice stay. Everyone was pleasant and helpful too. If I had to say something negative it would be that the bed was a little worn. It was a spring mattress and worn. I would stay again unless I found another place similar but with new mattresses.

11th floor has an amazing view from all directions! Rooms were spotless clean! Best breakfast ever! Super happy stay! The absolute quietest hotel ever there was even a ton of families for some hockey thing and a pageant and you could've heard a pin drop....

Very comfortable, the beds are awesome. My son said the pull out sofa is iffy, but the king was great. The room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good, and the staff was attentive.

We recently stayed at this hotel. It is pet friendly. I initially booked over the phone ensuring a suitable room bearing in mind we have 2 dogs. Upon getting to the hotel I found we had been allocated a room on the tenth floor. Even though the hotel is very busy and rightly so, a gorgeous venue. The receptionist, Jess, quickly allocated us a like for like room on the ground floor. Breakfast was very nice, staff are very helpful and polite. Highly recommend this hotel

The rooms were okay for two nights. Check in was great and hotel was fine. Friends and I spent the evening at the bar. The staff there were horrible. I have never been treated the way I was my entire life. It’s unfortunate that the staff there were ridiculously rude to us. I’m always friendly to wait staff etc, but these women were horrible.

Stayed here for the night and wasn't really good of an experience. The shower wasn't cleaned at all and had hairs on the drainage. I would assume they would provide breakfast, but didn't. The fitness area was pretty small. I assumed more for a 4 star hotel and the price I paid.

I planned on renting a room for the weekend so my two daughters could swim my youngest daughter was turning nine it was her birthday and we had a bad experience, I felt like I was in prison getting watched by staff in the indoor pool with a walkie talkie, the pool rules said the pool closes at 11 but the lady in the front checking wrist bands said they close at 9. They also ask what room you are in at the pool, very frustrating. I paid 144 dollars for a pool to be closed at 9 pm? My husband and the kids were so upset I feel like I wasted my money and I should have looked for another place to stay. Waste of money. The Native at the front desk is rude so is the lady at the front of the indoor pool. Felt like I was in some weird camp being watched very uncomfortable too controlling. Management really needs to work on keeping the pool open later when I reserved the room I was told the pool closes at 11 false advertisement. The last time I stay here I wish I could get a refund. No fridge in the room either or microwave pretty sad for how much I paid. Don’t come here for a vacation it’s not fun things close to early and you feel stalked at the pool. Some staff was amazing I didn’t catch there names, but I blame this on management.

We were there on a business trip and this was supposed to be our time to relax. Internet was down, A/C barely worked, pool closed for inspection, laundry room off-site, many doors were out of order (would not open w/ key card). The staff was trying their best to accommodate for all inconveniences that were out of their control. Very friendly, polite and professional. Restaurant was good, clean, friendly staff of one and she was phenomenal, very comfortable atmosphere!

The staff were all so friendly and welcoming! One of the guys gave awesome recs for delicious food. I had my small dog with me and the staff greeted her and gave her some belly rubs. Hotel was very clean. Will stay here again, if in the area. Thanks!
