I reserved a room for two nights the out side of facility looked nice but the inside of the room was a different story, not what I was expecting at all. Iโ€™m not one to complain especially when you get what you pay for. My room smelled like cigarettes and the only plug that worked was the one near the sink. The carpet was gross. I stayed no longer than 20 minutes thankfully he gave me full refund on my second night but I counted tonight as a loss but I wasnโ€™t going to stay there with a lot of work on my hands and terrible WiFi and the condition of the room. It was just a learning situation. I will say thank you for refunding some of my money back.

If I could give negative stars I would. We booked multiple rooms for a high school robotics team. One of the rooms had blood stains on the sheets. The shower in my room horribly leaked. It created a nice waterfall effect at night which was only partially able to drown out the noise from outside. I went to take a shower only to find that there was no hot water. Upon speaking with the front desk clerk about the hot water, she explained that the boiler in that building was down and none of the rooms had hot water. The location seems unsafe and there are multiple signs to confirm the bad nature of the area. Would only recommend if you were homeless and in need of shelter from the weather. However, you might be better off under a bridge.

The rooms looked nothing like the photos that had been posted on the website. The lady who worked the front desk when I checked in for my 2 night stay was rather rude, lazy and inconsiderate. I had to call up to the front desk to try to find my room and it rang about 15-18 times before she picked up and then spoke to me like I was an idiot. However, the rest of the staff that I interacted with for the course of my stay were friendly, polite, helpful and very courteous. The price I paid was for the room was very reasonable and the room was cleaned and well supplied with the usual toiletries, coffee and such. I would be willing to stay here again.

I visited in the summer of 19. We were kinda sketched by the condition of the lobby showed lack of care but we were tired. We walked into the room smelled it looked around and asked for a refund. The stairs had cracked uneven concrete that would possibly be a tripping hazard. There was a thick possibly moldy residue on the wall ac unit vents. The shower & toilet area either had stains or were dirty. The bedding and curtain sets were at least 2- 3 decades old. The room smelled musty & moldy. The pool was closed. We waited In line at least 20 minutes to get our room and then again to get a refund. I donโ€™t know why Wyndham would want their name attached to this property or offer booking through them. All photos are stock or have been edited to make this property look better online. I no longer feel comfortable booking through Wyndham properties or Days Inn if these conditions are what is now the normal. I would ask to a view the room before paying. We actually bypassed the city to stay somewhere else on our return. The experience does make a good travel story though our family still talks about it.

Very basic motel rooms. Clean. No fridge or microwave. Shower heads are a bit low, and Iโ€™m only 5โ€™8โ€. Does have a pool though! The pool area is cute and seems well maintained. 8โ€™ depth was nice, but the pool itself is a bit small for there to be any real separation if adults from children. Did have an issue reserving a second room for my parents though, in that the reservation was never entered. So when my parents arrived for check-in, there was no room reserved for them. Luckily the next front desk attendant was able to help me find them a room.

The smoke detector was covered up fire hazard for sure. The walls had water damage. Ac was not working. A bunch of cockroaches on the wall and restroom. Dirty towels not washed right. Room was not cleaned properly. Found a trash bag of old tacos in my drawer. Totally disgusting for a one night stay at $150! For a 2 star hotel

Spacious room, was located close to what we needed, and got a good price for the room through Expedia. Water is not hot, ranges from lukewarm to a little more warm. Basic breakfast, same as nearly every other cheaper hotel we've stayed at. My boys enjoy the waffles and yogurt. There was also toast, mini muffins, and cereal to choose from. We didn't see any bugs and we were there for four days. The evening shift, lady with pink hair, was very helpful by answering questions and giving me quarters for the laundry area. Some aspects of the hotel are dated but they are also doing repairs and renovations. Room didn't have a desk chair, we had to ask for extra towels, and a TV remote. Not a big deal but something that should have been available to begin with. Room was cleann except there was a crusty stain on the ottoman. For the price, I would stay again.

We spent the night here after a day of hiking and traveling through the area. Maybe I should of checked some reviews before I booked. The floors seemed like it had not been vacuumed for a week and the room was not properly maintained. The worst part was that there was no hot water when we tried to shower (though it was fixed by the morning). Apparently, this is a chronic issue as past review have also reported this problem. It was a good location, easy check in, and the price was not bad. You get what you pay for!

Horrible experience! Reserved a suite for 2 nights 2 weeks ahead of time. Got there at about 5pm and the room they gave us wasnt even clean it had beer bottles, bed was a mess everything was dirty. Went and got a different room which was a lot bigger and semi better but there was no toilet paper, no shower curtain and the room smelled nasty. There was a cockroach in the sink. The second day they locked us out of our own room. Had to go get new card keys. just not a comfortable stay whatsoever.

The room 2210 stunk like wet dog and pee. When booking it said comes with a fridge, coffee pot and amenities. The room had nothing of the sort. I got two rooms one for my family and my mother and grandma. My mom grandma and oldest baby who is only 6 years old stayed in room 3228 and two men staying in 3230 tried to kick the door in. Iโ€™m so upset about this. Top it off we left today and I forgot my scarf with a beaded ring in the room and front desk is refusing to get it for my family who flies out of Albuquerque tonight. She is being extremely rude! Iโ€™ve paid for my stay now they will not return my belonging! My family is terrified and have been up since 4:30 this morning when the men tried to enter there room. Nothing was done for us! By far the worst experience ever!

Not sure why this place has such bad reviews. I got the room with a king bed and everything was clean, looked recently renovated, and the parking was fine. A lot of other travelers came in around the time we did, that's why people are "walking around the parking lot." There were a few people walking around, but not in the parking lot, just on the street. If you're picky, the curtains had a couple stains and the floor could have been cleaned (our feet were black from walking around the room), but for a night stay after driving all day, we felt safe and slept good. There are no bugs either which worried me reading some reviews, but overall, a great place to spend a night or week! The staff was really nice except the one guy who helped us check out, who didn't seem to want to do his job or even talk to any customer.

We came to visit family due to unfortunate circumstances and had to last min book here. We booked on Expedia. When we arrived the Hotel was double booked and the front desk lady was trying to find something for us. I was patient and within a few min she got us in! She was very nice poor thing looked like she had a rough day. Anyways room was absolutely spectacular! Very clean and nice cold mini fridge. We ended up staying extra days but they were cool about it. Had to put $50 deposit. Unfortunately my kiddos got the best of it but I was Very understanding!! I saw a lady scream at the front desk lady and the manager because she had ruined their towels!... I mean common if ruin something thatโ€™s not yours... anyways. We loved our stay and the front desk lady was super cool! Thank you guys!

The room we were given absolutely REEKED of smoking. The bathroom had used rolls of toilet paper, the white towels were... not so white (some even had a bonus dead bug). Oh, the smoke detector was out of battery (and made a really loud beeping sound every few seconds), there were more light bulbs that didn't work than those that did, and there was no hot water. There was a room with broken windows, so we felt very safe. The next morning upon returning the keys, we had to wait 10 minutes for an employee to let us into the lobby (I don't think they know how their door works). We were glad to have only stayed one night.

I booked this room for my mom, my sister and niece. The first room they checked into which was a suite that I reserved and the smell of gasoline was so strong they couldnโ€™t stay in there. They offered them a new room not a suite. This room was filthy missing plate in the microwave and it was dirty. The wallpaper was pealing in many places the beds you could tell were slept in and just remade. The safety chain on the door was missing. And get this at 6:30 am a grown man opens the hotel room door and walks into their room!!! Not acceptable at all!!

It's pretty alright for the price. The walls were thin so I could hear everything, but the heater worked, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The shower head was super low, almost too low for me at 5'6" so take that into consideration, and took a long time for the cold water to kick in, but was otherwise fine. Still, no real complaints for how inexpensive it was.

The room was subpart at best. The wallpaper was coming off the wall. The water was not adjustable with the handles in the shower/bathtub or the sink. It was hot only. We were unable to take a comfortable shower or brush our teeth. Mold was visible on the ceiling and bathtub corners. See photos below. The manager did adjust the fee for our stay but we cancelled our 4 day stay for spring break and moved to another hotel. The one star is for the staffs courtesy.

The hostess were pleasant. We had an issue with the sink not draining - front desk was informed. I noticed some things prior to leaving ... the bathroom door did not lock. The door required a bottom threshold and weatherstripping sunlight was shining through.
