I was very displeased and disgusted that this establishment. I discovered roaches in my room. Not little roaches, big roaches! I would not recommend an overnight stay. I don't know if I was purposely placed in this room because of my ethnicity. But I will not return again. The hotel establishment needs to address this issue and this infestation. I recommend not eating breakfast there as well, if this establishment has an infestation of these little critters.

No hot water. Was told we would get room on fourth floor. Room on second floor with dogs. Smoke smell from people going in and out smoking. Room seemed clean. Bed comfy. Hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed all week. Bits of rags all over. Will not stay here again.

The staff was excellent, extremely accommodating and friendly with every interaction. We stopped off from a long days travel and Gabby was so nice even though it was busy with others checking in and us with no reservations. She was quick and efficient in helping. In the morning before heading back out for another long day of travel we stopped at the front only to be greeted by another friendly employee, Ralph! He answered all of our questions we had and even sent us away with a to-go breakfast and a smile.

Piece of trash hotel, bad service, dirty rooms, no hot water. I requested my room to be cleaned 2 days in a row and it was not done. I put Do Not Disturb sign up and they came in and cleaned my room. This hotel is one way in another way out. Not all Fun. The bathrooms showers were filthy will moldy corners, luckily I used my shower shoes. The Heat/AC working intermittently, when it did come on it was in the middle of the night and it sounded like a freight train. I asked to have someone check on the hot water and nobody every got back with me. I Hilton Honors Diamond member but this shows some shaky credibility.

Overall it's your standard Hampton Inn. Cleanliness/house keeping could be improved. Our bathroom had hairs all over, a bath towel was on the floor, and there were chip crumbs on a chair. Fortunately it looked like the sheets had been changed at least. Digital key was spotty. Good location for quick stop off of I-40.

Stopped here for an evening along a road trip. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Biggest complaint was they Only had one luggage cart. All the tires tread was damaged. Almost impossible to push to room. Husband had bad back so we couldn’t carry it by hand. Reported it to the night clerk and was disappointed that it was. Still there the next morning on check out. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay.

Just felt like they didn't finish the rooms or something. Missing a lot of upkeep. The first room they gave me, the shade was broken and blocked the window, so really dark. They moved me which I appreciated. That room something was torn off the wall(pic), the shade was broken (pic) and there were hairs and a bug (pic) in one of the beds. Just not a great Hilton stay. I like the location. Just felt like I was in a cheap motel...

Better than the last Hampton I stayed at - but that’s not saying a whole lot. If you’re in a hurry, I wouldn’t suggest staying here. How hard is it to serve a bad breakfast on time (6:00)? I waited 20 minutes to eat mystery foods which caused me to get a late start to my 15 hour drive. Thx.

Good for what it is. If youre passing through, most importantly it felt safe. Cool food and brewery nextdoor. Thin walls. Pet friendly. Breakfast was decent. No hot water on our stay though.

It’s not the best Hampton Inn we’ve been in. It’s an old hotel (1999). It’s ready for updating. The bathroom is tiny and the tub drain is slow. It got a little better after I pulled out all the gobs of hair from it. The air conditioner is loud and kept me up all night. When we arrived late in the evening, it was storming. There was not one single luggage cart in the lobby. They don’t know where they are. We had to carry all of our baggage to our room on the 4th floor. I’d like to commend Ralph P. at the front desk though. Despite the only employee working that shift, he managed to juggle everything. Yet he remained cool, courteous, friendly, and accommodating. He’s a valuable employee and an asset to the company. He deserves to be commended and his efforts recognized.

Our family of four stayed one night here. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, no issues with things not working as other reviewers have mentioned. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. There's a great food court next door if don't want to visit the usual chains for dinner.

Let's start with the positives. The rooms were impeccably clean, a detail I greatly appreciated. There's nothing quite like entering a fresh and tidy room after a long day of travel. Additionally, the bed was firm and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep and ensuring I woke up refreshed in the morning. On the downside, I was disappointed with the breakfast options. Unfortunately, the absence of waffle batter left a void for those seeking a classic breakfast treat. It's a shame that this option was missing, as it could have added a delightful touch to the morning meal. Another letdown was the TV channel selection. I found the variety to be rather limited, leaving me with fewer options for entertainment during my downtime. It would have been great to have a more diverse range of channels to choose from, particularly when looking for something to unwind with after a busy day. The hotel also only had one working elevator, which at checkout times left it feeling a little congested. Furthermore, the check-in process took longer than expected due to the hotel's new system updates. While the staff explained the situation and their efforts to improve the system, it was still a minor inconvenience. However, I understand that technological upgrades can sometimes lead to temporary delays, so I hope they can streamline the process soon. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's location near the Green Jeans area was a significant advantage. Being able to walk to nearby restaurants and bars for food and drinks was incredibly convenient. It provided a lively atmosphere and saved me the hassle of seeking out dining options, as long as you are okay with pizza, tacos, craft beer etc. I would stay again.

Listen up! Not all hotel breakfasts are equal. This is as good as it gets. Variety, freshness, cleanliness, this place nails it. We stay here every time we come through ABQ. Other places, even though the breakfast is “included”, I’d just as soon skip out on and hot up McDonald’s.

1st I would never stay here again. Definitely not the normal quality of a Hampton Inn. My feet were black from walking barefoot in room. For the quality the price was too high. Small bathroom, not enough lighting in bedroom. But the worse was they had no power cord to the TV. So we couldn’t wind down for the night. I called that night and was told they had no extras power cords. I let the lady at check out know and she said there was nothing she could do because we already had a good rate. Really??? No I’m sorry or anything.

Would have given 5 stars. We are at the end of a 2 week vacation and have stayed at 6 different Hilton properties extending from NM and AZ. This is the only hotel we've had a problem with the housekeeping staff being really loud when we were trying to sleep. One of the most fundamental requirements of hotel staff working among the rooms, should be WORKING QUIETLY. They were yelling down the hall to each other and letting doors slam as they were going in and out. 2 BIG rules that all hotel staff should abide by....be quiet and don't let doors slam! The hotel hot tub was also broken. After a long drive in from Sedona it would have been nice, especially since the rooms only have showers and no tub. On the upside, the room was very clean and nicely prepared. Breakfast was really good, although it was yet another hotel where the oatmeal was too watered down and like soup. This seems to be a contagion among Hilton Hotels these past 2 weeks. Check in was very pleasant. Young gentleman at the front desk was fast efficient and kind. Would definitely recommend if they can get their housekeeping staff under control.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say that I was extremely satisfied with my experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel amenities were top-notch and the location was perfect for my needs. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay!”

Booked a reservation for one night, it was confirmed. Arrived at hotel around 11pm to check in and I was told that I could not check in because no rooms were clean. I made the reservation two days before and still not a clean room. Employee was rude and said housekeeping only cleaned a limited number of rooms. Do not stay here. Save your time and book Hilton Garden Inn downtown. Very nice hotel, secure gated parking and helpful staff.

I've stayed there several times over the years for work, usually with a group. We enjoyed that Green Jeans is right there, especially so that we could walk over to the brewery. The gym is okay, but a lot of people pilfered the weights. Usually the rooms are pretty clean and the beds are comfortable.

They completely screwed up our reservation, so we only had 1 room instead of 2, but the girl who checked us in was fabulous got it straightened out. Decent room and breakfast, pretty standard and what I would expect from Hampton Inn. The entry into the hotel is difficult to see. There's a sign, but it's not big enough to help in the dark, so be prepared to make a U-turn and try again.

The front desk people were phenomenal. It was crazy busy and they were having computer troubles, yet they were patient and kind despite some guests not being and also some guests having lots of questions. Getting to this hotel was a bit of a pain but not awful. The room is where is all feel apart. The air unit only sort of worked. Their were some sort of stains all over the desk chair. There was a continuous buzzing noise which I never discovered the source. Lastly....nothing felt truly clean imo. Thats a personal opinion though. Staying again, probably not my first choice but I also wouldn't put it as my last choice either.

From my experience I had zero Wi-Fi when trying to log on multiple times. Was told upon request at check in that there would be to-go breakfast bags since I had to check out before 6am. Those were not put out and when I requested one, I was given a frozen bagel. I have emailed the manager at this location about the unsatisfactory stay and no response. I paid for the service that was not provided. Additionally the coffee was cold every time I went down to get some.

The elevator did not work when we got there. So we had to walk 4 flights of stairs with our luggage to the end of the hotel to get to our room. Room smelled a bit when we arrived. This was our first time staying at Hampton Inn, and it was probably the last. As a Hilton rewards member, I had high hopes but definitely bypassing the next go around.

I love this hotel. I’m writing this review after I checked out about 5 minitues ago. Great room. The bed was very comfy the bathroom was decent but expect a dirt spot or a mold spot in the corner of the shower: I called the front desk to request toothpaste and some towels but it never came to my room on the second floor so my mom and I went down to the lobby and had to ask for it ourselves. The fitness center was extremely clean and had good bikes. Although the front desk guy was very nice. Breakfast is really good nothing better than a Hampton hot breakfast. Lastly this hotel is very safe. The front doors lock at 10:00 pm and unlock at 7:00 pm. Management from my pov is decent. Thanks

First the good news. Friendly Greet-check in personnel, Friendly house keeping and Breakfast personnel. Large rooms, clean facilities, good parking availability. Breakfast is included with the stay, we liked it and the staff. I would stay there again, good location. We were impressed with the Hampton Inn chain of Hotels and now are using them. I would suggest not ever using a third party on-line reservation service, deal directly with the web site of the Hampton Inn system. Now the not so good news. Room 108. The handicap toilet is too low, it is not a high seating position. The shower flex hose head works fine, but the support to hold the shower head in place is loose and wobbly. Needs repaired or replacement.

Pretty standard Hampton Inn. Service and breakfast were excellent. Room was OK with a slight remnant smell of smoke (I have a really sensitive nose) and some places of peeling paint. The location next to the freeway made for a lot of road noise. Good value though.

The hotel is a good one. The location is decent. The service was outstanding. We checked in during the evening shift and the guy at the front desk was extremely nice and immediately acknowledged me as a hilton gold member, which is always nice. As a former hilton employee I know that he's the embodiment of what is expected of the front desk staff. We'll be back in a few months and will definitely be staying here again.

No luggage help. Hot tub broken. They clean only every 4 or 5 days unless you ask, and you have to ask each day. Looked for an extra blanket in the closet and found something with a row of grommets instead. Bathroom had only 2 half-used rolls of toilet paper. On my way out to dinner, I asked for 2 blankets and toilet paper. I was told to stop by the desk when I returned because there was no one to take anything to the room. I did that, and after some discussion, I was given one very small roll of toilet paper and only 1 blanket because no one had done the laundry. The breakfast was terrible prefabricated egg stuff. I was with a group of about 40, and there were some kids' sports teams there. There was 1 extremely slow 4 slice toaster FOR THE ENTIRE HOTEL. The staff, which seems to have consisted of 1 young woman at the desk, was very pleasant but couldn't do much. One day we were locked out of our room, and the first reaction from the man at the desk was to question whether we had turned the door handle the right way. This was pretty much a self-service hotel. I have never had to stroll through a hotel carrying my own toilet paper before.

Very clean as well as perfect location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Just what I needed on a road trip. Highly recommend. Oh, and the fact that it's next door to the Santa Fe Brewing Company is a big plus. Cheers and safe travels.

Beds we're comfortable and clean. Shower was nice. The room we stayed in needed some repairs but we managed. My only complaint/suggestion is being this is "dog friendly" this Hampton is not dog accommodating For instance, they need a space with grass! Doesn't have to be large, just a more comfortable spot.

Hotel is nice, staff is great but if your doing group travel with sports, stay somewhere else. The sales manager will drop your reservation without any remorse. Even with a contract, he felt no need to reach out before canceling our parents rooms after a 3.5 drive out of state. Find a more reliable place to book your group travel unless you want parents to arrive to the hotel after a long drive without a reservation.

We were there for 3 nights. Staff was awesome. Very courteous and friendly. We had breakfast on our first morning and we loved it. Great variety. Mini waffles were a plus for our kiddos. Roof was comfortable, fresh and clean. Ty so much. Blessings

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean and nice. The breakfast was good and the coffee was good. It had a restaurant across the street that had Mexican, Italian and Vietnamese food courts, and it had a bar... It was convenient to go there after our excursions and be able to walk back to the Hotel.

Staff was fantastic. Location is great. Hotel is in need of serious upkeep. Fitness center was disappointing. One broken treadmill and the other cardio bike looked like it was repaired with spare parts that didn’t belong to the bike. TV remote was dead and chair in the room was stained. Could be a great place but ownership needs to show more attention to detail. The hotel was not horrific. However cleanliness and upkeep were concerning. I would return only because the front desk was fantastic and customer service oriented

Our king room was spotless, spacious, well-kept. The bed was super comfy. The towels were in great condition. I had a great night's sleep. The breakfast was good, I just wish there were other options (scrambled eggs and bacon). Also the parking spaces were all narrowed. Overall, I had a great stay.

Loved this hotel. I’ve off late become a fan of Hampton Inns and this is because of hotels like this one. Neat and clean, the right size, the right price, great location, good WiFi, free breakfast, great coffee (24x7) with Hazelnet and Vanilla pumps all day. . . List is endless. It has a great eatery next door with great beer and food options. Would definitely recommend you to stay here.

We reserved these rooms for a large group of softball players. When we got there their computers were down and they had no clue what was going on. They were extremely nice though but just couldn’t handle the stress. Then the next day there was a lot going on and we went to get into our room and we couldn’t get in with our key card. We along with other people went down to the front desk where there was only 1 lady working and she was very frazzled and didn’t care that we were having this sort of problem. The phones were ringing and there were a lot of people trying to check in, and people standing there waiting to see why they couldn’t get in. She just gave us the master key to all the rooms and said here just use this for now. When we were up there their was a lot of people trying to check in that had reservations and she told them they were completely full even though they had reservations. She started to get overwhelmed and went and locked the front door because she couldn’t handle the stress. We have a whole softball team here and a lot of rooms and haven’t been this disappointed before with this type of hotel. We still have no keys and no one has called and apologized or anything.

Highly recommend this hotel. It is located by the highway, yet you don't hear any traffic. This makes it a great location. The beds were [surprisingly] very, very comfortable, the staff friendly, and the location safe. We will definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms with very pleasant staff. Still doing breakfast and it was good and filling. Scrambled eggs with fried potatoes and can't forget the smoked sausage with cooked jalapeños. The only reason for four stars is bum coming up to the car asking for money and two guys on bikes with backpacks scoping out cars to steal from. Not the best area but a little presence of police patrolling would probably have a positive effect!
