Wonderful stay! Rooms were bright and clean. Plenty of parking. Large bathroom and comfortable beds. Staff was kind and helpful. Front desk called our room shortly after we arrived to be sure all was satisfactory! There was a nice alarm clock/outlet/USB port on one side of the bed. Would have been really nice to have one on both sides, but not complaining! Breakfast was typical, but all looked fresh and hot. Nice options including eggs, bacon, sausage, and waffles. Various cereals, pastries, fruit and yogurt. Was surprised by the number of good restaurants in walking distance of the hotel!

Front desk staff is extremely friendly, especially the gentleman with the glasses who usually works the evenings. Our room is spacious and the location is perfect, with some dining options just a few feet away. The daily morning breakfast is delicious, the best out of the 5 hotels I’ve stood in throughout this week long multi-state trip. I would most definitely stay here again.

It's an okay hotel. Honestly didn't find anything exceptional or above average for this location and brand. Would we stay again? Yes. Mostly because we are familiar with the location and what to expect.

This is my business/staycation spot every time I come to Albuquerque. The staff are welcoming and accommodating making each of my visit a pleasant one. The rooms/suites are clean as I am meticulous about cleanliness since covid. The suites are nice and spacious giving me enough room to get work done. I've forgotten a laptop, tablet, blanket and watch here on different occasions and each time the staff made it easy for me to retrieve my belongings. The hotel is centrally located and has easy access to the freeway, plus there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Unfortunately this last visit was not for pleasure as I brought my parents to visit family in the hospital. It was a last minute trip as we literally just drove in without making reservations. The two young ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful making our stay stress free. They went the extra mile getting us coffee and seeing if the hospital would accept our late visit as visiting hours were over. Simple acts of goodness from the staff here is why I continue to choose this hotel when ever I'm in town.

The room is super clean, quiet and comfortable.. The parking is convenient and feels safe. It is a big lot right in front of the hotel that is clearly lit. The hotel is only 5 minutes off of the 40. The directions to get to the hotel are pretty unclear which right to take, we looked around twice. Take the right after Miclotti's sign. It is a term minute drive to old Town. Not a quaint area but there are a lot of restaurants nearby. Great for an overnight stay. You can watch your own account of Netflix, Amazon prime and YouTube on the television.. there are some treats to buy in the lobby like ice cream, chips and water. They even have microwaveable dinners. The breakfast is similar to Hampton Inn. Scrambled eggs bacon sausage waffles cereals yogurt fruit oatmeal but it's a bit nicer, great feed butter soy milk option for coffee, fresh strawberries for waffles, cage free eggs. It still tastes about the same. If you want a really nice breakfast you will have to go elsewhere but what they have on offer is nice enough to get you started and it's complimentary. The breakfast seating area is large and lovely, brightly lit and clean. You can even sit outside and you are not barraged by the news. The pool is tiny. The exercise room is well equipped and clean.

Stayed at this place off and on for several months for work. Great staff, clean rooms, updated facilities. I really enjoy this location. It became home away from home before moving out to the area.

If you are traveling with a uhaul trailer do not stop in Albuquerque. We stayed overnight on our way to AZ from TX and our entire uhaul trailer was stolen. Also, there are multiple stories just like ours on the news over the past couple years in which people have had their uhaul stolen.

I stayed here while working in Albuquerque for the week. The staff were friendly and would engage in conversations when in the lobby. Great location! The rooms were clean, and you could tell there was attention to detail. I will definitely be back!

Rooms are pretty standard fare: clean and comfortable. The staff are what is exceptional - especially those tending the breakfast bar. Kind, welcoming, and attentive to detail. They make the stay enjoyable.

Very easily one of the best hotels staffs I've ever encountered. The staff was kind and professional, across each shift. The hotel was really well run, too. Everything just worked.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Cold water with lemon was available in the lobby. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The privacy shade was very effective. The large shower was clean, and the towels were extra nice. The hot breakfast was very good and coffee is available at all times. This hotel was a step above others in its class.

We stayed at the Courtyard Marriott N. Albuquerque was not a pleasant experience. We had lots of luggage, and the elevators were not working. Then we asked about breakfast and were told there was no breakfast available. Furthermore, the toilet would not flush, which was a terrible overall experience. We just had to stop there On our way to the Polar Express. On a positive note, the Fairfield Mariott is the opposite. We are enjoying our stay.

We love it here!! My husband and I have stopped here for years when driving from Colo to AZ. The front desk staff are always very courteous and professional. The rooms are clean and we enjoy the complimentary breakfast!! Plus it's a great location that is walking distance to a few restaurants. Definitely will be back!

My sister and I had to share a bed and ig she sleeps with the covers over her head. This was not good because we had Mexican good and I was farting the whole night. So she didn't sleep verry well. The beds are queen sized and for some reason the bathroom was about ½ the size of our whole room. There was breakfast and that was pretty standard. I really liked how they had a variety of teas at the eating place. From my experiences hotels usually just have black and some fruity thing. So it was poggerz they had something else. The walls were kinda thin. I added "great view" because they put in some pretty trees over the window... this didn't make the outside light any less peirceing at night.

This location was clean, we were happy with the convenience of our location and amenities offered. Rear/side outdoor lighting was lacking especially since the theater is across the parking lot and restaurants are on the opposite side. Albuquerque is a bad place to have minimal lighting. If security is in the general area I didn't see any as with any stay it's pretty easy to spot them out.

They put me in room 305. That room smelled like high school locker room. It smelled of heavy, heavy sweat. I asked to have it cleaned, as I had business to attend for a few hours. It still stunk! So asked to be moved. They moved me right next door to 307. Surely this one shouldn't stink, right? WRONG! It smelled stronger than the last. I asked again to be moved, only to be denied, since the hotel is fully booked. I checked out the next day. Won't stay at another Fairfield again because of this stay and the poor attention to detail. I checked into a Hilton and OMG! IT IS SO RELAXING TO RELAX AND BE IN GOOD HANDS HERE.

Our whole vacation was saved by Nattamai(sp?) Young kid in braces was impossibly patient and went above and beyond the call of duty to get us booked into a multinight stay while he politely handled the surprising amount of phone calls and other hotel customers needing his assistance at midnight on a Sunday. The hotel is lovely, modern, and clean as well.

Great, clean room in a centralized Albuquerque location. The room was spacious, quiet, new and comfortable. The gentleman working the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Although parking anywhere in Abq is risky, I was able to find a parking in the well lit lot, close to the entrance. I recommend this hotel and likely will stay here again in the future.

We stayed here from July 7 to 11, 2022. It was worth the extra bucks to be in a quiet, comfortable, friendly place. The front staff checked us in quickly and good-naturedly. We had a first floor room, near the door to the lobby. We thought it would be noisy, but it wasn’t. We were next door to a family of 4, and never heard them. The room was cool and comfortable. The bed gave us the best sleep in any hotel we’ve stayed in. Everything worked well - the TV, outlets, lights, air conditioning and plumbing. The breakfast each morning was usually good, though their version of an egg muffin was too dry. The scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage were very good, when available. Every day fruit, yogurt, cereals and waffles were for breakfast. The hotel is just off the interstate, close to lots of good restaurants & places to shop. The parking lot is well lit & there are plenty of parking spots. It’s also easy to get into and out of.

Customer service above and beyond. I lost an item while staying at the hotel in November, and didn't realize I'd lost it until we had already left the hotel. The staff, including Rebecca at the front desk and the GM Erin, made sure I retrieved the item, even shipping it back to me. During that November trip I stayed at a couple of hotels, and this Fairfield stands out. Thank you so much, and it is definitely the only place I will stay when I visit Albuquerque.

This hotel is a great place. Clean, quiet, good breakfast, close to restaurants and the highway. The staff was always helpful and smiling. Christie was the nicest person to meet. Very friendly and remembered our names. She made the stay even better.
