They were so hospitable the entire stay ..property is secure at every entryway..theres proper badged security.. owner placed us in a great location onsite . Breakfast everyday.. stayed in 2017 for a few months fleeing a hurricane with FEMA and it was amazing . The staff cleaned the room everyday! EVERYDAY!!! MUCH RESPECT TO THE OWNERSHIP. 10 STARS.

My company booked me a room due to my truck being broke down. The two ladies at the desk were extremely helpful and friendly. The room is beautiful, the whole hotel is clean and welcoming. I thank God I was sent here and no other place. My day has not been good, but God has put some great ppl in my path today.

This was one of our stays during your cross country drive back home from the West coast to the East coast. Our check in was quick enough and the staff was very nice. Our room was comfortable but the shower did not have very good water pressure or heat. The location is right off the interstate but not in the best location. For a fast overnight stay, it did the job.

Quick night stay, with a late night check in. Rico at the front desk was friendly, thorough and quick! The hotel is clean and has interior modern updates through-out. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable, I would have stayed more than one night at this hotel. The location, like many have mentioned, is in an industrial area, somewhat out of place, however very safe and close to amenities like Starbucks and Dutch Brothers. I couldn’t help my self and feed a pigeon in the parking lot, the blueberry muffins from the continental breakfast are pigeon approved! Good value, clean and comfortable. I booked this hotel last min. Good location, near to places I needed to go so the uber wasn't too much. They are very friendly as soon as you walk in. Rooms were great and clean. Ac worked well and the hot water never ran out. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again whenever I am in town. I felt safe here

Nice place. Staff is really great! It has a large parking lot, so if you're pulling a trailer. Drawback - the entrance is interesting if you're pulling something. 😏 Rooms were clean. The beds are firm. And the breakfast is great! The breakfast attendant is on top of it, too!

I just want to say! This hotel was nice, convenient to the center of town! My car was safe the whole 4 day! And the staff was super friendly! The rooms were nice! Beds comfy! The pool and hot tub were so great! And Ricardo B. The front desk clerk was super nice! Would definitely stay again my next trip to Albuquerque !!

It was a quiet, safe , clean location. We were moving with only strapped down items in the back of a truck and towing a car. Everything stayed safe. The beds were super comfy and the rooms had everything you could need. The guy at the desk was super kind. Our experience was great!

Friendly staff, very accommodating. Breakfast was pretty good. Good value for the money.

Very clean, comfy beds, great service, excellent breakfast. Would absolutely stay again. The location is next to an interstate on-ramp and a used car dealership area, which means it's not like a hip spot to go out, but it also means you are less than ten minutes from everything in the city.

Rooms are on the small side and have thin walls. It's a decent location to reach a lot of places in a short amount of time, but it didn't necessarily feel like the safest of areas. Breakfast was good; it had a decent number of foods to choose from.

Amazing staff. Teress, Freddy and Krystal are excellent front desk staff. This place is always our preferred stay when family comes to visit us in Austin Texas. From California to Texas, I would highly recommend this place. Not only is it right off the freeway to and from our destination but it's well kept, super clean and like a previously mentioned great staff. Thank you all for our up and down accommodations.

We stayed here during the balloon fiesta and had a good stay. Our room was comfortable and clean, the breakfasts were good, and we had several balloon crews staying there with whom we got to interact. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was the only negative. It is very urban. I did not feel unsafe, but the hotel is surrounded by businesses (some seemingly no longer thriving) and is right next to a highway. I can't imagine going for a walk in the "neighborhood", and in fact there didn't seem to be anything close to walk to. However, it's not too long a drive to get to most of the places you'd like to visit. Overall, a good place to stay as long as you aren't looking for an area with ambiance.

If I could give this no stars I would. Both of our vehicles got broken into. We live states away and now have to figure how to get new windows being so far away from home. I would find a different place to stay.

Please be aware of this location for charging your credit card with $250 incidentals. When I called about the extra charge on my card I was told I must not understand how the use of my credit card works because it was just a holding fee and would be taken off in the next few days. Due to a family emergency my card was paid, but I didn't review my statement. I was running expenses and found the $250 charge was left on my card. I have tried several times to have the charge reversed and have been told that it would be taken care of. Today I tried to talk to bookkeeping, she said she would transfer me to another phone and it kept ringing. At this point my loss, but please don't let them scam you!

Staff!!!!!! All the staff was amazing polite and helpful. Freddy was awesome!!!! Got us checked in when showing up late into the night. My mother and I were heading to Kansas for a wedding stayed on the way out there then decided we wanted to stay there again on the way home. That says something Riiiight! Thanks Freddy and all the staff we encountered you guys and gals are awesome. The breakfast rocked too!

When we checked in the first room had not been cleaned. I went back and they got us a new room quickly. They were super nice about it. The rooms were nice and the pool looked nice too. The area around the hotel did not seem the safest. I'm sure it was fine but all the signs in the parking lot said not to leave anything in your car overnight.

The staff is wonderful. They go above and beyond for their guests. Which shows how much they enjoy their jobs. The room was emaculant. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean. Breakfast was good as well. Was able to get a room last min with no issues. Location is really nice, right off the highway and close to many activities to see before leaving

The room was spotless, hygienic and consistently so. The breakfast was warm and we’re supervised to ensure quality. This hotel was better than some of the hiltons I have stayed at. Will definitely choose this hotel over others to stay at.
