This Event Hall is large, with wooden dance floor, Uplighting with color changing remote, equipped with a kitchen, bar area, buffet style setup walk through space, male and female restrooms, foyer, and storage room. Located right off Rio Grande Blvd and Central Ave. Perfect for Weddings or any event. My Company was hired to setup Table Center Pieces, Chair Covers, Install String lighting above the dance floor, Backdrop Setup, and Sweetheart table decor. The Coordinator on-site is knowledgeable and accommodating, the Event Closer at night really works hard to make sure guests and couples are taken care of. She cleans up after your event too. As always, make sure to tip your nights host & bartenders. They really work hard to make sure your taken care of.

An amazing gem, our room had a hot tub! So cute and homey. Very clean, and the lady at the desk was so sweet. They even helped me jump my car the next morning, my car wasn't use to the cold weather. I can't wait to go back!

Had a lovely weekend stay at this place. Beautiful little casitas that are definitely something out of a different time. The grounds were beautiful and breakfast was amazing. Close to some attractions and even did the long walk to the marketplace that has all the food, walk wasn't too bad. Made us feel refreshed and happy that we had a great visit. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it. Not sure what price it was since it was a gift.

What a wonderful discovery! The casitas and grounds are charming, dating back to the late thirties. J.R. Willis built it as his home and studio in 1938. The current owners have lovingly kept the casitas as they were with minimal contemporary updates. The ambience takes you back in time to a more relaxed way of living. The casita (Porter) we stayed in had a living room with a Willis painting built into the wall, full kitchen, bedroom, bath and walk in closet. Sadly we were only here one night as this is the type of place you want to live in for a week or two at the least. We will be correcting that next time we come to New Mexico with a much longer stay at this delightful treasure. With Old Town being a short walk away, it is the perfect home away from home to explore this beautiful city. The staff is very accommodating, Sophia even stayed late to check us in and welcome us. The included cooked to order breakfast was delicious and got the day off right. If you are looking for a relaxed accommodation with no pretense and wonderful history, then this is your place!

We happened upon this little place and were completely surprised the room was beautiful and the shower was amazing the room had been completely updated (as they are with all of the room eventually) the walk from the front desk to the room is through a garden with lots of art work and many paths to follow. All of them have something different to see. The price was very reasonable and it came with a breakfast made to order in the morning. Its has the feel of an upscale B&B with out the steep price. If you are ever in Albuquerque its a must stay.

This is a hidden gem! We stayed in the Secret Garden casita, the one with the hot tub. We were coming off a wonderful week in the high desert of New Mexico and spent two nights before flying home. It was a great down day that we spent in Old Town shopping for family and doing a wine and food tasting. Old Town is an easy 10 minute walk. As has been mentioned, the room is a little funky but very clean and charming. The Secret Garden also has private parking, but since Casas de Suenos is in a quiet neighborhood, parking is not an issue. Breakfast is cooked to order and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds and central courtyard are gorgeous, we spent some time both in the morning and evening just relaxing in the courtyard.

If you’re looking for a sleek modern place, go to Hotel Albuquerque or Chaco. If you want a cozy, comfortable place with room to spread out and feel like home, this is the place for you! We stayed in the Ivy Cottage and loved it. Comfortable bed, lovely fireplace and living room. The casitas are old and quirky as you’d expect in an historic building. The grounds are lovely-we were there in January but I imagine in spring it would be amazing. Every person we interacted with was top notch. The made to order breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay here again!

Cobwebs left in rooms. Keys can be EASILY copied. Which is sketchy and concerning with security on mind. There is no night attendant if you need anything.. Yet they have the nerve to charge the same as Hilton. Outdated ice machine. The kitchen where they cook looks dirty and sketchy. Definitely does not have regular amenities a regular hotel does. Not even a pool. It's just a bunch of worn out buildings surrounding a nice garden. And they use boutique and antique as an excuse to leave things broken, worn out or dirty. The rooms look like an Arizona gas station threw up in it. It's almost a mockery to the Southwest. Then the owners boast native American art while being the most vanilla white people I've ever seen. It's disgusting folks are making money off of indigenous peoples actual TALENT. At least if the owners were native I'd have more respect. But caucasian folks exploiting our artwork in their hotel for financial gain just seems so disrespectful. Just a rundown place with owners that use "antique" fascination to sell them. And as an excuse to get out of doing necessary maintenance and upkeep.

This hotel is an absolute gem! The pictures on the website don't do it justice. This is a historic property, so does have quirks, but is clearly well maintained and the owners are doing a ton of work to modernize it while keeping with the original architecture. We stayed in the Secret Garden casitas which had a hot tub in the room, private patio, AND a private driveway. Has many modern security measures such as ample lighting, modern locks, and security cameras. The staff were AMAZING! Friendly, professional and very helpful. The made to order breakfast was outstanding as well. We will absolutely be back!

I love that this place felt like home. The casita we stayed in was equipped with dishes, extra heaters and blankets, which was nice. The breakfast dining room was the by far the best. The chef and staff were very attentive and welcoming. The food was delicious, the New Mexican style breakfast in front of the wood burning fire place was perfect for the aesthetic of this place. Let's not forget the hot tub area, I enjoyed the privacy and serene ambiance. Our stay here was perfect!

Absolutely perfect venue! If you want a gorgeous historic place to get married where you can also stay this is your place! The prices are phenomenal and if you have your wedding there your guests get a discounted rate for the room(s) they reserve. Leann is the owner and she walked me through every single detail of my wedding down to the last few seconds before I walked down the aisle! She was a blessing in my life without question. The rooms are great and they are all being renovated little by little and we had all of our grown kids in the largest suite they had and it was newly renovated and as the bride I was jealous 😂😂. It was top notch! Their breakfast is off the charts! I forgot to catch the cooks name, but dang he is good! I didn’t have anything that I had any complaints about only praises! He makes a mean omelet! The grounds are solid and well landscaped so much so that it rained all night and up to 20 min before my wedding and we still had an outdoor wedding with no wet ground, mud puddles, or soft spots. They had the chairs set up in 10-15 min and we were on! The only downside to the venue is no animals are allowed including service animals. The event can include your reception on the same property at the Old Town Reception Hall! Leann and Elaine from Finishing Touches do an amazing job decorating and setting up! The staff at Casa during your event are also fantastic! No complaints from me with the exception of my service dog.

Incredible charm at a great price! These renovated 1930's artist apartments are super cozy and quaint. We stayed in the"Ivy Cottage ". We had a working fireplace that they stocked with wood and had a private patio where we ate our dinner from a wonderful restaurant they recommended. Emily checked us in and showed us to our room personally. We could not have been happier with her! Breakfast next morning was yummy as well and the breakfast room overlooked the adorable grounds! Wished I had been staying more than 1 night!

This place it was just two blocks from Old Town, and it was an amazing place as it was an artist colony back in the thirties. We had the only room with a hot tub in it. It's old, but very funky. Breakfast is not too shabby, and better than most places. Here are some pictures, and you cannot go wrong here. Steve and Vicki.

We could not be happier to have booked Casas de Suenos to be our wedding ceremony and reception venue! LeeAnn, the owner, gave us a remarkable amount of attention throughout the planning process. Without her help, our wedding would have been far more stressful. Casas is gorgeous and we were also incredibly happy with our room, complete with hot tub. Our guests were amazed at how beautiful everything turned out and we had several people tell us after the fact that they interacted with LeeAnn and were impressed with how well she coordinated everything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Just had a wonderful night here! The service was excellent, and the rooms were spacious and quaint. We saw a hot tube room and as nice as that amenity is it eats up the room. We stayed at the Rio Grande, and our claw foot tub was a nice bubble bath option

Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Convenient to a nice food court and Old Town. Nice new hot tub facility. Very nice art. Most of the facilities are old and our room shows its age but not a significant issue. Some road noise from nearby hwy 66 at night.

A gorgeous bed and breakfast just a short walk from historic old town. The staff was lovely and helpful and made us feel welcome. The casitas are quiet, private and well furnished. We had a wonderful stay!

This place is a hidden gem, very close to Old Town. The grounds are beautiful, with lots of quirky art everywhere. Breakfast is made to order, and was quite good. Service and staff was efficient and friendly. We stayed in the Porter casita, which was roomy, with a bedroom, kitchen and living room. The room is not new or updated, and the bathroom amenities are very basic. However, we had no problems at all and the casita was very comfortable.

Casa de Suenos is beautiful, unique and comfortable. Our casita, Rose, was clean, stocked with kitchen utensils and quiet. The breakfast is better than any hotel breakfast because it is made as/when you order it. We are especially impressed that they accomodated our scheduling error twice with ease. Each staff person we encountered was was friendly and professional.

We had my daughter’s wedding at Casas de Suenos and it was magical! LeeAnn and her team were incredible. The outdoor venue for the ceremony and reception was absolutely gorgeous. The rooms were so quaint and the breakfast and staff were wonderful. I’d absolutely do it all over again the same. Thank you!

Such a beautiful place! It has a wonderful old world feel to it. Think honeymooning in the 40s- great antique, rustic furniture, cozy rooms in a cute little bungalow. They even had some soothing old timey music playing on the TV when you get into the room. We came in late night so didn't get to see much of the ground. But loved the string lights up in the courtyard plus patio with table and chairs. Staff was so welcoming and so helpful. Especially since we came late evening with a baby and a bunch of bags in tow. Breakfast was a bonus and very well done. Would love to return for a longer stay and in summer to enjoy all the atmosphere this cute B&B has to offer.

We absolutely love staying here. We have been staying here when we come to Albuquerque for the last six years, and it keeps getting better. The experience is always different with the varied accommodations, but the overall is always fantastic. Always enjoyable, can't wait for our next stay.

Two and a half stars - Casas De Suenos is advertised as a three star destination, we disagree with that descriptive (please see photos). Casas De Suenos is historic and it certainly has some charming characteristics but if you're looking for anything sleek with modern conveniences, you may want to look elsewhere. The good - The staff is most definitely top-notch. Location was perfection. We were served a "cook to order" breakfast, which was hearty and delicious. We stayed in the Willis room.... We adored the wood burning fireplace. The rest of the story - the room felt a little bit cramped - it contained a king size bed, side chair, a weird metal table with two stools, a small counter, fridge small sink and microwave. There were two skylights, one in the ceiling in the sleeping area, the other skylight in the bathroom. It was lovely gazing at the moon but not so lovely having ambient light while trying to sleep. There were two (unused) connecting doors, a decent sized walk-in closet. The room also contained a linen closet and a bizarre little cubby in the bathroom. The bathroom was eclectic - large glass cube nightlight in the wall near the ceiling. A pedestal sink, commode, corner shower - all done in fashionable 1970's glistening black. Now, the bathroom would have been so much better if it had an area to place you toiletries - unfortunately it did not. The provided amenities were unusual! The provided soap was likened to a pumice stone (as much as I like exfoliating) it left much to be desired and fell apart as we used it. We were unable to modulate the temperature in our room, once the fire went out. The bed was okay, linens were decent, towels were nice. We had an updated room - per requested.

Lovely setting just a few blocks from Old Town but within a peaceful garden landscape. In October, the kiva fireplaces were blazing in the breakfast room as well as in my king studio. Extremely clean, welcoming, full of character and charm. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is cooked to serve, with omelettes being especially delicious. I chose this at the recommendation of a friend, and would highly recommend this place to others.

We stayed here for one night on our way to Phoenix and absolutely loved it! Such a good location to walk to old town for restaurants, shops, and everything else. The staff here was so great and helpful giving us some of the history and a full tour of the property. The rooms were very nice with a historic charm. Breakfast… was so delicious!! It was also nice to place an order rather than your typical continental breakfast. If/when back in Albuquerque we will definitely stay here again!
