This has got to be the Joke of the Hilton Brand. They do not live up to the brand and service that you expect and get from other Hilton hotels. At check in my room wasn't ready, so went to dinner and came back. Still not ready? "We only have 2 in housekeeping" was the response I was given. So, I get stuck in another part of the building. Pool is closed for remodeling. No other options. (According to other reviews I should be GLAD of that) Being a Hilton Honors Member doesn't get you anything more, as they charge your card for the benefits, they are supposed to offer free to you. I have talked to hotel management and even hotel chain customer service. The room was clean, and the a/c worked. Shower head was so dirty with corrosion and "water conservation" you couldn't get wet. Used the restaurant for breakfast, only 2 tables had anyone at them. Waited close to 10 minutes to get waited on. Then I had to eat without silverware and napkins. Finally got up and went to get my own coffee that I ordered from the grab and go station at the door. There they had no lids, stirrers or sugar. I have stayed at many Garden Inns, and multiple Hilton brands in my corporate and personal travels over the last 20 years. This is by far the worst experience I have seen ever. My next stay in Albuquerque will NOT be at this place.

If there were negative options I would go with that. Not a Hilton you would expect. Cockroaches in the room, dirty, hair everywhere in the room/shower, nail clippings on the couch. 10 out 10 recommend NOT staying here.

Hotel is in a nice part of town very clean. Tried to check in on the app. The lady at the front desk says they're apps not working. They've been in contact with corporate and corporate's telling them. It's working so they're kind of in a dilemma with. Self, check in and self, check out.

This is a newly refurbished hotel that is still undergoing new construction. We were in a very nice room and it was clean and roomy. The staff including bartender Carl were all super nice. The food was good, however the only downside was if you just want a muffin/bagel for breakfast you have to pay the full $13 which is to me a missed opportunity. Rather than having a muffin/bagel for breakfast for a nominal amount I drove to Starbucks. They should have breakfast pricing that works for light eaters.

Stayed here while traveling. The building is in a nice easy to get to location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and offered plenty of space, a coffee pot (kuerig), microwave, fridge, and 2 large tv’s. I slept well on the bed and rested easily. My only complaint would be the shower water pressure and temperature adjustment. It was hard to get the temp just right going back and forth between hot and cold. All in all had a nice stay and still ranking 5 star highly recommended!

Didn't get past checking in because the night clerk was so rude. He said we were "interrupting his night," like dude wasn't at work. I guess they don't need the business. You can go anywhere else.

We had a very nice stay, but only for one night and we didn't try any food or amenities. Check in was easy, the room was clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and I got a text message asking if we needed anything. It was very quiet, which is always a bonus if you are a light sleeper. There is a Cracker Barrel in the same parking lot and a Denny's across the street. Usually, we only stay in the hotels that are right off 40 but I'm so glad this time we drove a couple extra miles to a nicer hotel. I would stay there again.

The hotel room was decent, but the rest was alright. It will be better when renovations are finished. The business center was under renovation and the door says to ask the front desk for help with business center needs. I needed some documents printed, but the front desk said they couldn’t help me, so I had to go to Staples. The pool was very uninviting with its rotten smell.

Huge issue checking into prepaid room through work. We had supplied everything needed and room was already charged, but they wanted a picture of my boss's credit card and ID emailed on top of an authorization form....went to a different Hilton in the area and said that isn't required.

My room had technology problems. Requested a fix, new remote was sent which didn't fix the problem. Notified front desk at check out, ask about a credit to offset. None was given. Later, once my invoice was emailed to me, learned that I had been billed for restaurant charges that were not mine (occurred before my check-in even). I had to spend time resolving this from work, speaking with Janet who said she was a manager. Not a good experience. She was very condescending and needed to perform research before offering a credit. Once the credit hit my account, it was short by $5. So silly. So many places for me to choose when I travel. Why treat people this way?

I love everything about this place.. the staff were beyond kind! The room was spotless and fully stocked! The gym, and pool are open and clean. The location is Stellar! They even have vegetarian options here at the hotel! I thought I would have to leave to eat! Best decision for me, and my daughter's vacation. The front desk clerk spoke softly around my daughter as well, considering her condition! I am in Awe!!

Breakfast was very tasty. It was actually hot as compared to other hotels. There was a little difference in the offerings on the 2nd day. Our room was not ready upon arrival. The utensils were sparse in the kitchenette as well as kitchen towels and paper towels were concerned. The hotel and room were clean. The hotel is close to the freeway but there was no traffic noise.

Newly remodeled rooms. Very clean. The only bad part was the water didn't get hot for the shower and the new knob was loose. The pool was perfect! Plan on returning.

The floors need to be vacuumed. The rooms were clean. The pool was so smelly. Not one once of chlorine was in the pool. The hot tub was down as well. My children were really looking forward to swimming, but the smell was very swampy.

We were very pleased with the accommodations. We fell in love with Mary Francis, Tuesday and Mark at the bar, the cook was awesome. The food was excellent! The manager was such a nice lady. We stayed for one night on our trip to AZ and again on our return trip to Denver. We plan to stay there every time we pass through Albuquerque.

Nice hotel, clean and updated! Check in was fast and easy. The front desk representative was very nice and pleasant. The only con about this place was the toilet - it is SO LOUD when flushing! Location is great, I was happy it was next to a Cracker Barrel :)

I travel through Abq area several times year and have stayed at other Hilton properties in the area but decided to try this location and very HAPPY I did !!!! This will be my new standard hotel to stay when driving through , the Hotel was very up to date ,clean , modern and the front desk people were very nice upon my arrival and the room was clean .... Plenty of restaurants within a 5 min drive .. the girl at the front desk told us when we checked in at 8p that their was a happy hour at the bar from 9P-10P , but we still went out to eat and got back at 9:45 and the bar area was still happening so I decided to get a glass of wine and the Bartender Tuesday yes the name of the day Tuesday was Amazing she was multitasking everyones orders as she was super busy probably with everyone trying to get a last happy hour food and drinks , but she acknowledged me and after seeing some of the plates other guest had I said to myself my next trip here I'll just eat here as it was happening and the Bartender Tuesday made it fun for everyone !

6/27/23 The room, cleanliness, and service was wonderful! I was able to visit Walter White's house, the Carwash, and Saul Goodman's office in about 15 minutes - very cool! Next time I'll visit the other sets / locations.

Did not meet expectations. The elevator and room smelled very nice. But the noise insulation from next door rooms is zero, the entrance and bathroom doors at odd with each other, and drafts in the hallway make the door lock bang. No spare toiletry items are available, and no apologies or sorry about that. Also, charging ($13) for a mediocre continental breakfast (more for anything else) that lesser hotels provide for free, and to not alert the customer at check-in was un-American and substandard. After a night's sleep cut short for that, the room key deactivated going up from the lobby. No apologies. The desk employee seems disinterested, has no smiles and little customer service skills.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Clean and up to date. Although the parking lot was full, our room location was quiet. We missed our flight connection due to weather and checked in a day late. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and we were not charged for the night we missed our flight. You don't always get that customer service anymore, so I was quite appreciative. Will stay again next time I am in town.

This was a pretty nice Garden Inn. We stayed here for a couple of nights while in town on business. The room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower was very nice. The hotel is either newer or has been renovated recently because the room was modern and in great shape. I’d definitely stay here again when in town. The only knock is that it’s not really close to anything (at least to walk to). Many restaurants are a short drive away. There was a brewery walking distance away but we didn’t try it because the hotel bar was sufficient and the bartender was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast could have been a bit better quality. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful as well.

Conrad Hilton must be rolling in his grave to see what has happened to his hotel chain. Made a reservation several weeks in advance for a king size bed. On my scheduled day, I reconfirmed my booking that I would be in before 10:00 pm. Arriving well ahead of my 10:00 pm booking I was told my room had been released to someone else? They gave me a double queen bed instead and would not discount me for a room I didn’t want. By the way there is no garden at the Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel seems to have some management problems as the hotel was generally in a run down condition. You need to take a shower in one of your own rooms. Not the picture with you deteriorating bathtub .

We stayed here twice in 2 weeks as we were traveling through. Even though it was a late night arrival, Joshua at the front desk was so welcoming! The room was great and the location is convenient to gas, starbucks, chick fil a, and other stops.

Best hotel for a quick overnight or extended stay location along the interstate in Albuquerque! Great prices, location, service and friendly staff! Located 1/2 mile walking distance from Starr Bros. Brewery which I would highly recommend & a Cracker Barrel right next door.
