This
has
got
to
be
the
Joke
of
the
Hilton
Brand.
They
do
not
live
up
to
the
brand
and
service
that
you
expect
and
get
from
other
Hilton
hotels.
At
check
in
my
room
wasn't
ready,
so
went
to
dinner
and
came
back.
Still
not
ready?
"We
only
have
2
in
housekeeping"
was
the
response
I
was
given.
So,
I
get
stuck
in
another
part
of
the
building.
Pool
is
closed
for
remodeling.
No
other
options.
(According
to
other
reviews
I
should
be
GLAD
of
that)
Being
a
Hilton
Honors
Member
doesn't
get
you
anything
more,
as
they
charge
your
card
for
the
benefits,
they
are
supposed
to
offer
free
to
you.
I
have
talked
to
hotel
management
and
even
hotel
chain
customer
service.
The
room
was
clean,
and
the
a/c
worked.
Shower
head
was
so
dirty
with
corrosion
and
"water
conservation"
you
couldn't
get
wet.
Used
the
restaurant
for
breakfast,
only
2
tables
had
anyone
at
them.
Waited
close
to
10
minutes
to
get
waited
on.
Then
I
had
to
eat
without
silverware
and
napkins.
Finally
got
up
and
went
to
get
my
own
coffee
that
I
ordered
from
the
grab
and
go
station
at
the
door.
There
they
had
no
lids,
stirrers
or
sugar.
I
have
stayed
at
many
Garden
Inns,
and
multiple
Hilton
brands
in
my
corporate
and
personal
travels
over
the
last
20
years.
This
is
by
far
the
worst
experience
I
have
seen
ever.
My
next
stay
in
Albuquerque
will
NOT
be
at
this
place.
