This place was extremely extremely unprofessional with what they are supposed to be professional in hospitality right? They charged me a pet fee of $100 when my animal is a registered service animal being New Year's Eve I didn't have much options as I was tired from traveling. The employees are extremely rude except for the cleaning ladies they are very nice sweethearts and I think they are also treated pretty unprofessional and rude by the superiors. Should have paid $50 extra to stay at the sonesta suites next door which has great reviews compared to this dump

Room was clean (floors, bedding, bathroom, kitchen area) and everything worked (TV, A/C, shower, sinks, coffee marker, fridge, Wi-Fi, etc). Some furniture is dated and scratched, but nothing was dirty or broken. - Area of town is lower end, but the hotel still felt safe and maintained nicely.

First off both nights I checked in for business reasons I had two different people and both were awesome. The check in process was quick! The rooms I had stayed in were clean no bugs nothing also everything worked. They have a few restaurants within walking distance which is awesome and I was able to park my big vehicle right out front. 5 stars all around from me

Service was poor, Wasn't able to get into the lobby for quite some time and was finally greeted by someone who gave an excuse for the poor customer service. The room was very difficult to find and there's no ryme or reason to the room numbers. The room smelled like a meth house, and was disgusting to say the least. Accommodations were poor and the room wasn't worth half the price we paid. We'll never repeat this horrible mistake, and I strongly caution anyone considering this motel.

Before we decided to stay here at Suburban Studios my husband and I stopped by to see if we could have a look and the General Manager Ashley was extremely kind , polite and helpful and showed us one of there King rooms and they all have kitchenettes it was very nice and clean and pet friendly, so we decided to stay here for my appointments that I had for a week and WOW for the first time I didn't have to clean we loved our stay and it is completely comfortable we highly recommend Suburban Studios extended stay off of Carlisle

We stayed at the Suburban Hotel in Albuquerque and were attracted by the low online price. The photos of the rooms were attractive and the location is good, quiet, well lit and secure. The office staff were polite and accommodating. The room was fairly clean but the lamps, ac vents and bath ceiling vent were filled with lint and what looked like human dander and do not appear to have been cleaned in sometime. The floor appeared dusted but our socks revealed it to be dirty and unmopped. The vent hood over the stove was also covered in grease and dust. The tub faucet leaked and the overall condition of the room was well worn. Basically, we got what we paid for and it would be a better deal if there was more attention given to cleanliness. Not sure we'll return.

I booked a fully accessible room with a roll in shower because I'm fully paralyzed to find out when we got there the lady said if I use my choice hotel points they can move me to any room without even notifying me. This is completely unacceptable because I NEED an accessible room. The lady at the front desk rolled her eyes and was getting mad acting like it was our fault. The room we ended up having to stay in was okay but I could barely fit in the bathroom with my wheelchair and there were no grab bars so I had to have help with my transfers. The room itself was okay but I don't recommend for customer service or reliability.

Not a top place to stay. But enough to satisfy a broke person with not to much money, they have decent cable, small kitchen, bowls, plates, glass cups, refrigerator and micro wave, no stove to bake a turkey. Animals are welcome here. Laundry on site, plus they sell laundry detergent at the office.

Love this place… never been to one of them and with multiple people we don’t feel crowded. Kinda feels like home cuz I live in a tiny home. Everything is just awesome but the beds have a broken bar and folds the beds in the middle, I thought they were memory foam mattresses til I looked in the bottom. I let the front desk know so they could fix it cuz I really wanna come and stay again. But earlier to enjoy the stuff they have available.

This hotel is close to my work and I stay here during the week , the renovations are done! The rooms are clean and quiet, great bar and breakfast and a 5 star Indian restaurant to boot , see Irfan for the best service , he has always been the best at accommodating my every need , way beyond what most hotel managers offer in the way of customer service!

Looking for affordable rooms in Albuquerque is a challenge. Suburban Studios was selected and reserved out of four hotels for a similar price range. Suburban was a poor choice. A two night stay for my wedding guests turned into a one night stay and they left the room to find another quieter and cleaner hotel. The room was paid for using their credit card but a hold was put on my card for the two night stay even though they only stayed for one night. Good thing I didn't pay for the room upfront. I received mixed information about accepted payments so this was confusing also. I was informed that Suburban guests are often "extended residents" who are not respectful of overnight guest needs (quiet and rest). From our experience, we would not recommend Suburban as a place to house out of town guests. Very disappointing.

Rooms are basic. Beds and pillows were actually okay, couldn't really hear noise.Floors were not clean though... My feet would get dirty right away. Seemed like they wouldn't wash the floors well as they aren't carpeted. Not horrible but did the job.

Would have been five stars but the housekeepers sucks!!! The lady used a towel to mop the floor. Glad I brought my own. Their policy is that housekeeping is only allowed if you stay for a week and should be as requested. The furniture was outdated and damaged, but overall good cable, peaceful. Only recommendation is that you will need a car to get around, but the best place to save because they have a kitchenette in the rooms to save on fast food. Nearby Walmart to buy groceries.

This was probably the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. Burn marks on the counters, super dark lighting. They did not supply Kleenex, a hairdryer , a bottle opener, and the glasses in the cupboard were all stained. Noisy all night the doors rattled every time someone entered the room. Walls were paper thin- as was the toilet paper! We had to make a run to the drug store just to buy half decent tp and a box of Kleenex. Talked to the front desk staff including the manager - they didn’t seem to care about anything we had to say.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was okay, nothing special but not bad either, clean. Convenient location to shopping and restaurants if not the nicest area. However, it was a blackhole as far as cell service - no text sending, spotty text and call receiving, dropped calls, limited app function. This is great if you want to disconnect (or have a reason not to answer your boss' text/calls), but not good if you need to reach someone.

Clean, friendly, and relatively inexpensive. The gentleman who helped me with check in my first night was freaking awesome. I was exhausted and he gave the best rate possible and told me to go to bed! I appreciated his honesty. And he cracked me up as well. You can't hear your neighbors and the location is great. Thank you Dan and the other staff at the front desk. You guys and ladies do a great job!

Good and neat place to stay. Good thing is being vegetarian, you can cook your own food. We stayed for 4 weeks. We had absolutely good stay. Rooms was neatly maintained. Though we had some small maintenance issues they quickly resolved by the maintenance team. All the staff were extremely friendly and supportive. Would recommend any one to stay for longer duration.

Cute rooms although there's no breakfast, they offer late check out, and have the kitchen set up and ready to go with 2 forks 2 spoons 1 large knife, 2 small knifes, pans to cook and 2 coffee cups. Beds were ok although the office was stingy with blankets and pillows..

I had a king room with a kitchenette. The room I had was clean, supplied me with the necessities, and although I was told it was located on the rougher side of town, it was quiet. But what makes it a returnable place for me has to do with the customer service. They are polite, thoughtful, and helpful.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly; always eager to assist. Clean property and had no issues at all while staying there. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

I enjoyed my stay there. It was a very clean room and a comfortable place to stay. I stayed for five days. Very quiet and I felt safe. If I need to stay again, I will choose this Suburban.

Place is ok. Best thing is they have an office cat and 1 good manager. The room need updates, new paint, better floors, more comfortable beds, better linens ( one they have have burn holes or stains, even over starched!!) They advertise having a computer center, but just 1 computer that is outdated and barely working with no printer. The worse part is maintenance, the guy doesn't fix anything right or doesn't want to fix things, he rather watch his vehicles all day to make sure no one hits them when he parks incorrectly in the parking lot (he literally will stand there watching people to make sure don't hit the vehicle, even though his vehicles are not in the best condition!!!!). He lies to management that he fixes things but does not and when contact office that nothing is fixed that still having issues (i.e. air conditioner or door), management does not even check to make sure items were fixed just takes maintenance word, just plain lazy worker!!!

The room was clean and nice. The remote was easy to find along with a clean kitchen. Although the outside of the rooms smelled like cigarettes I was happy that the inside didn’t. The bed was big but lacked comfortability. It was a king size bed with very small pillows. Being that the bed was so big I would have preferred larger pillows. The bathroom was clean but we only had two towels. When I asked for more they told me that I had to go down and get them. But I did appreciate the text that I got right after we checked in asking us if we needed anything. They were able to get us what we needed. Thank you for the night stay. It was in a decent area and at a good price.

Staff was nice at check in but that’s all this place has going for it. This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. - The floors in the room were covered in dirt, dust, and debri. - The lamps throughout the room were coated in dirt and dust - The bathroom didn’t appear as it had been cleaned before we checked in. There was a sign that said they’ll charge you for stained towels but don’t mention that they’ll be supplying you with stained towels. The tub was disgusting and had a black ring around the bottom. The toilet was odd and seemed slanted or not secured to the floor. When turning on the faucet in the bathroom, dirt and small bugs came out from the seams - The kitchen was the worst. None of the utensils or plates provided had been cleaned prior. There was still food or dirt caked on. The fridge and microwave didn’t look like they’d been cleaned in a while. As we were packing up to leave, 2 roaches crawled out of the side of the fridge. Needless to say, we threw out all the food we had stored in the fridge. - We tried to turn on the heater one morning and it smelled so bad and ended up setting off the fire alarm so we had to bundle up in blankets. I would never stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone.
