The most comfortable beds I have ever slept on at any motel/hotel! So grateful! Ac worked great, very tidy room, and I felt safe with my family staying here. The staff were very kind and helpful, also enjoyed that we could eat breakfast there. Booking was easy, we got a non smoking room. I would 100% come here again. Thank you for having such a nice facility.

I stayed here during the 2022 Balloon Fiesta. The first 2 nights I has billed $260/night and the last night was $107. The location is fine but right near the highway and Presbyterian hospital. It is convenient but noisy (not unexpected). The room was somewhat dirty and could use a deep clean. It had a microwave and mini fridge. I was never able to connect my laptop to the wifi. The main issue I had was that the toilet overflowed because the flapper valve did not close completely. I would guess there was approximately 2 gallons of water on the floor of my hotel room at the time. The front desk associate was about to hand me a mop to clean up the room myself because he "couldn't leave the front desk during breakfast" but eventually came to his senses and suggested that he do it instead. There were not enough staff to immediately address the issue and it took about 30 minutes for another employee to show up to fix the handle on the toilet and mop the floor. The other associates I spoke with offered weak apologies and made no suggestions to help make the situation satisfactory to me. One suggested that this was not their fault and that something like this could happen anywhere, even in my own home. I had to ask for a discount and was offered approx. $35 off of my $700 bill for a 3 night stay. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel and the most cavalier response from a hotel staff that I've ever experienced. I don't normally leave negative reviews of places because I understand it is difficult to find good help and competition with other businesses is hard enough without someone saying bad things about your business but I can't leave this alone after the way this situation was handled. I understand how supply and demand works and I expected to be gouged during balloon fiesta. On the other hand, if you are going to charge a premium rate for a service, you better provide a premium service to match.

One of the best places to stay at! Can't think of a single thing bad to say about this place! Kelly & AJ the owners, are great people and so is all the other employees. I'd give 10 stars if possible

The only thing good about this place was the elderly man who was the receptionist. He was kind, charming and helpful. Even though he typed with individual fingers, which slowed the line. The room was disappointing. The lamps next to the bed did not turn on, because they weren’t plugged in- and after inspecting, there was no jack for them to be plugged along the wall. You’d have to get an extension cord to reach the other wall to turn them on. Wile I was inspecting, I found rodent droppings, years old food droppings under the bed. What a disgusting embarrassment for this establishment. I went to a Hilton in Texas for half the price, and it was luxury compared to this absolute neglect and disappointment.

Totally serviceable motel. The bed was comfortable, the room had all the necessities. Robert at the check-in desk was very personable and welcoming. He called to confirm our reservation earlier that day, which was much appreciated and unexpected at a motel! And he was happy to let us leave our bags after checkout while we went out for a few hours. Food was limited but we didn't expect a huge spread. Hot water and coffee available, along with a few small pastry items. The motel itself is right next to the freeway so can be a little loud, but it's near multiple transit lines and has plenty of parking. If you're looking for an affordable place for just a night, this place works!

I have to give this hotel five stars when measured against other budget hotels in Albuquerque. On the surface it would be very easy to drive right by this hotel and look for another. However, a few things to consider: they have gated parking, The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The hotel management had a very family oriented vibe. There is a free breakfast. The rooms were very clean and reasonably well maintained. Overall the one night on a Sunday set us back under $70! As a bonus, if you are needing to be an Albuquerque for a medical appointment at one of the hospitals nearby this motel does offer special rates.

Management and maintenance do not respond. I am an epileptic- I simply attempted to use the hair dryer, it immediately caught fire, so I went to unplug it, when I did- the plug was busted open and the circuit board electrocuted me into a grand mal seizure. I have called the front desk 3 times and have only gotten anger and no one actually coming to deal with the situation. I've had a full blown grand mal and I am disoriented. I need a safe place, I ask for accommodations and the only thing I was offered was an extra 30 minute checkout. Management is rude and won't address your problems. Maintenance does not keep up with rooms as other appliances were non functioning.

Clean and spacious room and bathroom. The best was the friendly service. Bobby checked us in, he was very nice, polite, and accommodating. He gave us a better located room than the one we had reserved, for a quieter night of rest after all day driving.

Stayed here for the weekend, very friendly staff & clean rooms. There’s lots around the area to do and everything’s pretty close. the floors could use a little extra cleaning but other than that place was great.

I have stayed at this motel in the past many times... loved it. and today when I called to get a price for a week... the man who answered the phone was not rude, but not friendly either... even after I had told him I had stayed there many time before in the past... I asked about the price of a weeks stay (Looking at the web page price) he quoted me a much higher price.... and when I asked WHY... He HUNG UP ON ME!!! ... I was not rude, I am a professional teacher... I know this sounds silly but this really hurt me feelings... I lost my favorite motel... I have never given a one start before... until now.

Don't get mixed up with the other Econo Lodge hotels in the area!.. Downtown, old town and hotel St). Rooms are basic but adequate. We had a large room with big TV. Bed was massive and comfortable. Unfortunately our room was not quiet! The sounds from people running taps and flushing toilets was very noticeable. Breakfast was basic. Price was reasonable.

I've been staying here off and on for about 7 years now. Two of those years I practically lived here due to the proximity of Presbyterian hospital, my mother had cancer, and we live approximately 2 1/2 hours away. First I'll address the noise that I see others complain about, personally it does not bother me. In the winter time the heat is going, in the summer time you have the air going, I really don't hear much outside noise, but maybe that's just me. The rooms are always very clean. And let me address an issue that I feel is important, I have stayed at other hotels in Albuquerque and ended up with bed bugs, that has never happened here! Trust me, you do not want those little critters! I've probably stayed in every room in this hotel, and they are all very nice. A large TV, microwave and mini fridge. But one of the most important things has always been how I've been treated here.. everyone has always been kind, courteous as well as above and beyond helpful. I believe Robert, the clerk has been here for as long as I've been staying here. He's always as helpful as he can be, and always has a smile on his face. No matter how many times I've unfortunately had to bother him, he never acted annoyed, if he was, he certainly didn't show it. He is always happy to help. When you're from out of town, and you're here due to medical circumstances, which can be stressful enough all on their own, that can mean the world to somebody.. I know it does to me.

The pool is not heated. It's also handy for buses. 50, 66 (2 blocks) and the Red Line (3 Blocks).

I’ve stayed here before and it was okay…. But I just kinda feel filthy in there now. On my second time around all of my pillows had stains, there was animal dander that caused my allergies to go through the roof, and the towels and washrags just didn’t feel or look clean at all. Very grossed out.

First, I highly suggest a stay here! I went to Howard Johnson initially, as a gold Wyndham member so I could use my points to get a free room. I've gotten free rooms all across the country, but I was refused my room after them accepting my reservation.

I honestly for one have never had a bad experience at this hotel but then again if you treat people or businesses the way you want to be treated then everything goes good.

Staff was fantastic! Rooms were great! Very close to Lovelace hospital which is perfect for my accommodation needs!

The rooms were great but my microwave didn't work at all and because of its location, you could hear the roar from the cars on the Freeway constantly so it was a bit noisy but I brought my earplugs thankfully.
