Probably the worst hotel I've ever been in. There is no fridge, No microwave, The paint was peeling. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because the water park was pretty good and the sports bar was delicious but We ate there 2 nights 1 night we ate in the sports bar the other night we got it to go to take to our room. I would highly recommend not getting your food to go they seemed to give us half as much as we got the night before when we dined in. The kids loved it didn't really notice anything wrong with it. But we have a one year old and definitely needed a microwave and a fridge Not to mention a clean room would have been nice.

Very dingy and outdated facility. The front desk, bar, and breakfast nook have been updated and look amazing. However, the rooms are smelly with worn out couches and carpet that leaves your feet brown after a few minutes. The AC units are loud and must run 24/7 during hot days to keep it cool enough to be comfy. The exterior door nearest our room didn't fully close so anyone could enter the building although I did see some security. We found 3 roaches in our room! Really unacceptable! My son and I unknowingly got stuck inside the pool area. One of the housekeepers came to check on the towels and jumped the fence to let us out. Avoid this place!!!

Overall not bad for the price. There is breakfast is NOT free. They didn't have toilet paper in our room but when asked she gave us a new roll no hesitation. The pool was cold but they had a hot tub and that was nice. The bed was comfy and the rooms look like any other average hotel. I would stay again if I had too.

Our room was nice. When we got there they did not tell us where our room was. The outlets in the desk were falling out and there was no toilet paper in the restroom. Other than that house keeping was really nice and front desk was very kind, they tried there best and asked if we had everything we needed. The breakfast was also always hot and kept filled.

The room was clean. The beds comfortable. The service was acceptable. The area of town that this hotel is in is surprisingly bad. There have been multiple guests who have had possessions stolen from their vehicles. This happens regularly at this establishment. The hotel has tried to combat this with a security guard that patrol the parking lot and signs that tell you that the hotel is not liable for stolen items. While we stayed here we spoke to a gentleman who had $3,000 of equipment stolen out of his work trailer a few nights prior. All in all the stay was more stressful than enjoyable. I would recommend finding a better part of town.

Enjoyed my time here. Staff was pleasant. Room was clean. They do need to replace the old carpet in the rooms. This is obviously an older hotel that has had a facelift. It met my expectations. The water park could be enjoyed by all ages, however, there are a lot of little ones during the day. I think an "adults only night" would benefit this hotel. You already have the beer there! I'm sure it would boost revenue with proper advertisement!

They were really great I booked online and they had no problem locating my reservation. I called ahead to make sure they had a 24 hour desk. ( I didn't realize how big of a hotel they were.) They were very polite. I dealt with a Jason most of the time I kept bugging him for a lot of little things like I needed a spoon, where the pool was, and about breakfast. The next morning I asked about check out and was told 11 and I mentioned that I thought I saw 12 somewhere and the lady at the front offered to put in a late check out for me. The breakfast cafe server was super nice. The room was clean. The only things I didn't like about hotel cascada was that our room had a secondary sliding glass door to the hallway. And the outlet and plug for the air conditioner was sticking out. Update: they have new hydro massage beds. We they give you complementary 10 minutes. However they no longer offer the complementary breakfast.

I was a little anxious about coming in to my stay because of the previous reviews I had read, but my stay here was amazing. Friendly, and accommodating staff, nice pool facilities and breakfast was yummy too. Coming from New Zealand we stayed here for a week and it became our home away from home. The only reason I didnt give it a five was because some of the services like the gym, laundry and water park were not available, and the bar only opened the night before we left. Other than that it was an amazing stay and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to have a relaxing, safe stay in New Mexico.

The service was good. Great location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the hotel was cold inside. I stayed here during one of Albuquerque's rare snowstorms and I think the heating system in the hotel was just having trouble keeping up. The pool and hot tub were very warm and comfortable, so they helped me to beat the cold. Iverall, a pleasant stay.
