If I could give it a ZERO star I would. The beds are right up to the A/C so you freeze, no way to change the direction of the air flow. Disabled room is so small you can't fit a wheelchair in it. The plugs are under the shelf between the beds. Requested the Manager call me 3x no luck. The night shift person is rude, had grown children checking in left keys for them at the desk, paid for room so they could come in quick as they arrived early morning. He refused to give them the keys, would not call me on the phone. The pool is small... and who ever gave this place a high rating saying it was clean and great lied. NEVER AGAIN, corporate does not care.

Had a 2 night stay and was going well. Non-smoking rooms still smelled like smoke. The sink was clogged and smelled horrible, like someone threw up in the sink and wasn't cleaned properly. After we checked out and found out that we were charged $30 for a stained towel. The manager stated he didn't see the towel and cut our conversation short. Then, we complained to corporate but all they did was investigate and said they could only write a complaint to the hotel. After trying to talk to the manager a few more questions like what color was the stain? He never gave color, and said he didn't remember the discoloration. We've never stayed at Rodeway before, we gave it a chance, but never staying here again.

Booked a room with 2 beds, fridge, microwave, hair dryer. Got a room with 1 bed. Had to change room twice to finally get a room with 2 beds, and nothing else. Even the AC was absent. Spent 3 night here and found the key unable to open door every time we came back. Room service didn't bother to clean the room. Couldn't call the office so every time there was a problem I had to climb downstair to find them. The microwave in the office doesn't rotate while heating so it took forever to heat up a cup of water. The only positive thing happened here was the polite staffs in the office. At least they tried to help out. If you simply need a place with hot bath and a bed then this place may work for you. If not, please stay away.

Poorly run place. The room was not clean(bugs, dirt) . I had to go to the office to request towels. There is a charge for daily housekeeping, but do not provide it and made excuses about why not. They have a sign up in the office about refunding the safe fee if it isn't used, but won't honor it.

I have never been to such a bad hotel! Do not waste your money. Took 20 minutes to check us in. Going to the room and employee soaked me with a power washer, then found that our room already had someone in it. Finally got a room, blood on wall and ceiling, black mold around tub, no light cover on light. One bath towel, no wash cloths or hand towels, did not even have a garbage can. Absolutely horrible!!

smelled like bleach so I felt it was clean, but hotel seemed a little shady. Lots of signs saying they're not responsible if someone damages or breaks into your vehicle and they had huge spot lights shinning on the parking lot..not a good sign. But I appreciate them trying to make an effort to make the guests feel safe. Its just a basic hotel for the night, not luxurious about it.

The best thing I have to say about this motel is that it is not expensive and is very cheap, if that is what you're looking for. The other residents were very loud and boisterous. The room had roaches all over the place. One of the towels had not been cleaned and was left on the shower rail rack. It was a very displeasing place to sleep. I would spend $10 more dollars on a different hotel.

It was ok. A lot of sketchy people hanging around and loud. The room was newly decorated but not as clean as one would like. Also had to call down to get a trash can as our room did not have one, and a new phone .. but the staff was nice and helpful.

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. The floors were not vacuumed, swept, or mopped. Worst of all we saw several dead bedbugs and one live one. We Googled pictures later and verified that they were 100% for sue bedbugs. We also found a cockroach leg on the mattress. Fridge smelled of mildew and the cord was cut so it did not work. Air conditioner did not work. It was so filthy we left and got money back! I wish I could post pictures- you cannot imagine how bad it really was!

Scary place. Couldn't pay me to stay there. My whole family was scared. We had 2 cars packed with belongings. Didnt feel safe leaving them overnight. The room was small and uncomfortable. The bed covers were very old and had cigarette burns. I told the manager we didn't want to stay and he offered me a different room. No thanks. It was only 4pm but he charged me for both rooms anyway. I guess better to lose that than worse things that could have happened. We couldn't get out of there fast enough.

WHAT A DUMP!!! I wouldn't even give a star! I arrived after driving 572 miles on 9/28/2018, to find that the manager wasn't very personable, couldn't print my receipt and told me to check back to get one. They lock the door at night and you have to talk through a window. I wanted to be able to see my truck and trailer, but I would have to step out in hall and a few steps to view from balcony. The place is run down, trashy, needs to be condemned! The stairs look like they are to rust out. My room had no refrigerator and the manager said those rooms are for weekly customers. The door had to be slammed to shut I had to go to the office to ask for toilet paper and ice cup. He handed me a box of tissues and a plastic bag for ice. The police was there when I arrived too. As I sat in the bathroom, I counted 8 roaches! When I sat on the bed, another 2 roaches! I immediately went to request a refund, but was given a printed receipt that only show half of the print, and told the refund takes 3 days. I better see the refund soon! DON'T STAY HERE, NASTY AND HORRIBLE AREA!!
