😠 Very bad area. I asked to be moved near the office due to seedy people walking around the property. It's awful. I've been four times, asking to leave with a refund and they admit, they are drug deals but "they're harmless". I called APD and I'm waiting to speak with them. Nobody should stay here.... People often mention room, rooms,

Very bad area. I asked to be moved near the office due to seedy people walking around the property. It's awful. I stayed here because I have a training for teachers but this is cheap for 40 bucks...cheap for drugs and prostitution. Room is just terrible. Smells like piss and I uploaded eight photos the room. For 46 dollars, go to Motel 6.

When I walked up to get to my room and as I entered the stair well to ascend there were 2 people cooking heroin and I just walked away. Then I needed to shower and there is literally ZERO hot water. Then I went to the office because I needed a nother blanket as mine got wet, they tell me "we dont have one" what. A hotel with 100 rooms just uses the same 100 blankets? Fun. Not to mention the dozens of moths in my . I know I got a deal, but I did actually pay real money for this room, and I'm sleeping on a bare mattress covering up with the top decorative "blanket"

This was the worst experience ever in my life! I have worked in the hospitality industry for 20 years plus! There were bed bugs in the bed and I was given another room that was dirty and a needle on the table! I was argued with trying to get my $80 dollars back!!! I would rather die than go back to that place

I wish they had a 0 star. I have never in my life seen a room this trashy and smelly in my life. Was unfortunate in thst my home was flooded by my broken hot water heater and had to rent a room during the balloon Fiesta here in Albuquerque. I was in shock after I paid my 89.00 for one night to see the condition of the room. The owners should be completely embarrassed the way the rooms are kept here. I am ashamed to say I am from Albuquerque And that we have local small busines owners here thinking that this would be appropriate and acceptable to people to stay at. Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!!!!

Well this place was terrible and I was surprised I could find the restroom under all the dust and dirt still on the carpet. The other thing was the roaches, I had to fight them off to save my soda. The small bag of chips I had I never found again. Well the 7 roaches I named and I'm sure they rented the rooms next door as well. The noise was tolerable if you can sleep through a concert. A couple of rooms down sounded like there was a UFC competition going on. Other than that if you don't mind sleeping in Iraq or Afghanistan it's okay place to crash, literally because it feels like sleeping in a place after a tornado or huge sand storm hit. Well at least you won't be lonely because of the roaches. Good luck to all that stays there. I think I survived because of my military background.

Mold in the rooms. The second i entered, my face started itching, and my partner had a serious asthma attack. Beds had stab marks with blood stains on them, and smelled of vomit. The radiator looked ancient and extremely dangerous to use, and was a source of the mold. The coils for the heating element were exposed, and touching the bed AND curtains. Floors were covered in grime and sticky. Had to FIGHT to get a refund, even after my boyfriend had a medical emergency. Don't risk your health for the cheap price point.

Motel one is one of the worst motels of Albuquerque as the 76 is next door and owned by the same owner. The owner is a scammer there are bed bugs and roaches a property full of problems he refuses to give back any refunds due to his problem and he has bad service and problems with his own rooms I believe that this patient be shut down and I am attendant there waiting to move out. What meals I give this place a no-star and also advise anybody not to stay here

You get what you pay for, in a bad part of town. Many homeless type folks hanging around the outside and place is dirty and in need of major attention. Not family friendly.
