I have never been more disrespected in my whole life. I can't believe the rudeness , invasion of privacy, and disrespect!! The older Indian gentleman obviously has nothing better to do but sit there and watch who's going in peoples rooms. If he has that much time on his hands maybe he should pick up a broom and a dust pan maybe even a rag and clean that sad nasty excuse of a motel.. I had a guest come by (my brother) to bring me something to eat, clothes, and just to sit down and visit for a minute after all he came from clear across town on the bus for me, and it wasn't even two minutes later I get a call on the room phone from the rudest employee ever telling me my guest had to leave or I had to pay more money!! (Jerk) if I had more money I definitely would not be staying at the imperial inn and my brother wouldn't have came clear across town to bring me something to eat!!! You think. So I hung up on him... My brother leaves just shortly later, and someone knocks at my door long behold it was security... Didn't even know they had security I'm thinking he just paid all that money for one that day just to harass me. He wanted to come in my room to look and make sure I was the only one in the room that the front desk sent him. I was in shock could not believe that employee would go to those lengths just because I had a guest for less than an hour and was trying to bully me out of 10$ are you serious!!!! I'll never stay there ever again and wouldn't recommend anyone else staying there either never eva Eva, please take my word for it. It will save you a lot of stress and the head ache!!!

Good for cheap rates and quick place to check in. We found that the location isn't all that convenient as it seems to be a location for homeless. Their rooms are ok but no continental breakfast, just coffee. They have weekly rates as well as nightly. Security is available as are night management but lobby closes by 11:00 pm. Staff is alright. All and all, it's a inexpensive motel for a quick rest. Showers have little pressure, internet connection lousy, sinks tolerable, no pool available, needs new sheets and blankets and a whole lot of repairs inside and outside the building. The newest is they were able to put in new windows.

I don't know what you expect. This is a roach motel. I, fortunately, did not have to spend the night here as was only here because of my work, but I warn anyone away from it. The rooms are filthy and tiny. Police and EMS are there constantly for drugs, violence, and other problems. I guess the price is right, but to me, nothing is worth the worry of needles, bugs, or robbery. Go up to other hotels at Gibson, Sunport, or Jefferson. You'll be safer.

I have been here over a week and the rooms themselves are decent and will get you by. They have $29 Advertised but the rooms are really $55 each night, unless you pay by the week. (which I have been) they are strict about having visitors here, (I don't blame them) to reduce any unwanted activity. If you want visitors they charge $10 extra each person. The maintenance ladies are very sweet and come knock daily unless you put up "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. The rooms aren't modern and that nice, but they are decent. They have a mini fridge and microwave in the weekly rooms, they also offer rooms with a kitchenette in them, they are more though. The only complaint I have is the first night we came, the blanket, sheets and pillows smelt as if they had been sweated on. 🤮🤭 we got them switched out right away and also the tub is clogged and drains slowly, same with the sink and I have asked for them to fix it once and it has not been fixed... I have never had those issues anytime before though. (I've rented here in the past)I wouldn't necessarily recommend these rooms to others as a first choice but I also wouldn't tell people not to rent rooms here. Overall they're alright.

Price was decent. But stove top didn't work. I called to say something no answer. Then when I got off work and went to the office I was called a liar. After an exchange I was given another room in which 2 of the stove tops worked. Ok fine! Then I ho to the bathroom. Toilet had feces and paper in it. Shower was stained by who knows what. And when I call the office I was told call in the morning its not my job. Then he hung up....

I honestly think this place was a blessing. Depending on what room you get. Sometimes things are missing when you get in but oh well sometimes you just gotta thug it out shut up and be thankful you got a place to crash..... Our came with microwave fridge and a table...

I give no stars to the imperial motel this one of the nastiest motel you could stay full of bedbugs roaches leaks bed wet management has the worst additude there rude when you complain be ready to get thrown out no refund if you want to spend 55 or higher depending what employee you get then this is the place for you but honestly I. Would rather sleep outside of an outhouse then to stay here!!!!- THE ONLY WAY I COULD POST THIS WAS TO GIVE OT A STAR IF I DIDNT HAVE TO I WOILD NEVER GIVE THEM A STAR

Service and food are always great here. I have ate here many times and have tried everything on the menu. Hamburgers are big and delicious. Chicken sandwich has good flavor. The salads are enourmous and tasty. The fresh hand made shakes are delicious. Beer is always cold. Beware of the jalapeno burger. Its HOTTTTTTT! Onion rings and fries are good. Ask for Chris the owner he will make your day.

Best motel I have ever been to. They have excellent customer service. A great room I ended up in a non-smoking room with 2 beds for $40 a night and spent 4 nights here and slept peacefully! Plus they have hbo! A great place to enjoy a vacay.

I see people saying many bad things but I believe its better than that. It doesn't smell like smoke or booze. It smells lightly of curry. The bed is decent and well made. The toilet is a bit slow of flushing and the filter in the bathroom really needs to be cleaned. The heater is working but we had to start it when we got here (in the evening during december), so it was cold. There are vending machines but they are located in the lobby and are not the best of choices. The ice costs a quarter. There was also a microwave in the lobby. They have a pool but I did not get to see it. We are in a double bed room, three adults and one toddler. They need to see the IDs of every adult and write down some information. In our room there is a desk, two beds, dresser, mini fridge, a 'closet', and a CRT TV. We tested our bathroom more, there is no water pressure. The sink went to luke warm water and the shower went to hot-ish. The shower did work but the faucet still leaked a bit.
