The last time I came here for the club was for my sister's bachelorette party 3 years ago on a Saturday night. I'm not a fan of Albuquerque clubs because they are mostly trashy and not classy. The dance floor was like a mosh pit and it's not fun when people stepping all over you. The drinks are too expensive and if you want to have some fun go somewhere else because it's NOT HERE!

My first experience here was horrible. Waitress charged me $80 for 3 drinks, me and her immediately didn’t like each other so she threw me out for being “too drunk” (girl I haven’t even taken one sip of this bs you just poured) Lucky my credit card refunded the beer cost for these scammy criminal practices Didn’t even get to see the main act. Don’t go here, nothing to do in Albuquerque but this club turns our town into a joke.

The only reason I gave The Star 2 stars is because of the last 2 comics and the host. We went on Thursday night for the comedy, our first time. We got there about 7:00pm found a seat and waited for 15 minutes for a server which we had to flag one down. She took our drink and food order. We waited another 20 minutes, only because we couldn't find a server until then, let her know we hadn't gotten our drinks let alone food and people who had come in after us got their orders. She said would check on it. Waited another 20 minutes, still nothing & no one had come to check on us. The server finally came over empty handed & said they got extremely busy & that's why we hadn't gotten anything. We asked for a manager, but the server came over with our drinks & said per the manager the 1st round was on the house. Our drinks were watered down. We ordered a second & the service was better. The manager never came to check on us, we never got our food, all they did for us was give us a round of watered down drinks. I got a bad headache from drinking & no eating. We MIGHT give it another try but not for awhile. I hope they do better if we ever decide to go back.

Perfect sized venue for comedy and similar entertainment acts. Good staff with decent selection of food and full bar with a few local beer choices. Every seat has a good view of the stage and doesn't miss out on the act at all, but we prefer to get the rim seats as they seem like the perfect distance from the stage with a nice solid counter for food and drinks. The Stage does a good job of getting well known headliners in monthly and rotating smaller comedians through even more often. Definitely come check it out if you haven't yet. Check their schedule and find someone you recognize that you like unless you're happy with just enjoying a night out and not worrying about the comedian's sensibilities matching your own.

Although the venue is a bit small, it offers a wonderfully personal experience for comedy and other shows. The venue is very clean and expects guests to dress according to dress code. The staff can tend to become a slightly overwhelmed by large numbers of guests, but the wait staff usually get to orders within 10 minutes. All in all, this is by far one of my favorite venues in the Albuquerque area.

This place is going down hill quickly. They quit having a night club, showing UFC, now they only have comedy. They just need to turn the stage into a sports bar area like Route 66's Stadium 66!

Went for one of their special events and it was fantastic! The music is great and they have a nice dance floor. They had plenty of security to keep things under control without it seeming to intrusive. I recommend checking it out out if you haven't.
