So how long are you and the rest of the businesses going to allow these bums to live in there RVs? These guys have been here for a few months already. Constant vehicle and foot traffic the smaller RV is getting. This is ridiculous already.

We have been trying to cancel my father in laws and my husband's subscription to planet fitness and they either keep billing us or ask us to show proof we cancelled it. If not for this we would've still kept it but my husband got ran over he can't even walk or lift anything. It has shown how disrespectful and the lack of empathy on a level I have never seen before. If someone wants to stop going there they shouldn't keep getting billed and then get harassed about showing proof of not wanting to keep going there. Our saying we want to cancel it is our proof.. This is a horrible company and should be ashamed of how they handle their clients.

Place is super empty which is nice but the water just straight up doesn’t work in the showers. Who knows how long they’ve gone without cleaning to have the water be completely not working. This was the second PF in ABQ that we went to with nonworking water. EW. People go to work after the gym. I cannot go to work without a shower. Gross.

Terrible service. A man at the front kept ignoring me and would bring the customers from the behind me up instead of me.

Friendly staff, plenty of equipment, clean gym.... My only criticism is that, unlike almost every planet fitness I've been to..... There's NO private changing area in the locker room. Maybe it's a regional thing, but having moved here from the east coast where every planet fitness had either a changing area attached to the shower cubicles, or a few stalks across from them... I feel very uncomfortable having to bare everything or try to put my dry clothes on in the wet shower stall... There's even a big space across from the showers that could easily, cheaply, have a couple cubicles added for some privacy. I ususlly workout while on break from work, no time to go home to shower.... Makes me a lot more hesitant to now :/

Chris was a big help, me and my youngest son are sunday regulars now. Love the atmosphere here

This review is for the 4th Street location in ABQ. This spot has always had a nice, chill vibe. The staff is friendly. They are helpful too. The workout area is always clean. The crowd is friendly and laid-back. I have never had a negative experience at this club. Jake and Chris are great staff members who make everyone feel welcome. This is my favorite Planet Fitness club in town. I have never seen it so packed that you couldn’t get on the machine you wanted to get on. It’s also nice because you can go to the grocery store that’s in the same shopping center.

Good: New machines and mostly good atmosphere Not so good: partially naked guys in torn shirts drinking from gallon jugs posing in free weight area. Zero dress code enforcement, been like this for several years. Ugh

They kick us out for doing personal training , even though my coach is allowed to bring a plus one. Now to be fair the shoes one of us wore shoe were not allowed and that fine but what’s the point of being allowed to bring a plus one if your kicked out for using it .

Love this gym the manager is great, staff is very nice very clean gym and Gary is a sweetheart always cleaning and making everyone feel welcomed

I have had a black care membership the past 3 years. And I rarely go to planet fitness a I live 2.5 hours away from a planet fitness. But ie used it for a shower while traveling and I try to get a hydro message Everytime I see a PF. This one is very nice.

Clean, no too crowded, staff was friendly, great atmosphere. Had a good workout.

Its hard to feel judgment free when u got kids hogging all the most used equipment and not using it

The layout of this location is just right and open, with the exception of the hydro massage bed and massage chairs being in a more private area.

For me, as a new comer to the gym, I love the Planet Fitness I go to. I suffer from gym intimidation and it's really hard for me to figure out all the machines but I love the tutorials on you tube. It is a clean, friendly gym without being overly crowded.

It often feels like you're in a sauna here. They don't skimp on the fees they charge or when they are applied, but they most certainly skimp on the quality of air they provide. There's an overwhelming amount of elliptical equipment, NOT enough stairwell** equipment. This location is the dumping ground for gym equipment from other facilities that has a higher guest turnout than this one. There is no balance, and the music played is trash most of the time. It does not motivate/inspire the workout.

This Planet Fitness does not have an infrared booth, so it’s not so great. But it get 4 stars from me for Deborah the manager who helped me get my plan sorted and everyone who kindly greets and wishing everyone wellness.

This place has the best massage equipment of all the locations. The staff is great and the place is very clean. I've been a member for 6 months and will definitely continue

Worst planet fitness showers on the planet. There's a bench and some lockers no changing rooms, the floors in the shower are falling apart.

Regular planet fitness, friendly people and good equipment but the place needs a deep cleaning. Men’s shower current had at least 3 types of mold on it and the floor needs a good mopping. Funny everyone is particular about wiping down the equipment (which is good) but the staff needs to pay attention to keeping it clean. And I did bring it to the attention of the staff.

I would have gave 5 but this last experience has been horrible and really shown what kind of company they are we had been trying to cancel our membership for months now and we had to go through so many people over just to do that. Then when we cancelled it they kept billing us and so we reported it to our credit card and so they stopped payments. Now they want proof we cancelled the membership.... Us saying we don't want it is proof. My husband can't use the membership because he got ran over and I take care of him full time. You guys should be ashamed, your complete lack of empathy, respect, and professionalism is something I hope no one else has to deal with especially being in a position like ours or any position. Please take my word go somewhere else they don't care about anyone but money.

Willing to change my rating but before I even workout I’m not impressed. Didn’t offer a tour . ( never been to This gym before) not very informative at all. Guess we’ll see how it goes….

I prefer Llanet Fitness' direct competetor, competitor, Crunch. It is much more inviting, a better variety of weights and implements such as, punching bags, medicine amd slam balls, tires, bands, battle ropes, fitness classes, etc.

This is purely on the experience with the yearly membership fee. I received no notification message about an annual fee being charged. So even if this was discussed at the start of my membership you should still be alerting of this transaction. 40 dollars is alot to pull out of people's account on the first when rent is due. Terrible experience and has me thinking about going to a different place to workout that's not planet fitness. Feeling screwed here!
