    Well, it goes without saying that if I could give something less than a one star, I would, for the worst sales lady on the planet in the women’s shoe department. Went in there today on March 8, 2023 around noon time. I started walking around the shoe department, shopping for shoes and not one time did the sales lady ever acknowledge me or welcome me in her department. She saw me all right. Several times and chose to ignore me. It was 100% deliberate. It was totally mean spirited especially when I decided why should I spend my money there after being treated so poorly…I said out loud…”I-might have spent some money in your department had you even said hello”. And as I walked out of her department, she said as loud as she could to the people that were shopping right next to me…”let me know if I can help you with anything”, and as I turned around to look at her because I was in disbelief she gave me a really huge smile. But I called and reported her and I told five other sales people on my way out the door. I hope she gets fired so the moral of the story is don’t buy shoes at the women’s Macy’s department store in Albuquerque. (Coronado) Besides the fact DSW or the Shoe Depot has beautiful shoes and a much larger selection. I only happened to choose Macy’s today because I had a Macy’s American Express credit card burning a hole in my Pocket. The greatest form of advertising is word of mouth.

    I wanted to highlight an experience me and my wife had with a particular sale rep in the perfume department. My wife casual stopped by that department and was help by a representative named Grace! She was helpful and honest about the selection my wife wanted. Even though my wife ended up not getting anything Grace still gave my wife excellent customer service and a cream sample to go with. Fast forward a day later, my wife realized that she Left her phone at the mall. We back tracked and stopped at Macy perfume kiosk. Who was there to save the day again Grace, who kept her phone and secured it so no one else could take it. I would recommend Grace to be head of that department or get a raise, as she is a shining example of what department stores personnel should be like when you as the customer want a good customer interaction. Kudos again Grace!!!

    ZERO STAR PARFUMS DEPARTMENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, ESPECIALLY MANAGER. I was looking one of the perfume counter, just across the counter Manager ignored me she looked at me and then seeing in the mirror and setting herself. Finally I found the one of the staff and she seemed tired. I went another counter same behavior not welcoming rude and dry behavior. I asked to check the perfumes and after three perfume she said that's all they have. It happened once before but I ignored but this visit again the situation. I use to go at Dillard and they always offered their best, welcoming and energetic. And Macy's staff really disappointed seemed just getting pay and don't care about customers.

    Be aware! Online shopping with Macys stinks. Horrible experience! If you purchase an item on Macys website and it happens to be a 3rd party item (how would one know??), you will not be able to get a refund from Macys if you return it at the store. You’ll have to wait until they ship it to the 3rd party vendor and it’s received and that vendor processes your refund. I ordered my shirt on Macys website on 10/23. I received it on 11/14. I tried to cancel the order but they wouldn’t do it. When I finally received it, I took it back to the store to return it but they wouldn’t refund me. I ended up calling the third party vendor who emailed me a mailing label to return the item to them. It will take another 2-3 weeks for me to get my refund. Never, ever shop at Macys again. Yuck!

    For so many years in the past, Macy"s was a high end department store. In our opinion it is now mostly selling poor quality goods from China. Many items online for Macy's just states " Imported " & leaves out where from. Items we bought recently were all made in China & we know are Poor Cheap Quality. Macy's certainly no longer high end.

    We ordered a expensive knit blanket, we didnt like it. Went to this store to return and they said we needed the original plastic bag in order to return!! Like what in the world??? Took 30 minutes to resolve and the customer service people were so rude

    I’ve been to allot of Macy’s and this is hands down one of the most prettiest and nicest I have been to. Even though it’s the day after Xmas everyone (employees) were extremely nice and very accommodating. I spent about two hours in the store and had a wonderful time. My husband and I first went to the Starbucks inside to grab a little something while we shop. Then we went upstairs and bought baby dresses for some last minute gifts 🎁 The Vietnamese woman working was so lovely and kind she even gave my husband and I some places to go visit while we’re in New Mexico. We then went back down stairs to women’s shoes to pick up some athletic wear and the two gentlemen in the finish line were both very helpful and super nice! The Magic in this Macy’s is way up!!!

    What happened to Macy's? It used to be similar to Dillard's as far as a shopping experience. The first floor looked decent, but the top floor looks like you just stepped into a Ross (don't get me wrong, I love Ross, but it's definitely a different type of department store) on a bad/super busy day. I'm not sure if they're short handed, but they're recovery team needs some motivation. The random products on the top floor is kind of strange for a Macy's.

    Today I went to Macy's at Coronado Mall to return two items that I purchased there a couple of days before. The tags were still attached to the merchandise. I went to the department (Macy's Backstage) where I purchased the items only to be told because I didn't have a receipt there was nothing that could be done because they have no way of telling when I purchased the items. I have returned items to Macy's without a receipt a few times and never had a problem. I told the woman I used a Macy's gift card and all she had to do was put the return back on the gift card. She still refused and told me to go to the returns department. When I got to the returns department the woman there asked me how I paid for the items. I told her with a Macy's gift card. I gave her the card and she accepted my return and put the refund back on my Macy's gift card. I know that most businesses have a lot of new employees because of Covid. However, they should at least know about store policies.

    Disappointing at the least. It’s beginning to resemble a discount store like Ross. Clothes look cheap & the products look like something I’d buy on Wish. Maybe it’s time to give up & leave the mall environment or improve the quality. Macy’s used to be the store to go to. Now it’s the store to go away from. Why I keep a store credit card? I have no idea. I haven’t used it in a very long time & don’t intend to use it any time soon.

    Went to Black Friday and got Some Perfume . They charged my card twice and when I called about it they straight up said it would take a few days.... It's Almost been a week and still nothing back . I paid 262 for Perfume that was only 130....😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

    Macy's is a good place to shop for woman's or men's & children clothing. They do have some small appliances also. I think I think I saw some toys in there too. Basically it's a store that you can get almost anything you want. So go check what they have. I would shop there again.

    Pretty quick experience going in to pick up an online order from Macy's website. The people who were working the online orders pickup station were extremely friendly and the overall appearance of the store when I was in was very clean, organized, and didn't feel "dated." Would recommend this location if you're doing in-store pickup for online purchase items or even just to go and check out to see what they have and purchase in-store same day as they have the things you can get online in-stock it seems and can't save you the unnecessary wait.

    Very nice store! It has improved greatly in the last few years. The staff is so nice, and the store layout is very easy to navigate. I found many keeps and great shoes and shirts here! Plus, great parking and good music!

    I went in to buy makeup, Mark was absolutely awesome. He even wanted to apply make-up for me, so I could feel fabulous. I recommend going in and saying hello and let Mark make you feel fabulous 😉😍

    I will never shop at Macy’s again. I don’t have to shop at Macy’s. There are many options for me to purchase the things that I like. I don’t need Macys. The reason why I will never shop at Macy’s again is because of their poor customer service over the phone. Their call-center representatives are rude. They do not understand how to speak properly to a customer. They do not know how to research billing and find a solution. They don’t care. I don’t appreciate being treated with rudeness. Therefore, I will take my business elsewhere. Goodbye, Macy’s. With service like this, you will definitely go out of business.

    Went to Macys on the last day of the Fathers Day sale. Really like this store. It was slim pickings that day, but as I have always seen, the store was neat and clean. Any discount signs were prominently seen. You always know what you're paying before you go to the register. Mid to high prices, but I have never had an issue with any of my purchases from clothes, handbags, shoes, or makeup.

    I bought 2 pairs of quality dress shoes for $100. Know how to use the rewards and shop and these upscale stores can be just as satisfying as the discount retail stores. We walk the mall frequently and always pop in to see what's happening.

    Very disappointed! I saw the ads for early black Friday sales and was excited to see some items that I've been wanting, went to the store to purchase and NONE of the items were even in the store!?? The sales person didn't even have a clue about what I was looking for. Only supposedly online. What happened to the way it used to be????

    Really good department store thats always got a sale on something you need. Cashiers are friendly and store is nice and organized. My only problem with the store is that they need to carry more popular sizes.
