I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ali during my stay at SpringHill Suites Dulles Airport, and I cannot praise him enough for the exceptional service he provided. From the moment I arrived, Ali was incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive to my needs. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless, offering helpful recommendations and making me feel valued as a guest. His positive attitude and willingness to assist in any way truly enhanced my experience, and I am grateful for his outstanding service. This hotel was very convenient for me as it was located close to the airport and where I needed to report for some work related business. The room was clean and comfortable, although the AC not being on continuously drove me a little crazy as I woke up in a sweat a couple of times. The staff was very helpful, particularly Sam. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would return.

I was accommodated at SpringHill Suites Dulles Airport by United after my flight home was diverted into Dulles and subsequently delayed by a couple of days. After a stressful and exhausting night spent trying to get my flight rebooked at the airport, I can’t express how grateful I was to be made to feel so welcome by such friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. I must give special mention to Gloria (apologies if I’ve misspelled) who went above and beyond to ensure that I was well looked after. She was proactive and anticipatory, and generally just a genuine, caring, delightful human being! Listen, the rooms are dated, BUT they are clean, comfortable and quiet, and the hotels’ proximity to the airport, sights and stores is hard to beat. Free airport shuttle, dedicated Uber pickup point and a delicious breakfast included are appreciated bonuses. Everything you could ask for if you need a short-term airport base.

I’ve stayed at the Dulles SpringHill Suites twice in the last year. The second time I arrived, the receptionist knew I had stayed here once already. A nice recognition! Kudos. It’s clean. The rooms are very nice Someone at Marriott is paying attention to the comments because they have repackaged the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower so that they are easily identifiable. (Previously, it was hard to read the labels because the print blended into the color of the bottle). I like the convenience of the location. Family has recently moved to the area and so I reserve a room here when visiting and it’s easy to access from most anywhere. For me, I particularly prefer to book an accommodation that offers complimentary breakfast … and the breakfast here is good. The eggs were quite good and well prepared. There’s plenty of food and variety to choose from to satisfy most people. The room rates are also very reasonable in today’s market.

This was a perfect place to calmly start a fun adventure to Puerto Rico. Since we had an early flight, we came the day before and had a good night's sleep. Breakfast, the shuttle, and leaving our car parked for the week at a reasonable fee - fantastic! The staff was very friendly and even made me some hot water for an evening cup of tea! The rooms and common spaces were very clean too! This is a great place to stay. Thank you!

I understand that this place is next to an airport, but it still feels pretty expensive. Staff is great. Rooms are nice and very clean. Definitely will stay here again in the future. With no room service and such high prices, I have to cut a star. Still, 4/5 is definitely not bad.

Very nice hotel. A step up from most others I've stayed at. And still felt at home and comfortable. This hotel is modern and newer looking than most others. Has all I look for in a hotel. Free breakfast, heated indoor pool and juccuzi. Fridge and microwave inside large rooms. I recommend this hotel to anyone waiting on tomorrow's flight and has to decide on something close with shuttle.
