Great advice to get me a sale at the right price, advising on legitimacy of offers and how reliable (or otherwise) the potential buyers were, and then checking down the chain to check the robustness. All in all Niral and team were amazing, even providing much needed communication when my solicitor was unable to. Highly recommended.

My sister and I had arranged for three agents to value our mother’s property but were most impressed with Niral as he had obviously done a lot of research beforehand. He came across as very genuine and trustworthy. He gave us some very astute advice to empty the property before marketing it, which had not even occurred to us.
