First off.. i was contacted at 9pm on a Sunday because they mixed up my apt. Then at time of appointment the girl called me multiple names none of which are mine. Then at some point during the massage the therapist left to go answer the door. I scheduled a 1 hour deep tissue massage. It lasted around 45 minutes including getting dressed undressed and her leaving mid massage. The owner preceded to call me later to rectify the situation but the therapist was yelling in the background and the owner put her on the phone to argue with me. Super unprofessional and absolutely ridiculous. I’ll never be back. I DO NOT recommend this place.

This being a first-time visit, I must say that my massage was very professionally conducted and thorough beyond expectations. I was previously a ten year member of "Massage Envy" and this massage far exceeded in thoroughness. Being from Indiana however, I found the cost for my 90-minute massage rather high; but I'm not versed on the New Orleans economy at $185.00, when compared to that of Indiana at $130.00.

I booked an hour massage on a Friday evening for the following Monday through google. On Saturday afternoon, I received a voicemail stating my massage was canceled due to a family emergency by my massues. In order to follow their cancellation policy (24 hour advance), I contacted them to make sure I could get a refund via their website (could not contact anyone by phone because they were closed the rest of Saturday and Sunday). I got an email saying they didn’t have my card number so I needed to pick up my refund in the store.. weird, but ok.. I got to the business and they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about so I showed them proof. The woman behind the desk eventually told me she processed my refund THROUGH MY CARD. Still weird… but I was glad to be finished with all of this. One week later I called my credit card company because I still didn’t see my refund and the said it was never processed. When I called the massage store the woman straight up hung up on me. Terrible way to run any business. It was literally a $65 charge. This is ridiculous. I wish I could rate them 0 stars. Regardless, I’m getting my money back. I didn’t cancel on them.. THEY CANCELED ON ME!!! Absolutely absurd

I have been struggling with neck and pack pain due to years of working in the medical field and now working from home. Miss Carolina was able to get me in for an hour appointment right when I called. She gave an amazing massage really seeing where I needed the most work but still taking care of all the spots I told her about. I got some instant pain relief with her use of oils and CBD enhancing products. After my massage I felt so much better and she even had a fresh turmeric juice waiting for me. Needless to say I was so happy to find her and I will be continuing regular appointments with her.

Seriously one of the best massages I’ve had. Went in tight and stressed out, left feeling like a whole new human!

I had a deep tissue massage, 90 minutes with Caroline. It was the best massage I’ve had all life! Very firm pressure, great service and great location. The sole reason for the 3 star rating is that I received a message the day after the massage saying I would be charged additional fees because I had lots of tentions and trigger points. I mean who would take a deep tissue massage when don’t have tension or trigger points? Doesn’t make sense. So in one way I strongly recommand this place but be aware you will get charge more money on your credit card afterwards

I found this spot by a google search. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. The owner was very nice and professional. I not only got a massage, but, also received a complimentary shot of her homemade tumeric juice. I will definitely be back. She listens to your concerns and caters the massage to your needs. Highly recommend her!

I enjoyed Ms. Caroline’s massage!! The hot stone therapy was just the therapy addition I needed.

This place is Amazing all around! Miss.Jeanne was great! She focused on all of my main areas that was my most concern and was very nice. I’ve been on the search for a good place for a high quality massage since every where I’ve been didn’t really meet my standards or targeted my problem areas and of course all that searching stops today. First time getting a professional massage done in a while and I am so rejuvenated! I am so happy my friend recommended this place to me. If you really want to invest in yourself this year, please come here and get a deep tissue massage from Ms. Caroline. I came here in a 10AM on a Thursday and was the only customer that morning I believe. The rooms are clean, the place is spotless and really feels like you’re at a spa. The massage tables have heated blankets which I absolutely loved. She also used a hot towel on my back and my face so don’t wear makeup or tell her beforehand to not use it on your face if you’re not comfortable. I can’t wait to come back here. My 1hr deep tissue was much needed. She was also very attentive and asked if the pressure was OK multiple times. Very relaxing experience. At the end, she also gave me a cup of water and a nice sample of one of her smoothie drinks. It was fantastic.

Caroline was wonderful! I needed lymphatic massages after lipo. And not only did she do a wonderful job with that she gave lots of info on things to do to promote healing and it all worked. I am beyond grateful for her kindness and services.
