    Y'all Y'all Y'all. When I tell you yummy for my tummy. It was yummy for my tummy. Now this is my second time in over 25 years reading Chick-fil-A. Now the first time wasn't so good. I think it was the dressing. But when I tell you thank you Krystal W. for my salad today. I had what they call the Market Salad. And whew child. I love love love it. All done. Done. Done. Done. Get over there and grab you one. I will be getting another one reallll soon. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

    Take-out order was very salty and not tender, fries were cool and felt old. Will not be going there any time soon. Ordered march 25 under the name Max. I don't think the manager was doing a good job.

    Sad to see the continual decline at this location.Today, I got another half full container of french fry crumbs. It has happened a lot lately. Might be time to take Chic-fil-a out of the rotation.

    This place isn’t a true Christian organization. They allow their Leads to make fun of other religions. I witnessed two missionaries from the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints come in to get food and the leads made fun of them. When and associate told them to stop because that associate was part of that religion they began to make fun of that associate. I called and talked to John the owner about what happened. He apologized to me. I thought it was all good but then found out those Leads received a promotion to Manager. So they were rewarded for attacking an associate and another religion.

    I order Chic Fil A from different locations for catering often. This was my first time ordering from the Bossier, LA location and will be my last! I placed the order the day before for a pick up time of 11am. I arrived and had to wait 30 min for the order. Then I arrive at my luncheon and they didn’t put silverware in the order. My customers had nothing to eat their salads with. Terrible service and missing items after paying $150.

    Every time I’ve gotten anything from this location I’m always missing something important from my order, things like the damn dressings for the salads or utensils. Every. Time. Without fail. It’s so aggravating when you have a short amount of time for lunch and spend half of it in the line (either drive through or inside ) and then not even getting to eat the food you paid for because they won’t make sure everything is in there. So if you go here, hold up the line to do their job for them by checking your bags for everything you need to be able to eat your damn food. Get it together cfa crew at this bossier location, I’m constantly disappointed and annoyed.

    They may not be perfect, but they will make it right. My order was wrong, and I didn’t notice until I made it back to work. I was frustrated because I was not able to eat the item due to an allergy and called the store to see what could be done to remedy this. The manager was calm and gave me some options. She then sent Jonathan to bring me the correct item. He was polite and friendly. I left with a positive perception because they corrected the error all while remaining kind and courteous. Thank you both for going above what your had to for people like me!

    Horrible experience- ordered ahead (mobile order) got in line. The person with the iPad just walked away, did not check me in. When to the black speaker and no one was there either. Got to the window and they just said - you gotta move up front and wait. 40 mins. It took 40 mins to get my food even when I ordered ahead.

    Came there yesterday about 8pm and picked up #1 No Pickles!! Combo to go. 5 miles down the road, I bite into a nasty pickle. I threw the sandwich out the window and saved my receipt. Came back the next day at 6pm and they refused to refund me or make another one. Was told by manager joy or Joyce? that I should have came back immediately. I was busy working and couldn't. How about the staff getting people's orders right and fixing their mistakes!!! Management was very rude and unhelpful. I'm attaching photos of this incompetent management team. By the way, kitchen is filthy. If you want a bowel movement and rude service, eat there.

    We had great experience there. Clean and great service. One worker there, Jim, was sent to us by God. My baby broke his leg the day before, he was in so much pain for the past 12 hours that he couldn't eat or drink. I thought maybe he would eat at Chick-fil-A, it's his favorite place after all, but he didn't. And then Jim came and told him he needs to eat to grow big and healthy, and he ate everything! And he finally smiled and forgot about his pain for a while. I'm so happy I ended up in this place.

    Food was great.. sweet tea was extra good, not too sweet.. order taker seemed distracted.. received order quickly.. one customer stayed parked in the way of the drive thru for a few minutes, tried to tell the order taker but she was distracted by other things going on I guess

    Spent $25.46 on 2 4pc chix tenders, peach shake and diet Coke with requested extra sauce, salt, ketchup and napkins. Got no sauce at all and discussed if we can get extra at time of order. Half the reason you come to Chick-fil-A is the sauce. Called the store and they were no help. Said to come back. I'm 6 miles away now and it's rush hour 5pm and hot. Kathleen

    I don't know why when the spicy chicken sandwich debate was going on everyone skipped Chick-fil-A bc Chick-fil-A got the best spicy deluxe chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese is unmatched. You'll never eat a chicken sandwich anywhere else.

    In and out drive thru line wasn't too bad, food was great and hot! Not as friendly staff as our Chick-fil-A in Texas, but still great! Nobody said "my pleasure" verbally or attitude wise! And when I asked for sauces I pretty much felt an eye roll, but I wasn't asked if I wanted any.

    The one time I had a rude car hop guess she wasn't in the mood to be at work. Food was good but I wanted my chicken sandwich since I had to switch with my boyfriend who has an allergy to tomatoes that was on his sandwich after ordering none and the receipt was correct just as well as the box the grilled sandwich was in. Most definitely will go back and will be sure to check the food before I leave.

    It's hard to down rate a Chick FIL a because they're just about the same everywhere you go. It's not fine dining but it's delicious when I want to get something fried. I got my order quick and fast and the bathroom was clean. Got back on the road and on my way.

    Love the mobile app and order ahead. I dined in today with my 11 month old and it was super easy to just order from the table and have them bring it straight to my table. Really appreciated the little plastic cover with adhesive strips for the table for him to eat off of, too!

    I've had good experiences from this location in the past, but this last time was unacceptable. I picked up my order and got home only to find that whoever had put the sandwich in the bag put it in a soggy box which leaked out on the bag causing it to fall out of the bottom of the bag. I called CFA and had to drive back up to the CFA to get a replacement sandwich. No offer of a refund or that much of an apology; they seemed more irritated that they got called out and had to replace the sandwich. Although I wanted to act ugly, I did not as I didn't want to be the new YouTube star. I expect substandard service and products from other fast food places, but not CFA. I will not be returning any time soon...

    They ran out of sprite and I received 2 medium cups of carbonated water. I did not want to go back because it was difficult for me to get in and out of the drive thru, so I called and she said that she knew that it was true because someone else had just brought one back, they were supposed to send coupons to replace the drinks, but have not heard from them. It's ok,because I don't plan to return. I also had a grilled chicken sandwich and it was prepared very sloppy.

    Always a pleasure to eat here! I do wish their milkshakes didn't include the harmful ingredient carageenan so we could indulge but I know that's more of a corporate issue and not the franchise fault. The food was quick, hot and tasty and quick to come out. The resteraunt was clean and the employees were kind!
