After almost a year of looking, we found an exceptional dental practice that can care for an immobile man. The staff were exceptional and the dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists were simply outstanding. Their care, considerations, respect, and patience, was only exceeded by their technical competence. This is a patient-focused practice. We couldn't have had a better experience. Kudos to Kirchner. Keep up the good work. Thank you Kim, Emily and Dr. English!

I'm a male at the age of 41. I had an bad experience with a dentist and it has scared me since then. Your employees that work for you sir are amazing I have a phobia of dentistry tools and just pain in general and those ladies made it so much better dealing with them that it really made the experience of five star rating these ladies that you have working for you are amazing and I know you get this a lot but sir they really all deserve a raise. They understood everything where I was coming from on my behalf and they met me in the middle answered every question and that they was just such good good experience. they kept reassuring me that everything is going to be okay. I'm going to highly recommend your office to everyone that I know that needs work. With all due respect sir. I know they probably get paid pretty well but they truly deserve a raise. It's hard to find employees that truly care about their job their patients their appearance the way they carry their self I mean just five stars I can't talk enough good things about your staff sir a very hardworking folks thank you for listening to me and thank you for opening up a very great dentist office that caters to chickens like me LOL. This is the first time I've ever been to this practice and I am completely amazed that I got a same-day appointment for 3 extractions and 2 bone graphs! Dr. Switzer and Misty were so quick but were very meticulous and careful with the procedures they performed! This practice knows what they're doing!! I have nothing but positive to say about Kirchner Dental!! They have made my experience with dentists change entirely. I have not met a staff member there who isn't smiling, welcoming & genuine. They sincerely care about you & improving your quality of life through dentistry. I have had a great deal of dental work done in the past & they by far have provided the best service I have encountered. Top notch, best in the business!!!! So grateful to have found them ❤️

Everyone was kind, and it was easy to get an appointment. However, it felt like they were trying to get me to have unnecessary procedures done. As someone who has never had any major dental issues and was only there for a routine cleaning, it was a shock to be told I had 10+ cavities. To then have the staff try to set me up on a $3000+ treatment plan and sell me multiple add-on products was off-putting. I went to another dentist within the next few weeks and was told my teeth were good. No cavities, one tooth to watch. So, I wouldn't recommend this office.

Susan was wonderful making me less fearful and comfortable in the dentist chair. Amber was very knowledgeable and made my cleaning experience less stressful.

Let me first start by saying this dentist office is amazing! I was so worried about going to the dentist because it had been YEARS and I was very nervous about what they were going to say. As soon as I walked through the door everyone was LOVELY! You can tell the staff really loves their job & everyone worked so well together! Kim was attentive and thorough and really listened to my comments and concerns. She instantly made me feel way calmer about being at the dentist. Emily was so gentle and I told her I had really bad sensitivity with my teeth and she listened and literally did not cause one ounce of pain or sensitivity, I've literally never experienced that before at a dentist office, she was amazing! Dr. Switzer was a hoot! So bubbly, so funny, made me feel so comfortable. She took the time to explain my X-rays and explained it so well, I actually followed along and learned some new things about my teeth and just teeth in general! Christie was sooo sweet and worked so well with finding a right time with me for my next appointment and even provided a cute little sticker with the date and time of my next appointment, it was so cute, I put it on my new toothpaste tube! Lastly, they provided sunglasses for you to wear when getting your teeth cleaned! I have extremely sensitive eyes and always hated that when I left the dentist's office my eyes were so dry from the sharp fluorescent lights, but not this time, not in this office! Overall, a really great experience and honestly a lovely way to start the day. Those women should be proud of themselves for making someone who HATED the dentist, to now looking forward to their next appointment! Thank you so much Kirchner Dental for the best dentist experience I've ever had in my 24 years!

I had a 100/10 experience at Kirchner Dental. The staff there really go above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your experience at the dentist. Dr. Nick was down to earth and very easy and honest to work with. My dental hygienist, Emily, has got to be the best in the game. She makes sure everything goes smoothly and tells you funny stories to pass time. Other honorable mentions include Macky who immediately greeted me with a smile when I walked in and Christy who made sure my next appointment was scheduled perfectly with my schedule. I am not one that usually enjoys the dentist but man, I can’t wait to go back!
