Alysha was really great and took her time with my daughters to make them comfortable. She was knowledgeable and we were thankful she was there. Dr Chon was great also, expressed everything that was happening very well and she was quick.

Took my 11 year old daughter in for her new pt appt, she’s never had to have any dental work done outside of cleanings. She had some loose baby teeth wedged in from her permanent teeth and was extremely anxious. Unsure (but hopeful) if they’d be able to pull her teeth today, they went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable, relaxed and got it ALL done in 1 visit so we didn’t have to miss school/stress/have anxiety about coming back. She didn’t even feel the lidocaine injections ! Dr.Mike was so good at it! Great bedside manner and his assistant Aliyah (spell check 😬😅) was amazing too! Giving positive messages throughout my daughters experience! We were highly impressed and would highly recommend!

Dr. Mike did my sons crown surgery today and did a STELLAR JOB. we are so greatful for him because my son was not an easy case. He wasn’t judgemental of us as well which really set me at ease before the surgery even happen. His bedside manner is always fantastic and I 100000% recommend him to anyone who has children with dental problems.

They changed their policy to where parents aren't allowed to be with the kids during certain procedures like when they have the child wrapped up on a papoose. We were not ok with this so we switched to a new dentist. Also they claimed my son had a cavity which needed to be treated (which is why they needed to use the papoose and gas) ...well after they changed the policy we canceled that procedure and walked out. The new dentist did an exam on my son and found NO cavities. I was really confused. They checked the X-rays and they checked his teeth twice and they said he didn't have any cavities. They said they see what looks like some stains but it's not a cavity and doesn't need to be treated. I am very grateful we switched to the new dentist because I don't need to put my child through unnecessary procedures and trauma. I believe kids dentistree is trying to treat problems that don't really exist. Also, the old lady at the front desk is the literal sloth from zootopia. She moves as slow as a sloth but not only that, very rude too. Always seems extremely confused.

Absolutely loved our experience here! Took my son and daughter for their first dentist visits and they were so nervous going in, but aleigha noticed and quickly lightened the mood for them by playing and laughing with them and distracting them from the scary stuff by asking them questions about their favorite shows. Dr. Mike was the same way when he began the work my daughter was scared to get in the chair but he was so soft and sweet to her she climbed right up and didn’t have a second thought. Their professionalism and wonderful personalities make this the absolute best place to bring your kids for their dental needs. I wish that I could use them it was such a great experience! Thank you aleigha and Dr. Mike

I had Doctor Mike and Gloria for my appointment at 8 today, they were lovely and friendly. Service was fast and accommodating, everyone was all smiles and jokes I had a great time and I usually hate dentist appointments as well.

This place traumatized my 4 year old daughter. My daughter needed a treatment done and the dental hygienist was rude right away. Any questions my daughter had about what was going to happen visibly annoyed her. Once the treatment started my daughter got scared and jumped out of chair. The hygienist told me that we needed to hurry it up. (By the way this was an early morning weekday appointment they weren't busy at all). Then the hygienist had another staff member hold my daughter down and was so aggressive she caused her to throw up.

Took my 5 year old daughter in for dental work at the Jeffersonville, IN location. Lets just say Dr. Chon was amazing. Lanna, her dental assistant is the best. She made her feel so comfortable and talked to her so that she could understand what was going to happen in a way that she could understand. Made her feel so comfortable, she never felt a thing! Definitely geared towards kids. I was taking her to a different office but it wasnt kid friendly even though it was suppose to be only for kids. We go back in a month and hopefully we get Lanna and Dr. Chon again! Jeffersonville, IN Location
