Good food with something on the menu to please anyone. Very large portions and usually very good service.

Seated by self praising hostess, in an odd shaped, corner booth obviously too small for us. How did the bartender forget to add olives in my dirty martini? Food ok. Best thing was my dinner partner. Thank God we had a gift card....

Incredible. Service was also excellent. My bf steak was undercooked but they fixed it, no prob and took it off the bill. I was super happy with this place and will DEFINITELY be back.

Wonderful place to take your family for a fantastic meal. Beautiful environment with outstanding food. The service was fast and friendly. The meal was on the table within fifteen minutes of ordering and was delicious. Also, currently, you get two free hot buttered croissants when you are seated, and they are heavenly.

I've had nothing but good experiences here. Good food, nice staff. Pretty clean. The shrimp is one of the better at chains. Good sales too.

Took a break from work to treat my mother to lunch and we were quickly seated. The food was good as was the service, but 2 tables nearby had screaming toddlers and the servers ignored it, even when several tables complained. The manager had an obligation to the rest of the patrons to address the issue, but did not. I asked for the manager, but was told no manager wA available. I won't be going back.

Service can be a tad slower at times, but is generally quite consistent! The food is definitely the star of the show! Both reasonably priced with good sized portions, you’ll never be disappointed with the wide variety of options! If your family can’t decide on where to go for dinner, Cheddar’s is a great choice to cover a broad range of preferences!

I love their ribs. The sauce has excellent flavor. Food size portions are big. Prices are reasonable. Never gotten a bad meal. My server was on time and kept my drink full. I forgot to take pictures. Will next visit.

My husband and I had the Key West Chicken and Shrimp with Baked Potato and Salad. I had the Blue Cheese Dressing and he had the Honey Lime Dressing. Both were very good. The food and service both were excellent.

The food and specialty drinks were amazing and so was the waitress. We started eating before I took some of the pictures 😅 I just bought a beta fish from the store close by and I couldn't leave it in the car... They let me bring him in and even offered him his own menu lol I thought it was cute 😀

Absolutely delicious meal....excellent service and great atmosphere.

Overall, great experience. It was my first visit to a Cheddar's. We got there at 5pm on a Friday night and we're seated immediately. An hour later, there was a line out the door! The servers were pleasant and attentive. The food was plentiful and flavorful. We will come back!

Just got a order of ribs togo it’s very good! Today went back got the Key West dinner it was very good and they had my Togo order right on time. Great friendly service!! Went back again today 5/11/22 great food and great service called in and they had it ready when I needed it!! Ribs are great and there slaw is too great friendly service 6/28/22 Called in order today it was ready and on time great food great service very good place to eat!! Today 7/7/23 I got the Beer Batter Shrimp this was so good Big crispy shrimp and the slaw was great too!! It’s always great food!! Love to try different foods.

The consistency (or lack thereof, rather) of this place is insane. We came a few weeks ago and everything was awesome. I got the ribs and shrimp and the ribs were perfectly cooked: fall off the bone, crispy and juicy. Everything else we ordered was delicious, nice and hot even though we were sitting outside at night (it was about 60 degrees out). When we went last night we experienced the exact opposite. We sat inside as they were too understaffed to seat outside; no big deal, we completely understand. For having to do both pickup orders and serve us and others, our waitress did pretty well. When we got our food, however, everything went downhill. I got the ribs and shrimp again and my girlfriend got a vegetable plate. All of her sides she chose for the plate and the soup were cold. My sides were cold, the shrimp was okay, but the ribs were so disgusting my girlfriend made me cover them with a napkin. They were nothing but fat and insanely undercooked; I sincerely hope the 1.5 ribs I ate off the ends before I noticed how bad it was don’t make me sick. It was a complete waste of money as we ended up tossing the few leftover sides we took when we got home because we were terrified they’d make us ill. I understand being understaffed and slow, but I’d rather wait longer and receive food that’s properly cooked than be given something that could cause me or her to get sick. Although the first time was great, we don’t want to waste our money or risk getting a food borne illness and probably won’t be returning.

Had small sirloin with broccoli and broccoli cheese casserole and buffalo chicken wraps with fries. Was very good $32.77 before tip. Very satisfied. Waiter’s name was Michael and he done a very good job.

Food is always exceptional. Service was slower than at some other Cheddar's. French fries were cooked perfectly but almost cold. Burger was very good but not exceptional. Waitress did not clear used plates or glasses from table during the meal. (Best burger I've had in Knoxville is still Big Kahuna Wings'.)

This was a very good dining experience. I like Cheddar's, but we do not have any in our area. I always like to try them when I travel. I had the coconut shrimp and the sauce was excellent. I always love the broccoli casserole. Today was a special treat as they had the honey butter croissants for free. All was yummy. 😋
