The
consistency
(or
lack
thereof,
rather)
of
this
place
is
insane.
We
came
a
few
weeks
ago
and
everything
was
awesome.
I
got
the
ribs
and
shrimp
and
the
ribs
were
perfectly
cooked:
fall
off
the
bone,
crispy
and
juicy.
Everything
else
we
ordered
was
delicious,
nice
and
hot
even
though
we
were
sitting
outside
at
night
(it
was
about
60
degrees
out).
When
we
went
last
night
we
experienced
the
exact
opposite.
We
sat
inside
as
they
were
too
understaffed
to
seat
outside;
no
big
deal,
we
completely
understand.
For
having
to
do
both
pickup
orders
and
serve
us
and
others,
our
waitress
did
pretty
well.
When
we
got
our
food,
however,
everything
went
downhill.
I
got
the
ribs
and
shrimp
again
and
my
girlfriend
got
a
vegetable
plate.
All
of
her
sides
she
chose
for
the
plate
and
the
soup
were
cold.
My
sides
were
cold,
the
shrimp
was
okay,
but
the
ribs
were
so
disgusting
my
girlfriend
made
me
cover
them
with
a
napkin.
They
were
nothing
but
fat
and
insanely
undercooked;
I
sincerely
hope
the
1.5
ribs
I
ate
off
the
ends
before
I
noticed
how
bad
it
was
don’t
make
me
sick.
It
was
a
complete
waste
of
money
as
we
ended
up
tossing
the
few
leftover
sides
we
took
when
we
got
home
because
we
were
terrified
they’d
make
us
ill.
I
understand
being
understaffed
and
slow,
but
I’d
rather
wait
longer
and
receive
food
that’s
properly
cooked
than
be
given
something
that
could
cause
me
or
her
to
get
sick.
Although
the
first
time
was
great,
we
don’t
want
to
waste
our
money
or
risk
getting
a
food
borne
illness
and
probably
won’t
be
returning.
