Abby was impressive. Knowlrdgeable, experienced, excellent people skills. Service is the key and it is excellent. The hearing aid, too, is ehat I am looking for.

The little plastic wire looking piece broke on both of my hearing aids. Called the Office, she said come on in I’ll fix you up. With in 10 minutes, she cleaned and replaced the damaged parts and gave me a few extra. The service has always been Great! Thanks again Jeff M.

Ken Byars had a regular appointment today to see how his hearing aids are meeting his hearing needs. The hearing test some hearing decline. Current hearing aids do not connect to the computer due to age. An appointment was made for next week for the latest hearing aid. Ken appreciates all the help and follow through from Abbie.

Customer service was excellent, they were extremely punctual and very thorough in both the exam and explaining everything that I needed to know. I would highly recommend them

The Hearing Care Practioner was very nice and throughly explained everything. I really appreciated her guidance on what to do next and would definitely recommend her to others.
