Applebee's is my favorite go-to restaurant. Very good hospitality a very good waitress. The food was pretty good I just wish they had baked potatoes instead of mashed potatoes they have loaded mashed potatoes my first time ever having them I give them a three star. My friend had some rib tips chicken breast green beans was delicious I had some broccoli that was wasn't that hot but they tasted pretty good. See you next time.

Amazing food great service short staffed but service was awesome

Ordered through Door Dash the 2 for 22 special. Only received one salad and the chicken tortilla soup was replaced with french onion soup. I cannot digest onions. But, when I came across the mystery meat that was neither chicken not tender. I had to use a knife to cut into it. I still did not recognize what it was. I wish I could post a picture. This is totally unacceptable. Second time I have ordered from this restaurant. Unfortunately, it will be the last.

I went late last night and ordered the shrimp Alfredo. The waitress was very nice and had my food remade for me, as the noodles were so gummy I couldn’t eat them. The shrimp was perfectly cooked. The second making was a little better. Service was great though!

Several months ago I was staff and I had a pleasant time and very satisfied with the service but already on several occasions we have made the order online and have had very bad service at the end of the day, we have run out of food, because something always happens with the order 😠I have called the restaurant and not even the one in charge has given me a convincing answer about my lost food 😠It is very easy to get out of the customer quickly without giving any response, very bad service because if I order from you online I will not I have nothing to do with the bad service that dor dash is giving you or claim it from them because I pay for the delivery service to you. I don't know, did I ask for it from door dash? And I believe and I think that the responsibility that an order is lost is yours since I gave the order online directly to you 😠 in the end we were left without eating because the order never arrived at home 😠

This place is absolutely horrible. Been here with an empty restaurant for two hours waiting for dinner. It was thirty minutes after we were seated before we even had our drink order taken... Would highly recommend that nobody else experiences this terrible service!

We went to have a dinner out, first one since my baby was born. The restaurant was mostly empty, yet we still waited 40 minutes to be seated. Then it took another 25 before someone noticed we hadn't been served, and that was the bartender. She became our server, and she was wonderful (especially considering how many people were sitting at the bar). We witnessed half a dozen other employees standing around talking or wandering aimlessly "looking busy." When it finally showed, the food was decent. Just beware the poor service.

Went in on a Saturday night after a long work day. All me and my other 2 friends wanted was a hot meal and not many things open late. We never ended up getting any food since this place was making us wait for about 40min at the entrance without sitting us anywhere or offering drinks. Terrible customer service and even worse management service for letting it happen cause I saw him there helping a waitress out on the computer. Everyone just ignored us so we left.

We went there on May 27th, 2022 around 2pm. We got seated quickly and the person who seated us was very nice. Our server Wanda was also very nice and apologetic about any delays. She brought us everything we asked for and checked on us frequently. We had a toddler with us and the restaurant was very accommodating despite the noise toddlers can sometimes make. There only seemed to be a handful of people working there at the time but it didn’t impact our visit. Not sure why they had a 2.7 on Apple Maps but we had a good time. Great food and people. Thanks!

The music is terrible rap, the food we got was cold, horrid, & my mashed potatoes seemed to have a crunch stale layer as if they've been setting out. Had to wait about 10 minutes for a host to seat us, our waitress was a sweetheart. She was trying hard to make things better for us.

We brought a huge group of teenagers at 8 pm. They welcomed ess with open arms. The were a little slower than we wanted since we haven't eaten since breakfast. However the food was delivers fresh and hot abs it tasted fantastic!! Dee (waitress) and Pedro ( cheff) were absolutely amazing!!

Went to my teenage cousins 13th birthday dinner. We had a large party (around 15) Service was slow but that is to be expected when they had one server trying to handle all of us. My biggest issue were the cups of water we had to keep sending back because of floating debris and the dirty plates. Our one server tried her best. But it took a long to time to get refills and have the correct brought out to us. We had to get her attention to get any service. What made me agitated was seeing the 5 staff members hanging at the bar laughing. I would not return. I did leave a tip. And my entree was good but I will not be returning.

Had chicken Alfredo. It was dry yet still tasty. Service wasn't great. Seemed like our server was nervous or it was her first serving job. I felt she did her best and my joiner was giving her a hard time. With a little time to gain her confidence, she'll be great.

I called in advance to ask if I need to reserve the tables or just show up for my daughter's 13 year old birthday dinner because we were expecting a party of about 15 guest. The lady who answered placed me on hold, spoke with her manager, and then spoke back with me informing me that I could show up with my party of 15 because they would have enough staff to handle the party and they would have a special treat for my daughter. Ok great!!!! Arriving there, the restaurant doesn't seen too busy! Great! Waitress comes takes our drinks orders, in the meantime, were waiting on the rest of out party (stuck in traffic because of a serious accident on dixie) we're getting refills in dirty cups smh. I had to use the restroom...it was beyond dirty! They had all these staff members at the bar laughing and not one person would take the time to go clean the restroom. The plates and silverware come out, dirty! Instead of my daughter getting her special treat for her birthday, (which i did inform the Waitress that they told me that on the phone) she had a drink spilled on her. Everyone is eating their food and my man and I are still sitting there with nothing to eat and we were 2nd to order at the tabel. I was over it. I asked for my food to go because I had to wait soooooo long for it to come out. And then I still had to ask for the rest when they brought the main course out. My sister paid the manager for her tab at the bar because the Waitress was taking to long and she was ready to go. She paid in cash, told him the rest was her tip. And the Waitress accused her of walking out. However the Waitress did get her money and was seen putting the money in her bra. She was trying have someone else pay for that meal again. We will not be returning to this dirty and unprofessional establishment. The crazy part is, we were warned before we came!!!!

Ordered carryout and arrived at the time it was supposed to be ready. Took the people working there 15 mins to even acknowledge me, then maybe 10 more mins to ring me up, and there was hardly anybody in there. The workers just seemed lost and uninterested in helping anybody. Turns out my food was under the bar the whole time I was waiting, so it was barely warm when i got it and cold when I got it home. Cold dinner isnt really my favorite. 👎

We go almost every other Friday night to this location. Never had a bad time here. Tonight we had out of town guests join us and they too liked it. The Friday night bartender always has the bar packed. Looloo was awesome. The staff worked incredible well together. You can feel the love they have for each other. Them enjoying working together made us feel in great spirits. Great food for even better price. Even the two female managers were helping and bringing smiles to people's faces. Just awesome Thanks Applebee's

The service here has become worse by the months. You could order at 5:45pm. They tell you it won’t be ready until 6:18. You get there at 6:15. No one is able to even notice you at the carry out desk until 7 minutes after you arrive. Then they say your food is almost done you wait another 6 minutes. Watching everyone else’s order take all day as well. Every seems to busy or has a attitude. By the time the food comes out you’re beyond ready to leave. But they didn’t pack drinks hahaha. This place is too busy with not enough help. Do them a favor and go to another Applebee’s

Come on Applebee's, are you really serving sides in condiments containers? Are you really trying to go out of business by letting bean counters determine portion sizes?

After waiting for 10 minutes at the door the "manager" came and said you may want to go somewhere else we dont have any waiters or cooks. We asked how long would the wait be she stated 45 minutes. Then we asked if we would be able to sit while we waited. (There was about 4 other tables there, the rest of the restaurant was empty) again she repeated she didn't have any staff.

This was absolutely a one and done for us. Never again will I go back to this Applebee's. Me and my hubby ordered our food to go. Unfortunately I made the mistake of not checking our food before we left. After spending 30 minute's in traffic we finally got home. Opened the bag and got out our burger's. It was pathetic. Both burger's was burnt/ over cooked so bad and it looked like who ever made them just threw all the toppings on any way they could. The lettuce looked horrible. Those burger's where 12 buck's each. And we gave a 14 dollar tip. Never again will I leave any restaurant without checking my order. This was my first time at Applebee's and most likely my last , at least for the one in shively. There is a little more to the story , like us having to wait 20 minute's for someone to take our order. Then being told that we should have sat on the other side of the restaurant for the "to go" order's. No the restaurant was not busy. Everyone in there already had their meal's in front of them. To say I'm p***ed is an understatement. I have taken pictures of our food and I've called corporate only to be greeted by a voicemail service. My advice is #1 Always check your order. No matter how familiar you are or not with the restaurant. #2. Don't waste your time at this restaurant. And yes I did try calling them after we got home but no one answered the phone. I've never left a bad review before about anything. But today was a total waste of gift cards plus the tip. The pictures are of one of the burgers before and after I pulled all the burnt / over cooked parts off. The nasty lettuce is obvious and even the buns were burnt.

Earlier today around lunch, i ate at Applebees i could see they were short staffed with only one server, and one curbside to-go person. It was quite busy, it was a challenge but i saw both of them including their manager put ALL hands on deck! They were on IT! i could tell they all had a great bond! I love to see team work! I had the 8oz steak with onion rings, and their garlic mash! It was delicious! I just wanted to share this!

Doorway to enter was over crowded which can cause a safety hazard on Veterans Day. This is a once a year event but still we need to be careful. The food was great. The service was ok but one server forgot to give me spoon to stir my coffee. How could forget the spoon and when the server returned my coffee got cold.

Amanda was a great server. The manager came out and checked on us. We had 24 people this evening and I never once saw an empty cup. Ask the food was made correctly on the first try. 5/5 in all categories. I hope to return sometime

I haven't went to Applebee's in a long time for some reason but I really enjoyed the food and service! Gabbi was my server and she was very nice, polite, and helpful in picking out something good to eat!

A/c out, waitresses talking out loud across room on who was gonna wait on us. Should have got the clue then. Drink fountain was out, drink came from 2 litre, almost flat, salad had to ask for it before my meal. Lacking tomatoes, cheese, extra ranch, which I asked for at time of order. Steak parmesan with shrimp was just above warm!

8/22Tuesday at 1115am. Staff was very very nice. Seated quick, food came out fast and it was very good. Service was on point. Wish I could remember the waitress name she was very professional and made sure we had what we needed. We ordered spinach dip and two for 35 meals ribblets dinner. And we both had slushees one mango and one strawberry everything was good.

I love this place but last night it seems when it crowded it gets chaotic..... I arrived at Applebee's @6:57p and didn't get to leave til after 9:05p. my food to go was wrong I paid for stuff I didn't even get i couldn't check my food until I got home my daughter was so ready to go it was UNREAL🤦🏾‍♀️my food portion was so little I think I'm going to start cooking more at home for the price they charging us‼️😒 The good thing about all of this is.... The manager took $20 my $130 bill🤷🏾‍♀️ but food still been wrong one I got home

Last night 8 friends and myself decided to go to Applebee's for drinks. The atmosphere was chaotic and not welcoming. The service was poor. Waitress and host were rude and unprofessional. The managers did not come out to intervene after being requested by our party and other guest. We ended up leaving and taking out 150.00 top and over 200.00 tickets to Texas roadhouse. Applebee's has went down tremendously.

Food was flavorless and disgusting. Steaks weren't cool as ordered and had no kind of seasoning or flavor what so ever. The chicken tenders looked like some store bought freezer items. The grilled chicken salad I ordered for myself consisted of only lettuce, brown lettuce, a little cheese, a few tomatoes and some cold grilled chicken. The drinks we ordered tasted like watered down Kool Aid.......I'm not even sure how this place stays in business most definitely will not be back!!!!

Greeted at the door with TOTAL CHAOS! The greeter had over 15 people bunched up at the door waiting to be seated. We were not able to practice social distancing and our safety was compromised. The greeter constantly told customers she is being told by 3 different coworkers on what she should and shouldn't do. She told some customers that the bar was closed but then allowed others. She and a waiter seated us but then refused to wait on us. We requested a manager but were told she was unavailable. I want to file a formal complaint.

My daughter wanted to go to Applebee's so we went. We were seated as soon as we walked in. We ordered our drinks and they were brought to us as we were looking at the menus. We were there specifically for the 2 can dine for whatever price they had for three different options on three different prices. my daughter knew what she wanted but I saw nothing I wanted on any of the three prices. she was hungry so I went ahead and let her order what she wanted and we went somewhere else afterwards so I could eat. Applebee's needs more selections on their 2 for menu. I doubt if I will be going back anyway soon.

Table was sticky and needed to be cleaned after we were seated. I ordered appetizer chicken taco which was good. Sizzle & mashed potatoes was not good, sent it back, in place of that I ordered the burger quesadilla burger and fries...the fries were good. So with that being said...I will not be going back to Applebee's.

Times are changing I was very disappointed In what Applebees is doing to help control covid... There have no condiments on tables and when I asked for sweet n low I was bought a few pack then my grand daughter ask for steak sauce she was giving a small drop to drip her wings .. Wipe the containers and bring them to your guest.. It wasn't the lied back music playing joint it once was ! Good food but wasn't delicious as normally in the past

The vibe is awesome! It is still the Applebee's feel, but with an added welcoming atmosphere. The bar tender is so nice and courthouse. The wait staff was fast and accurate. I would come back here just for that. The food was flavorful and came out fresh. I felt safe eating their due to their COVID-19 cleaning requirements. I really like this location.

Food was cold, no drinks, no cocktail sauce. Driver was nice and on time. Did call and complain, about drinks , was told next time I was in or ordered drinks would be on them. That's great but we still do not have drinks with our food.
