The food and atmosphere was impressive. However, Gloria provided the worst service of all my dining experiences, and I’m a foodie so I’ve got countless. From the time we were sat she was seemingly intentionally dismissive while simultaneously being graciously attentive to her other guests. She did not visit our table to take our drink order until 20 minutes after we were sat. We did not receive our drinks until we visited the bartender to retrieve them ourselves 30 minutes after being sat. She did not check on us or provide drink refills throughout our dining experience. We intended to order a dessert after finishing our meal, but Gloria decided we’d had enough and brought us the check half way through our meal. She then took 15 minutes to collect our payment because she was chatting very politely and attentively with the guests at the booth behind us. What ultimately led to my taking the time to write this review is that with all these things in mind, not once did she apologize for her delays in service, which makes her performance not delayed but negligent. One being unintentional, and the other being deliberate. Really not cool, as this restaurant showed real potential, but the experience was heavily tainted.

Went to dinner last night and it was amazing. I got the fish and chips and my husband got the french dip. Both were really good and flavorful. All the staff was friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

Typical pub food. Good food, great beer, and good staff. Not busy when we were there. Some of the booths have torn seats so ask for a new booth.

Nice 4th street live option and lively bar. Food is decent and service was great! Great beer selection and typical pub grub.

Had a beer and soup yesterday! It only cost 14.64 and I sat in the store for two hours. The lady who served me did not rush me to pay. The service attitude was very good. When I woke up this morning, I found that I put my credit card in the store because the store only opens at 11 o'clock on Sundays. But I arrived at the door at nine o'clock and a clerk answered the phone and found my credit card. After confirming my ID card, he immediately returned it to me! I was very touched by their service attitude! Worth recommending to tourists!

We had a great experience here. We haven't been here since 2015 and they are better than ever. I highly recommend a visit here for lunch or dinner!

Maybe because we were with a big party, I don't know, but here is my review. Our waiter was good, service was fine. The food though was less than good. My husband and I got the pretzel and beer cheese for an appetizer and the pretzel was good (although the beer cheese lacked flavor). For our main course I got the Cajun fish tacos, sweet potato fries and Caesar salad and he got the meat lovers pizza and a side house salad. My lettuce was warm and wilted and the croutons soft and chewy. My husband's croutons were the same and the the texture bothered him enough not to finish the salad. My fish tacos, although highly recommended by the waiter barely had anything in them and were more tortilla than anything. The kitchen left the cheese off but our waiter brought me some. But hey, the sweet potato fries were good and even hot, since they came out after all the rest of the food. My husband's pizza was terrible. It wasn't even cooked all the way, it was VERY doughy and cold. Perhaps it's all better if it's just a table for two, but it was bad enough we won't go back to find out.

45 usd Over brunt crispy chicken schnitzel crispy ( it was rock solid) The Cesar salad bread cubes were rock solid too that it could break your teeth. The only good thing was the pretzel ( the white sauce tasted good the other one.... Plz avoid it!) See the pictures and judge for yourself!

Awesome craft beer! Try a flight to enjoy more flavors. The Helles style was on point. The fish & chips are the Best I have ever had, trust me that's saying alot. The Bruschetta was the ultimate in flavor.

My wife and I had an enjoyable time here. She was hoping to get Poke, but they were out of all the ingredients. We were able to find something else to order, and it was also delicious. Our server did a great job checking in on us to make sure everything was great. I'd definitely recommend coming here again.

It was decent. Their pizza was good and so was the beer, but I felt like they needed more selections. Service was good too though.

Staff were extremely nice. Burgers may not be the best choice, but the fish and chips were the best I've had. The garlic fries were amazing and calamari was great too. Thank you so much for the great hospitality and awesome food!!!

Bad cooks, slow service, ruined our night out. Our Bavarian pretzel was so overcooked that I could have chipped a tooth. I ordered my steak medium rare, and it was well done. The wagu pizza had zero flavor. The house craft beer was good, but the mixed drinks were weak. I will never eat here again.

It's a great location on the corner of fourth Street Live. The veggie burger is pretty good, and I've tried them all, fries could've used more seasoning but they were cooked well. Our server and food runners could've done a better job of clearing empty plates, I am a bar supervisor, so I'm giving a little latitude. I ended up putting empty plates on the open table behind me. THEN they disappeared. It was a Sunday mid day, so I just think they could've been a little more present. Would I go back? Sure, but probably try someplace else instead.

Was here 7 years ago and it was a upper scale dinning experience with unique chef inspired dishes. SO DISAPPOINTING. Menu is nothing special, service was slow and waitress smelled like pot halfway through the meal. No wonder service was so slow.. Food was subpar. Seafood cobb salad had little lettuce. Shrimp and crab was cold. My husbands fish tacos were not good. No love felt anywhere. Very disappointed to see how this place has gone down hill.

Stopped in here to try the pretzels. We enjoyed the pretzel and fondue cheese dip. The mustard dip was too strong for us. I also ordered the Philly and loved it. We weren't impressed with their famous garlic fries. They were hard and greasy with little flavor. The sweet potato fries were the much better option. Prices were good for the area.

The place is conveniently located downtown and looks nice but that's about it. When placing our order the waitress told us not to order the wagyu meatballs because everyone who orders them sends them back, (which is a good heads up I guess). We went for dinner at around 7pm, but we were informed they couldn't make any hamburgers or sandwiches because they were out of bread. We ended up ordering appetizers instead, chicken strips were just okay, burrata was sad, the garlic fries were soft and swimming in oil. The Calamari was half onions and red pepper not much actual calamari. The aioli had a yellow skin formed on top of it so who knows how long it has been sitting out. They need to check oil temps before dropping the food because the fries and calamari were just drenched in oil. Would not eat again.

The tables I always get seated at have built-in drink spillers. Every time, a few people spill their drinks. The servers are nice and generally attentive, but they consistently fail to bring orders or bring duplicates... I think it's a system problem more than a people problem. Food, well I've had good food and not good food. I recall liking the food once, and was not impressed the other times. Every time my boss tries to schedule food here, I talk him out of it. This is a good place to gather a party, have a drink or two, and go somewhere else for the main. It's easy to find, but after thirty minutes or so it's time to move on.

Had the Philly Beef Steak w/a side of broccoli. Oh yum!!! It was a small sandwich, but very good. Our server was delightful. The prep was a bit slow considering they were not busy. The atmosphere was dark, & too warm. The waitress said they're told corporate won't let them turn it down any. 😶 Too bad.

Food tasted good. Beer was great! I had the Märzen and the Schnitzel. The Schnitzel could have been a little bit thicker/bigger though. The sauce and the mashed potatoes were great!

Went for a late lunch on a Friday and they were first out of pizza dough. Got a burger and garlic fries instead, which were good. Then we asked for a brownie dessert to learn they were out of brownies. Then our bill came and we asked about our drinks not being discounted for happy hour which the sign on each table said was 2-6 Mon-Fri and our waitress explained they don't have happy hour on Friday's and that since they're corporate they can't change or remove the signs. Most disappointing experience I've had in awhile.

Was expecting a standard pub/brewery but got a very nice sit down restaurant. This place is way nicer inside than we expected. Quaint little booths with lamp lighting. The layout is very well done with multiple levels. A great spot for a date night. The food was great too! Came on Friday during lent and got the salmon and also the fish tacos. The salmon was probably some of the tastiest fish I'm ever tried. Seasoned to perfection. And the fish tacos were done well also. Will definitely be coming back. Try the Bavarian Pretzel as an app. It's giant and perfect for two people.

It was nice restaurant but nothing really stood out about this place. Almost stamped out like a cookie cutter designed sportsbar. Their food was average. The server was helpful but a bit slow. The restaurant was not full for a Friday night; maybe they were understaffed for slow service. Being a Craft Brewery, I found their selection a bit underwhelming. It is located in Louisville. I was surprised they did not have any beer Bourbon Barreled, although they did have an Absinthe barreled brew. Confussing.

We ate where for dinner while visiting the Louisville area. Our server was really nice and friendly. The food there was also really good. We had the Housemade Bavarian Pretzel for an appetizer and you could tell it was made fresh. I got the Marzen BBQ Bacon Burger with a side of garlic fries. Delicious! I also tried the Golden Export and Hefeweizen beers and both were tasty and refreshing! Pricing is a little on the expensive side, but was worth a nice meal and good service.

We had about an hour wait before we were seated. We ordered our food and waited another hour for it to come. I got the salmon and jasmine rice, and the salmon came out completely raw. I asked out server if they could cook it more and she seemed very annoyed. She came back out and said that they would cook me another one. The next one came out raw again, but I didn't even bother telling her. By the time the tickets came, there was a coke on my receipt when I only drank water the whole night. I told her that, and she acted like it was a huge deal to take it off of my ticket and print me a new one. I ended up telling her to leave the coke on there since apparently it was a "big deal" to change it. In the end, I will not be coming back to this restaurant. The food was not very good, and it was a waste of money and time.

Great little atmosphere I like the kitchen being open you can watch them make it. We came in just for dessert the group some like their in crafted beers and they were very good they said I had the brownie dessert and part of a cheesecake strawberry both taste delicious and was wonderful we'll have to try a dinner menu next time

I was just disappointed with the service and food. Not one order of food came out correct. All of the burgers came out well done when they were ordered medium and medium-well. The French fries were cold. NOTHING was seasoned. The raw garlic on the cold fries powered the fries. Food was forgotten, then when the service was reminded, it still took a long time to come out. We were told they didn’t have chefs only line cooks and I’m not sure if they were having a bad day or not, but the food should’ve have been sent out in the state that it came out in.
