    I think I must have visited at a bad time. The restaurant was filthy, food counter horrific and trash cans running over with trash. Customer service was horrendous. However the food was amazing. I don’t think the picture explain the cleanness of this facility. Certainly the worst I’ve seen in all Qdoba Facilities I’ve eaten in.

    This is my second time ordering online from Qdoba and having a terrible experience. Once again we ordered two burritos, one for me and one for my baby mama. I ordered the surf and turf meat option and there was no steak in my burrito at all and there were literally 1 and a half pieces of shrimp in it. They also didn't include sour cream, fajita vegetables, salsa or queso on it at all. Literally nothing that I ordered was on it. It was basically a giant chunk of guacamole in one spot, and the rest was rice and beans. Plus the one and a half pieces of shrimp that were in the burrito. My baby mamas order was messed up as well. It seems like no matter what you order online from no matter what location they can never get the order correct. That really stinks because I drove the additional 18 minutes to go to this Qdoba specifically since I already had a bad experience from the one by my house recently! The only good thing about this order were the two tootsie roll pops that were included inside of our bags with a sticker that more or less was begging for a good review on Google. Look at it this way, I would have no problem leaving a good review if you actually took the time to get my order correct. Please do better.

    Apparently it's not okay to order a kids meal here when you don't have kids with you. I paid $14 for my 2 year old daughter's meal. My company used to eat here all the time but after how my last visit was handled we're not. They change the way they do things depending on who is there and if they like you or not I guess? Very unprofessional.

    This was the best QDOBA. My family and I had AMAZING service as soon as we walked in. They went above and beyond! The food was fresh. They didnt have the taco shell, so the gal went back and made me one personally. They were not skimpy on the food. You got your money's worth. I would drive out of my way to come back to this location. You just dont get service like this anymore. Give them a try. Thank you

    We normally pick up or eat at the downtown location. 4th Street. No issues. Friendly staff, good food.. however if it's delivered it always comes from the Bardstown location. And every time we get it delivered there's an issue. Not what was ordered, busted burritos, over cooked or old rice. If I want Qdoba, I'll just pick it up. Will not be ordering delivery or going to the Bardstown road location. Which is closer to my home.

    Arrived at 7:50 pm, no other customers in the store and no one behind the counter to serve. Waited about 8 minutes, and person came out to say it would be a few more minutes. Waited a few minutes with no one to serve. I left and went elsewhere for dinner. My recommendation is to avoid Qudoba in the Highlands Louisville and avoid the bad experience.

    I swear this location is the sketchiest I've ever been to. I love Qdoba but I will never go to this location again. I wouldn't trust these people to handle your food. One of the girls openly admitted that she's ghetto and got suspended and sent to this location. There are several other reasons why I will not be attending this location again.

    So so bad. I've accidentally gotten delivery from this location multiple times and every time it's not only not what I ordered but very very bad quality. Today I got tortilla soup and only received a bowl of toppings lol. Both the fajita veggies and the cilantro were rotten 😩 I hate leaving bad reviews it's embarrassing but I feel like I need to steer people away from this location...

    Well I was really excited that their Tortilla Soup was back but unfortunately this was the “soup” that was delivered. Bowl of dry rice and beans.

    0/10 , old/hard rice chipped my tooth when I took my first bite. When I called to complain they hung up, and wouldn’t anwser the phone. The manager was busy “smoking” 🤮Never returning. RUDE employees! Go to ANY Qudoba except this one.

    I love Qdoba, and I'm always full every time I go and enjoy the flavors. But this location has an extremely greedy owner who purposefully understaffs their restaurant and continues running out of ingredients. The last three times I've gone there's been just one person on the line and one person cooking, and the lone cashier/cook has pile of grubhub/doordash/ubereats orders to prepare and I've had to stand at the line for 10-15 minutes before I can get served. I don't blame the workers, they're scrambling as fast as they can and doing their best, I blame the inexplicably greedy franchise owner whose refusal to keep enough people employed to keep up with demand is literally costing customers, because I'm never going back to this location. The greedy owner should be ashamed.

    Do NOT order mobile/online from this location. My bowl had NO PROTEIN (I ordered chicken) and no sauce (I ordered salsa and pico), so it was literally just a bowl of rice, beans, and lettuce. So gross. Still waiting to hear back from Customer Support.

    The 2 young ladies were really friendly, super polite and talkative. They were running low on chicken so they made some fresh for our burritos, thank you for that! We also ordered chips and queso for our daughters and the queso was soooo fresh. Working fast food can be frustrating at times for many reasons and we just really appreciated the kind sincere attitudes of the two young ladies working. I don't know their names but we were here Saturday, April 22nd, so for the purpose of management please make sure to appreciate these 2 employees. Thanks again!

    On my last visit the flavor just didn't hit the mark. The white rice, black beans and ground beef were bland. The portion size was great though.

    This place was so disgusting. The place was a mess and the staff were even worse. The girl making my food was texting with her gloves on making my food, and the guy was making himself his own food eating by the counter. Also, the veggies on my taco were completely raw and cold. Overall worst qdoba I’ve ever been to in my life.

    Closed nearly a half hour before close time listed. After finding parking in below freezing temperatures the doors are all locked with the open signs on. The employees look on glass eyed. Waste of time and nothing like it was 10 years ago. Current GM needs to be fired or find competent workers OR Qudoba needs to pay a living wage to stay open to hours listed.

    Worst Qdoba in Louisville. The workers are miserable and it shows. I was standing in line waiting for someone to take my order and the girl working kept bagging up her food line instead of stopping to take my order which wouldn’t of taken much time at all and she could’ve went back to her cleaning task afterwards. Food was great though! I loved the fresh chicken.

    It’s possible we came at a bad time or bad day. The white rice in the burrito we ordered was crunchy and very undercooked. Let the bar attendant know and requested something else in exchange. Customer service addressing the situation was poor. They made us something else but charged us for it. No explanation. No apology. No eye contact. It was a disappointing experience.

    This establishment is extremely gone downhill over the past years! They pretty much look closed and they run out of product an hour before they close and I'm still expected to pay the full price. They have their staff's children listening to TV shows next to the counter with no other ambiance going on while we all wait in line when there's maybe only two staff members working. These employees clearly do not have motivation or are just being there for the hourly paycheck. I am in the service business and there is no hustle and there is no sense of urgency or lack to even care.

    the worst qdoba, wait for more than 40 minutes for an online order. And I asked for my order like after 20 minutes of arriving at the place and the employees were too rude, the employee who was at the checkout looked like a zombie because of how drugged she was and the one who made the food said that the “manager” is not nothing more than a rude man, with no manners and no respect for anyone.

    FOUR different things I asked for they were out of. Happens almost every time. Worst Qdoba I've been to, sucks it's right next to my house. I worked at Qdoba and that would have never been acceptable at my location. Y'all are terrible.

    Stopped in for breakfast this morning. I was the only one in line and waited several minutes to be greeted and served. There was a person sitting at a table asleep with their vape in hand. Thought it was maybe someone from off the street, but it ended up being a Qdoba employee who was just sleeping. When I cleared my throat to try and get someone’s attention, a manager appeared from the back. She seemed to be more annoyed with me wanting to place my order than her employee.

    Hands down this used to be one of my favorite Qdoba's. However in the last year I noticed that it just is not the same. I work and live in the highlands so I frequent this particular restaurant often. Well I used to!!! My last three visits have been not the best this last visit I was highly disappointed as well as my three co-workers that I picked up orders for!! There was absolutely no flavor in my bow all I could taste was my black beans and cilantro which of course I got plenty of that. My chicken was Bland the queso which is usually flavorful was not at all. Also there were many items out of stock one being the chips that supposed to come with your three cheese nacho bowls. I do understand that everyone in the world is short-staffed but I have gave this restaurant three different times this year and each time my level of disappointment has risen. My other two co-workers were also disappointed unfortunately I cannot see myself wasting another $12 and being this unsatisfied!!

    Ordered online for pick up. Quoted ready by 639pm to 649 pm, picked up at 642pm and the two burrito bowls ICE cold. Both bowls missing items ordered and paid for. Queso and Chips ordered. Chips stale and chewy, queso old. Poor experience will never be back

    The first time I ate here was probably in 2003, when I was first stationed at Fort Knox - after basic training. It was the first time I experienced this type of dinning and the portions were huge and delicious. It would be quite some time until the other similar style of restaurant came into town. By that time it was about 15yrs later and I was out of the Army, and still compare them to my first experience of Qdoba, to which they never live up to.

    Me and the lady in front of me were completely ignored for 5 minutes until finally I asked if they were gonna help us. And then I noticed one guy drop a burrito he was making for a pickup order on the ground and then just pick it up and place it on the pickup rack like nothing happened. Worst visit i have ever had to a Qdoba. I just silently left in disgust without ordering anything. My recommendation would be to hire better friendlier staff.

    I went in to Qdoba yesterday and they informed me that they were out of a few things that I wanted (no biggie) and that they were very short staffed because a few employees didn't show up to work (again, no biggie). Despite these two things, the staff that did show up to work were in great spirits and were very kind to me even under their unfortunate circumstances. I got the employee's name that helped me in hopes that their boss would see this review and know how good of a job they are doing. Their name was Kenzie Howard, who went above and beyond to accommodate me.

    Why have hours online open til 11pm if that’s not the case? It literally says “confirmed by business 5 days ago,” yet when I went to pick up a delivery order tonight at 10:40, the lights were on, two employees were in there, but the doors were locked. They came out to tell me that they were closed, had been since 10, and had no orders, but that kinda sucks when I drove here from near Middletown to do this order and then get nothing. It costs me money and time. I don’t want to give a terrible star rating, but it’s annoying and throws a wrench in my work.

    Night shift likes stealing online orders and blaming it on the driver's. I ordered twice once from Uber then doordash back to back. Every Uber driver kept leaving so I called the restaurant they told me the first driver stole it. I found and messaged the first driver on fb she said they told her it was already taken when she got there. Then I ordered off doordash after my first order got canceled. They confirmed the order and made it but when the driver got there they locked the door in her face and told her they weren't making anymore orders yet mine was already made waiting to be picked up. Don't order from here late at night you won't get it..just ghetto

    This was my worst Qudoba experience in my life and I’ve been coming to this location for over a decade. The food was served to me ice cold (pretty sure a serious health code violation), the rice was just one big glob (so gross), the pico was just chopped up tomatoes and the guacamole was super bland. And it looked like the staff were trying to close up the restaurant and the food line and it was only 7:30pm (google says they don’t close till midnight), and the staff that paid any attention to me seemed annoyed that I’d even come in. Don’t worry, it’s the last time I’ll ever come back to this location and I’m probably done with Qudoba forever.

    "We are only taking online orders at this time." So you're open just with extra steps. Sounds like you're closed. Seems every time I want Qdoba this location isn't "Open" for one reason or another.

    Great staff, but the worst Qdoba (food) experience of my life. My burrito bowl tasted like the miserable remnants of my public school hot lunches. No flavor, dry, and tortilla chips that were greasier than my hair when it's not been washed for 5 days!

    I have always always loved Qdoba. I especially loved this location. Our last visit the food was obviously not fresh but I figured we all have bad days. I stopped by again tonight and it was worse than the time before. The chips were actually stale and some were soggy. Wet chips are just gross. The guacamole had absolutely no flavor. The last time the white rice was hard so my husband chose the brown rice. This rice was dry and hard. These burritos were half the size as they normally are, all the tortilla was actually folded into the burrito. Typically I can hardly come close to finishing them off. Unfortunately I couldn’t eat the burrito this even because the ingredients were not fresh and it was actually nasty. I will not ever step inside another Qdoba and I can’t imagine these stores will last much longer. The quality of the food has severely tanked.

    This girl in the front today. Her name tag was "selener" or something like that I think. She was very kind and wasn't bothered by all my questions. Great customer service from her and all around the best Qdoba experience I've ever had.
