Macaroni & Cheese Entree was very hearty and delicious. I read it was the best Mac and cheese in Louisvillle so I had to try. Definitely very filling, cheesy and yummy. I had with onion strings. I love their sweet potato fries !

The Manhattan Project was an awesome way to start off our last day in Louisville. The interior space was large and airy, with a really cool pass-through letting tons of light in. Food was definitely good, with the fried cheese curds particular delicious. In terms of drinks, the bloody mary was outstanding. Would definitely come back.

Want eclectic food with craft cocktails? This is the place. Our server Nick took great care of us, and the food was amazing. They have a wide assortment of exciting American-fusion dishes with unique craft cocktails and a relaxed atmosphere in the heart of the Frankfort avenue restaurant district across from Varanese Restaurant. Highly recommended. The fish tacos, burgers, salmon, crab cakes, calamari, and cocktails were all well worth the price. Give The Manhattan Project a chance and say hi to Nick for us.

Second time going here, PB&J burger is a must have, the Ahi Tuna tacos are amazing. Service was slow but appeared to be only one server working.

What a great place! The staff was very accommodating to our group and everyone was friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely amazing and delicious. What an eclectic menu for food and drink. Definitely worth visiting several times! The drink is called Old Smoky. The rest are: Cheese curds. Pickle fries. Prime rib and onion straws sandwich. Grilled cheese and tomorrow and blackberry jam. Veggie flatbread. Roasted tomato Mac and cheese.

Lunch for 1 on a Sunday afternoon. Server was friendly and attentive. Got the Clifton burger and upgraded to a side of mac & cheese. With several items on the menu centered on the mac & cheese I expected it to be exceptional. It was good but not amazing. The burger, however, was incredible! I would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be back!

Nice place for a beer and food while catching a game. Much larger than what it appears, and the back has several TVs, even some in the booths. Cheese curds were some of the best as the breading was super light and fresh. Only thing I didn’t like is the beer was served in plastic cups

Ordered a Caesar salad with blacken chicken. Almost no dressing. No cheese. Chicken is just grilled. Just overall bad.

Decent food in a neat building. The Cajun Risotto was delicious. It states it comes with sausage and shrimp, although it's only one bite of sausage. Still good food and nice in the summer with the windows open.

Everything here is awesome! Loved the ambiance, the food is delicious and our server Anna was one of the best! We went in a group and orders a lot of appetizers to share, which is definitely the way to go here. The apps are great! Nashville hot shrimp, onion rings, spicy Thai chicken bites, loaded fries and buffalo chicken wings were some we got! The wings were a clear winner with onion rings not too far behind.. They were as big as donuts!!! I could have skipped the chicken bites. All in all Delicious! I got the build your own Mac and cheese with crab cake! The Mac and cheese was on point, perfectly creamy sauce , good flavor.. but next time, I will go with the hot shrimp instead of the crab cake! The crab cake wasn’t bad.. just nothing out of the ordinary about it. But wait! The S’mores Sunday is a must get! Do not leave this place without trying it!

They have never disappointed me with their ambience, food and drinks. One of the best places to eat in Louisville. Good for holding gatherings for 100+ people. The patio space is ever so comfortable. Located in one of the best location of Louisville. The crowd is super awesome. Ps- I highly recommend this place for everyone.

Good vibe, great selection of drinks, particularly beers on tap. We loved the cheese curds. I had cauliflower wings and Mexican fries, both of which were just OK. Service was also fairly slow and relatively inattentive—but I discount that a bit as they had a very large other party while we were there.

My husband and I had wanted to try TMP for a while, and when they popped up on the Burger Week list, we knew it was the right time. The ambience was cozy with lots of cool details (I seriously want their table lamps). The service was extremely friendly and efficient, despite how full they were (Mary Kate, you rock!). We started with an Old Smokey and Piña Picante cocktails, which were both delicious (the Old Smokey was the winner though). Then we got the artichoke jalapeño dip. Normally we steer clear of dips because they’re so often middle of the road, but DANG. Absolutely gorgeous! Then we both got the Burger Week special and an order of Parmesan truffle fries. The fries were fresh cut, perfectly cooked, and seasoned to perfection, and the aioli they served with it was addicting. The burgers though… I have never eaten a more perfect burger in my life (and I used to live right by a Kumas in Illinois!!!). The pimento cheese was revelatory, and every element of the burger was perfectly conceived and executed. Please TMP, put that burger on the menu! I swear I’ll be back every two weeks to eat it again!!!!

A neighborhood gem! Growing up in Clifton area, the mix of old and new makes me nostalgic. The Manhattan Project is the perfect addition to this area. Very inviting from the street. No place like home! There is street parking and parking lot for free. It's easily located off Frankfort Avenue right on the corner. Masks optional with Covid vaccine changes. Patrons were socially distanced apart. Staff was very engaging and friendly. We were seated immediately in the bar area. Kaitlyn, on of the bartenders, came over immediately to greet us and go over the menu. She was very friendly and informative. She gave some great menu suggestions! She checked on us all night and gave right amount of space. She was wonderful! The food....was very good. We ordered the full Manhattan Project salad minus the blue cheese. It comes with mixed greens, red pepper slivers, black olives, red onions, and thin cuts salami with this delicious honey champagne vinegarette. The salad was simple but soo delicious and the dressing took it up a notch. Loved the dressing. We got a vegetarian flat bread minus the blue cheese. Notice not a blue cheese fan. Lol. It had nice chunks of veggies and left the Parmesan cheese. There were banana pepper rings on the board with the flat bread. We added those to our salad. Then the crab cake appetizer. The crab cakes were mostly crab and well seasoned. For the drinks, we ordered peach Mule and old fashioned. Both of the drinks were very balanced and well made. Really great drinks. Thanks Kaitlyn. Loved all the great food and drink suggestions. Definitely would come back when visiting again and encourage others. Great neighborhood welcomed feeling and overall vibe!

It's definitely a little pricey, fyi, but it's worth it. The food is excellent. Every single burger is delicious, the Reuben is excellent, featured on an amazing dark rye bread, and the chicken wrap & fish tacos are also top notch. They have a wing special, 5 for $5. The wings are tender, meaty, & big. We had Spicy Thai flavored wings, and they were sauced perfectly. Some places do not give you enough sauce, so this was fantastic. The service was impeccable. Everyone was so kind, polite, & professional. I had a special request to surprise my husband with a special dessert for our 20th Anniversary. They delivered flawlessly. My husband was so surprised! Thanks so much for a wonderful night out. We always come back, so, clearly, we love it!

First time coming here for my son’s birthday. The waitress was attentive. I specifically asked for my grilled chicken sandwich to be well done. It definitely was not, thick & rubbery on one half. I cook so I know undercooked chicken when I taste it. The bottom half of the bun was soggy due to the tomato/lettuce was on the bottom & very wet. Only was able to eat half of my sandwich. The fries were salty, soggy, lukewarm & tasted like they were from your local grocery store. I didn’t even eat half of my fries. The waitress offered to remake my food, but I refused due to we waited long enough. Everyone at our table food was not up to par either, but didn’t complain. The waitress took $2.90 off the $60 plus bill. Would I return absolutely not, but to each their own.

Hands down my favorite Sunday brunch spot. Love that we can get there bright and early and the staff knows what we want to do. DRINK! They have a second huge room full of tvs for football. Its a great place. Great people. Great food. Highly recommend it.

My boyfriend and I went here last night for a birthday/anniversary dinner and we had such a nice experience!! We couldn’t help but order their signature Mac n Chz with carnitas and it was literally to die for. We also got their pretzel sticks (amazing as well). I got the BBQ Carnitas flatbread, so freaking yummy. And my boyfriend got the Pimento Cheese Smashburger, he couldn’t stop taking bites out of his burger. 10/10 would come here again. And the service was awesome!!

What an amazing experience. I’ve never seen such an eclectic menu. We started with the blackened ahi tuna and some blue point oysters. Highly recommend the blackened ahi, the pineapple salsa that comes with it was the perfect pairing. I had the Clifton burger which was out of this world. My partner who is vegetarian had the Roasted Tomato Grilled Cheese, and it was so flavorful. Between the whipped Brie cheese and the roasted tomatoes it was pack full of savory flavor, but you have to try it with the blackberry jam that comes with it. The jam took it up another notch. Over all an amazing experience. And our server Laura was so fun and very attentive. I can’t wait to come back. Over all a full 10/10 experience.

Was not impressed until I walked in, and WOW! It hits you after you step inside the front door. The private room in the back is great for medium gatherings and the catering for those events are superb. Bathrooms are kept clean, parking can can be difficult. Overall great place to dine and party.

If you're considering going here, just do it. Their appetizers are fantastic, and we haven't had a main course we didn't equally enjoy. DO NOT overlook their cocktail menu! Some of the drinks may not appear to be amazing based off the ingredient list, but WOW do they work well in the end! One of my personal favorites!

My job needed a place to have our Christmas Dinner and this place more than fit the bill!! The closed in patio was just perfect!! The service was awesome and the food was great! Our little hostess served all 16 of us efficiently and graciously. This review is a little behind (:) because our party was December 2 but this will definitely be our go to! The wings, tacos, and loaded fries seemed to be everyone's favorite. Thanks again Manhattan Project! We will be back!!

Food was good, service was nice and the atmosphere was good for a casual dinner with a sports vibe in the rear. Nice cocktail and beer selection. Special everyday of week and brunch til 1 on Sundays. I recommend the PB&J burger and KY Collins to drink.
