The waitress is so helpful and nice. I ordered the Chilli, meatloaf and chicken fingers for my dog. The chicken fingers were good because my pup loved it. The fries had seasoning on it. The meatloaf was good but the other part was hard and dry. The Chilli was pretty thick and tasty. Baked beans was good, and string beans was spicy. Overall, the meal was good but not sure if I will come back.

We enjoyed drinks and dinner on FABD’s awesome patio. Excellent service, strong drinks and delicious BBQ! Bar prices are reasonable and servers are super friendly. Highly recommend for a fun night out.

Best bbq on our trip to Louisville! We had the Buffalo Wontons and Beer Cheese with pretzel bites appetizer. I had the smoked salmon (picture) and my husband had the ribs and brisket. Great flavor and just the right amount of smoke. Drinks were generous too!

This was just ok at best. For 35 bucks you get the sampler plate. No sides. The is a small sample of brisket, pulled pork and maybe a half rack of pork ribs. The ribs were dry and over cooked. At least they had some flavor. The pulled pork was flavorless. The brisket was the best meat they had. That isn't saying much. Their saving grace was the sauce. It was needed to add flavor. This wasn't the worst place I have eaten BBQ. However, I wouldn't come back. Especially with the prices that they are charging with out sides. At least they have a decent selection of beer.

The waitress was really nice and attentive, but the food was alright. The meat was tender, but plain tasting. The chicken tenders were good. The nachos would have been better if they were warm. The best things were the fried pickles and the green beans, which were warm, flavorful with a nice kick!

First and last time here. I should have read the reviews first. The wings were cooked in old grease and over cooked. I am upset I didn't just go to Momma's down the street. The baked beans and Cole slaw were good. Do not order the Mac n cheese. Chicken sandwich was dry and bland. My sweet Tea was store bought not house made. With lemon flavoring. The brisket my husband ordered and greens beans were good. Service was fine. We came at 2pm on a Tuesday with only a few tables of customers and food came out in a timely manner.

It was really just ok... Really cool location and awesome atmosphere. However when it came to the food I was just a little disappointed. Paid $12 for a brisket sandwhich with no sides. Nothing wrong with al la carte but could have been nice to have something extra. The brisket was tender and wasn't dry at all so thats a plus. Overall, the sanwhich didn't wow me but I wasn't left hating it. So take it for what its worth. Walking up you see this BIG smoker and it smells phenomenal. Looks like a cool rustic bbq place. Service was great too. This is just my review, however, so need to try it for yourself and see!

This place was unique and tasteful! After trying to figure out how to be seated, we found a place in the outdoor seating area. The waitress (Olivia) was very helpful when asking questions, considering have never been before, she was pleasant and honest which we appreciate very much when it comes to asking suggestions. Although very understaffed on the front of house side, the portions made up the difference! Huge portions of side items and I would highly recommend the Full rack of ribs and the fried apples! They were amazing! Ask for Olivia, she was great!

I love trying all the local restaurants. It's a cool little place to have a beer. The pulled pork was fire. Becky- the waitress done a good job with the food and kept our drinks coming. It's always good when you don't have to ask for a drink.

A pulled pork sandwich, fries and iced tea $16. Ok so don’t serve full on FAT. Disgusting. Literally over half the container for the meat was solid fat. Any chef/cook knows that does not get served. I bought this carry out. So I called, & returned for a replacement. Waste of time and now the fries are cold. FABD does not care about customer service. They must sell enough beer for their business. I’ll go elsewhere.

We love barbecue joints and always like to support them... Some are definitely better than others. That said all barbecue is edible... It's just that some do it better than others... This place had okay food the service was good but will definitely look to other places next time... You should still check them out and form your own opinion... I'm of the opinion we should support all barbecue restaurants...

Waited until I had a second visit to review. First visited last summer and again today. First visit was good. Today not so much. Atmosphere is fun Service was quick and efficient but servers were sullen bordering on rude, not just with me but with all. Maybe they're just over worked in these weird days. Got the brisket with onion rings and mac and cheese. Onion rings we're excellent. Brisket was okay. No standout flavor and more fat than I expected, and there is always some with brisket. The bun was dry, didn't eat it. The Mac and cheese was disappointing, dry and crusty, and the 4 oz size is very little for over 2.25. On the whole a sad follow up visit to a place I was looking forward to trying again.

Great service and great food! We had the pulled pork sandwiches, which were amazing with their home-made hot bbq sauce. We also enjoyed the green beans (almost had a little spiciness to them) and their potato salad was delicious. Will definitely be back when we’re in town!

We were in town on business. We looked for a BBQ place and it didn't disappoint! Good food, great service, and nice location!

We waited for 25 minutes, and the staff did not even wipe off the food scraps and water that was left on the table from the people before us. They checked on every table around us, and took the order of a table that arrived several minutes after us. The inside of the building was almost completely empty, only the tables outside were occupied. We ended up just leaving. Other peoples food smelled good.

$24 for this jerky. I was told they smoke their ribs. I’ve had smoked ribs before. This is burnt jerky. Their solution $10 gift card. No thanks

HORRIBLE! How did you guys get almost five stars? It must be inside reviews. Pulled chicken was tough and bland, Mac and cheese was Mac and sh&@t! Husband ribs was very bland totally no seasoning with his food or my food. We totally wasted our money. Horrible!!!!!

Great outside dining, covered from sun. Great, friendly service. We had the cheeseburger, fries, pulled pork sandwich, green beans, potato salad, half rack ribs, mac n cheese. Everything was sooo good. We also had the pretzels and beer cheese and that was super tasty. Pepsi products but they have brewed tea, sweet and unsweetened.

I enjoyed my chicken. Hubby's ribs didn't have much flavor. Potato salad was different, but okay. Mac n cheese was good. Hillbilly wontons were delicious. Staff not very attentive.
