Flora
Kitchenette
is
a
well
thought
out
very
casual
establishment,
well
off
the
beaten
path
(if
you’re
tourists
like
we
were
staying
downtown)
that
was
worth
the
Lyft
ride
out
to
get
breakfast
to
satisfy
our
vegetarian
and
gluten-free
leanings.
They
have
really
good
coffee!
It
was
strong,
just
the
way
I
liked
it,
and
it
paired
well
with
their
donuts.
I’d
been
on
a
bit
of
a
biscuit-kick
on
this
vacation
and
was
happy
to
continue
it
here
with
a
vegetarian
version
of
biscuits
and
peppered
gravy.
It
took
me
a
second
to
get
used
to
the
cream
base
where
the
nut
taste
was
fairly
present,
but
I
grew
to
like
it
a
lot.
I
also
had
a
vegan
“sausage”
patty
on
the
side
(nice
to
get
biscuits
and
“sausage”
gravy
as
a
vegetarian!)
which
tasted
good,
though
it
wasn’t
the
ideal
texture.
It
went
well
with
the
gravy.
My
wife
and
I
shared
a
gluten
free
matcha
donut
(non
gluten
free
version
also
available)
It
tasted
like
a
cake
donut
mostly
and
was
sweet.
My
wife
had
the
Apple
toast
with
Cashew
Cheese.
She
thought
the
sour
flavor
of
the
sauce
came
through
a
lot,
and
described
it
as
tasting
like
what
it
smells
like
at
a
beer
factory.
She
also
enjoyed
the
green
tea
she
got,
which
was
served
loose
(so
steep
to
your
heart’s
content).
They’ve
got
a
kid-friendly
table
set
to
with
toys
and
a
full-on
crib
in
bathroom
so
they’ve
put
some
thought
into
making
their
space
comfortable
and
accessible
to
families.
Well
done!
