    Omg, this hit the spot, the food was great. Great JOB kitchen crew. But my boyfriend is diabetic and he asked if he was able to substitute something else in place of the pancakes. He was told no, that was discouraging to say the least. If even offered to pay extra and the waitress seemed to busy to care. He went on and ordered the pancakes but took one bite because it was to sweet. They wasn't not to busy, the staff was talking and laughing with one another. But to busy to accommodate a customer with medical issues. Very discouraging...

    Absolutely disgusting. Cold scrambled eggs, cold fries, rubbery bacon, sat-on-the-burner-all-day coffee, hot turn-my-coffee-chunky creamer, stale toast, no marinara for the cheese sticks. One star for hashbrowns and Tyler loved his choc chip pancakes. SMH.

    This place is a joke, they advertise they are open 24 hours but you can not dine on or place an order togo…. You have to place an order online and wait for them to bring you food to you boxed up and cold.

    We were not greeted by the employee at the front when we came in. Lots of empty tables but having to wait to be seated means not enough staff. Great service once we were seated. The table was clean but an old coffee carafe was on the table. The syrup jug was sticky on the sides and bottom. Really enjoyed the new protein pancakes.

    The food was fine, the service was slow. The restaurant was dirty. Menus were sticky, there was food on the seat, and oh yea .. lots of ants. I first noticed an ant crawling in my coffee cup. It took us 10 minutes to find someone (our server was MIA) to bring me a new mug. The new mug was dirty and had obvious lipstick on it (see photos). 5 more minutes passed to get another replacement mug as I continued to flick more and more ants off the table. Ask yourself how well they clean that place of ants can survive and thrive? We wanted to walk out but knew the food was almost done and didn’t want to be wasteful. I’ll never go back.

    When we arrived there was no one at the front to seat us so we waited for a few minutes. Workers would pass by and not acknowledge us or even say they would find the person that could seat us. Finally one of the cooks took pity on us and got us a table. This place could use some cleaning after all it is a restaurant, not a mechanic shop. The glass windows were disgusting and the whole atmosphere was just not appealing. The food took longer than I expected but it was good and the waitress was attentive. The hot chocolate tasted like a great value back you could buy from the store and make yourself. It had a very artificial and chalky taste to it and I was disappointed but as far as meal service that was the only downside.

    We waited for a table for about an hour and half and when I finally spoke to a manager he said it would be another hour or two because now they were down to one chef. During our wait one waitress exploded for everyone to hear about how terrible the tables she had have been. Then to the people waiting to be seated faces waves her hands and says she isn't dealing with "this" anymore. They should have told everyone the wait time at least but kept saying just going to a little longer. That little turned into hour and half. Screw it do better driving to another town and getting food than here.

    This place is the silver lining in the dying city of Richmond. Waffle House can’t figure out their menu after decades of consistent greatness…. IHOP may not be as available or convenient but they always give me that satisfaction feeling that comes with being happily full. Customer interaction is pretty good here. Good environment. Like it.

    The food was good but the waiter didn’t say one word she just stared at us when we she thought we was ready to order the employees sat in the back and talked they didn’t even clean the tables off the plates and cups was still sitting there when we left

    Fast service despite it being a busy Saturday morning! Had the chicken and pancakes, pancakes were top tier but the chicken was just fine. Still definitely worth the price. Would come again!

    I stopped eating at the restaurant because the service was limited and slow. This order was placed online and ready when I arrived. I look forward to the day that I can go back inside for a hot meal.

    They are not open 24/7 and I learned that after having to wait when I entered before time to open. The food was great and the service was amazing. I sadly cannot remember my waitress' name, but she was fun and genuinely kind.

    There was only one server while we were there, so she was taking care of all of the tables. She did a great job under the circumstances, but I feel management should have done a better job of staffing on a Friday night.

    Literally the worst restaurant I've ever been to. We were there an hour and a half before we even got our drinks and 2 hours before getting our food. I couldn't find an employee to get us a high chair so I had to find it myself. It was filthy so I had to find the sanitizer and rag and wipe it down myself too. The food was not good at all. Overall a horrible experience.

    We had another great experience..Just let me be honest excellent experience at IHOP at hurstbourne lane. From being seated immediately to our server cheryl to our fresh hot meal.. We met the manager Jay. He made our day as well.. If your looking for excellent service and food please stop in at IHOP.. Tell them Barbara Ann sent you.

    There are a handful of Ihops around Louisville and yet I will consistently come to this one despite being roughly 25 minutes away. The staff are friendly and I rarely ever have to wait long for the food to arrive. If you've ever been to an IHOP then you know what to expect there. That said, every waitress I've had has always made it a good experience. Humor mixed with generally good service.

    Honestly they got us in about 50% faster than they promised us. Omelettes were delicious, that grill cook is the real deal and deserves a raise. Highly recommend, would eat here again.

    I haven't been to IHOP in years. My 10yo step son heard about IHOP somehow and decided it sounded like a good place to try. He loved it! He had bacon, eggs, and pancakes with whipped cream on top. I had a delicious patty melt with pepper jack cheese. My lovely wife enjoyed a breakfast with bacon, sausage links, ham, eggs, and pancakes. Our server was excellent! We had a great experience and my step son is excited to back to IHOP soon!

    I went in to try the blueberry pancake stack experience, and it was wonderful! Restaurant was kind of empty at the time during the day that I went but that was okay. Waitress was friendly. Location is right off the highway and easy to get to. The cost wasn't that much at all. I will be dropping in to have waffles next time.

    GOOD: Food was decent good on my visit. Dining area was clean with attractive design. BAD: Slow service—empty drinks, no follow up. Congested area—not easy getting in or out of parking lot. OVERALL: There is decent food elsewhere that comes with a better dining experience.

    I had a ham and cheese omelette. I think they was supposed to use shredded cheese when covering the omelette but I guess they ran out of cheese. It was still good. There was probably more cheese on the outside of the Omelette than the inside of the omelette so the whole omelet could have used more cheese. The ham was adequate.

    Amazing catering experience here with Michelle the manager. She got my order in within 9 hours of me needing it and it was all fresh and AMAZING! Her and her boyfriend/husband? Are some of the kindest people I have ever met. It was such a pleasure and touched my heart with how kind Michelle and her husband were to me. You can tell they work so hard and deserve raises!! I will be ordering here much more often due to this experience. IHOP should be thankful to have such great hardworking people working for them. Thank you Michelle

    They only had 1 waitress when we first got there. Very sweet lady. Ordered and didn't have to wait very long. The guy sitting people was helping out the best he could to help the waitress out. He was her nice as well

    I haven't been here in years, mainly because I don't live close. We decided to get delivery tonight and landed on IHOP. It was delicious! We had 2 of the French toast combos (regular and blueberry) and a kids confetti pancake meal. The eggs were fluffy, the hashbrowns were browned perfectly, the sausage links were awesome, the French toast was perfect and not overcooked, and my blueberries were so fresh and sweet. On top of the great food I was amazed with the packaging. I worked in 4 and 5 star restaurants for 17 years and I've never seen packaging that good and clever. NOTHING was happening to that food 😅.

    This was our first time at IHOP and we cannot be more pleased. The food was wonderful and very filling! The staff were very polite and professional. We ordered a big breakfast and everyone was happy!

    Stood there for over an hour waiting to pick up food. They are a joke if they would stop looking at their phones long enough to do their jobs then maybe the wait wouldn't be so ridiculous. Not to mention they were all rude and acted like they could care less about customer service. Finally got food and of course it was as cold as could be who knows how long it sat in the back waiting for someone to remember to do their job. I recommend waffle house or Dennys. Hands down.

    First of all there is some confusion for me that this store is actually 24 hrs. All of their advertisements say so, but I believe they open at 6 am. I've tried placing orders online after midnight with no luck. The in dining may be open later, but it's always been closed when I show up to pick up my order around 6 am. That may be cleaning time or something, I'm not sure. Anyway, I work third shift and from time to time I order "breakfast' for my team. The online ordering starts at 0600. The pick up time is usually around 0630. I'm pretty impressed by this. I'm placing an order for 8-10 people and ordering a variety of things off the menu. From steak dinners to omelettes and pancakes. The fact that they can crank out such a variety of dishes so early in the morning is really impressive to me. Ordering is easy, especially for a large group. You can opt into text messages about your order. A negative is that when you go to pick it up, you can stand in the lobby for a very long time without notice. Everyone is in the kitchen that does not have visibility to the lobby. An alert on the door or a service bell may come in handy here. At least to acknowledge you are there. They generally are pretty accurate with the orders. I think once something was missing, but everything is usually there and I trust that it is. I have no time to go through and check everything. A pretty good record for the amount of food I order. My team seems to enjoy the food with no complaints. They include all of the condiments and syrups that you need along with plastic utensils. So I'm pretty pleased with this store and will continue to use them for my occasional team meals.

    Staff and food were good. Service good considering the crowd. There were ants coming from the window onto our table and crawling on my husband. I discretely brought to managers attention as not to cause a scene. They just said it was common and wiped off the table with a dirty rag only for them to continue to come back and crawl on him again. I contacted ihop directly and sent photos and video I took only to never hear back from them. Not only was it disgusting, they have lost my respect for them as a customer at any location anymore and as a chain as a whole. I can’t add the video only the photos. The black specs are the ants.

    Waited a few minutes to be seated. No staff at the counter or in the dining room. Was eventually seated at a table that hadn’t been cleaned, with a menu caked in powdered sugar and syrup. I walked out a few minutes later before anyone returned to take my drink order.

    Our server was friendly and prompt with drink refills. I had the Swedish crepes which were really good. My husband had an omelet which he said was good but not great. I tasted it and thought it was very good. We were told the wait would be about 15 minutes and were seated within that time. I would go to this location again.

    I’m so disappointed. I waited 5 minutes while the 3 employees stood around chit-chatting. All of which looked at me and just continued talking amongst themselves. Once done, I was sent to a table and told someone would be right there to help me. After 10 min, i stood up and made eye contact with another server, who said ‘did he ever get to you?’ I said ‘no’. She went into the kitchen then returned and said he would be coming in a minute. After that, he seated two other parties that entered the restaurant after me & took their orders while I continued to wait. When I saw him again, he was coming back from the kitchen with the food for the tables he seated after me. The other server continued to walk past me, wiping down tables while I continued to sit. After about 15 min, I got up and went to the ‘wait to be seated’ area again and when he walked up, I asked if anyone was going to take my order. He responded angrily, walked by me and seated another party that had just walked in behind me. I don’t know why he didn’t want to serve me. Did he think I wasn’t worth the time, assuming my tip wouldn’t be a lot, since I was just a party of one? I spent about 40 minutes there and didn’t even get so much as a water. I left and will never return.

    Hostess was not friendly, at being. I noticed there was already two menu's on table. Where someone got up a left. After my grandson and I orders. My grandson noticed a ant crawling on my arm. Actually there was 4 more on the table. We killed them. Got one on his seat. I told the waitress, who was a great server, pregnant and working hard. She said if you see any more. We will move you. As I looked down on the floor completely filthy. Not like a baby's high chair was there the whole floor was filthy all over the restaurant. The food was great As we were leaving I stopped that hosting to let her know they need to sweep under that booth before seating again .Looked underneath the booth and keep walking. No apology whatsoever

    Food was so-so. Waitress was in a hurry and rushed our request for our order. She did not take my correct drink order and when I told her, that I wanted " lemonade ice tea" she brought me a glass of lemonade to go with my glass of iced tea !?????? When she brought our order she just slammed it on the table, not asking who got what. Her attitude was not pleasing at all. Not anyone I would want representing MY eating establishment! My husband gave her a tip, but I admit, I would not have given her anything! Go there and hope you don't get "Crabby Patty" as your waitress.

    I usually love the food at IHOP, but I usually go for breakfast about 11:00 a.m. or so. The breakfast food is usually really good. But, since IHOP is open 24 hours my son and I were up really late into the early morning, and decided to go to IHOP. There wasn't a whole lot of people in the restaurant, so we were seated right away. Our waitress was very pleasant and nice. She took our drink order, and brought them to us pretty quickly. We then ordered our food. My son ordered chicken tenders fries and coffee. I ordered sliced turkey breast with turkey gravy and it came with two sides. I asked for mashed potatoes and she told me they were out. So, I ordered the broccoli and a side salad. When we received our food the plates were ice cold, which made our food not very hot. My turkey looked like scraps that should have been thrown away. There was no gravy on the turkey and very little broccoli. I had to remind her that I ordered a side salad. I asked her about the turkey gravy and she told me they were out. I did try a piece of the thin dry turkey and it was not good at all. I told the waitress if I knew there was no turkey gravy I would not have ordered this. She told me I could purchase another meal. I asked her if I could see a manager because the turkey was not good to eat. I explained everything to the manager, and he did bring me a menu to choose another meal. The salad was okay and the broccoli was good if it was a little warmer. My son's chicken tenders were cooked okay, but the choice of meat was horrible. It had all kind of fat and gristle inside of the tenders. The fries did come out hot, but because of the cold plates they were cold very quickly. His first cup of coffee was barely warm and tasted like it had been sitting a while. She brought him another cup of coffee and again barely warm, but it tasted a little better. I ended up ordering Salisbury steak with mushrooms and onions. The Salisbury steak was just a hamburger patty, but the gravy was really good. I'm not a big fan of mushrooms, so they were okay. But some of the onions tasted kind of sour and not very good. There was a table of four young people sitting behind us. I could hear one of the girls complaining about her food. I heard her tell the waitress that she works in a restaurant and this is very unsatisfactory. I did not have to pay for the turkey, and the manager was very good about exchanging the meal. I will return to IHOP for breakfast, but I will not choose their lunch or dinner meals.

    IHOP is always good and the food quality excellent. The server was so great personable and professional. I had my usual and it did not disappoint. Pancakes as always perfect.Kitchen was a little slow but the server made sure the drinks were full.

    Our meals were thrown in the to-go boxes. My Belgian waffle was laying on top of my eggs and bacon. And the container was too small for it so it was rolled up on sides. Due to the steam in the to-go box my waffle was soggy. I realize this is to go and there is ging to be some taste and flavor loss, but my waffle was as soft as a pancake.

    This place is something else, everytime i come it’s dirty, the tables will have residue on it, they are always so slow; there is always a wait no matter what there could be two tables being used , you better know there’s will be at least a 20 minute wait. The workers are very rude and choppy. The hostess was absolutely rude I understand being understaffed, but the attitude and behavior from employees is unacceptable.

    Very very busy place. Waitress was friendly, my sister in laws ordered the breakfast bowl. I ordered the breakfast burrito with sausage. It took over 30 minutes to get our food. Waitress disappeared for over 20 minutes. Had to constantly remind her to fill our beverages. My in laws food came out correct, mine came out late and with bacon in burrito and specifically ordered sausage. I do not eat bacon. So took another 15 minutes. It was okay, will not order it again.

    Table was dirty and I had to wash it myself instead of being offered a new table or the waitress cleaning it. I should have left then. Waitress argued with me about how I wanted my food. The eggs ended up crispy overcooked while the bacon was wet and slimy undercooked. Took 28 minutes AFTER we finished eating for the waitress to bring the check. While at the register she pretended it wasn't working and took card away somewhere else to cash me out. As I waited at the main register the cook came out of the kitchen with his gloves on. He went in the toilets with those gloves on. He then went back into the kitchen with those gloves still on! When the waitress finally reappeared with my check she kept trying to take the pen from me to write her tip. When I wouldn't let her she decided to stand over me as I signed so I tore the receipt through and the tip got way smaller. Do NOT recommend eating here but I do recommend watching your card statements.

    Hello family and friends.. Me and my Husband are in town for the many activities going on here in Louisville..after a long day of partying ain't nothing better than a good meal before you hit the bed@3:40am. They provide us with good customer service and fresh hot food. Although I didn't have any taste bugs because of the Alcohol, I ate it and it was good. I want some more bacon right now! I'm at the hotel wishing I was waking up to another 222 Meal.. the 222 meal is 2 bacon 2 eggs and 2 pancakes.. damn it was good.

    Came here 12:51 AM it's closed, lights on but no one here. *Edit: Someone reached out to me today and clarified they are open 24/5 and they have repeatedly submitted the request for change of hours. I appreciate the call back and will try again later.

    Our server was awesome. The food on the other hand... not as great. We found a hair baked into my daughter's pancake. Needless to say I was nervous about eating my food. They replaced it and the server said he would tell the cook to put on a hairnet so it wouldn't happen again... our table was not clean either. I wish there were more Ihops around because I do not think I will return to this one.

    The service here was excellent and everyone was very personable. Our server was Haylee and we thought she was super sweet and very attentive. However, we were not impressed with the food and will not be back. Also, the women's restroom smelled like a cow pile with a toilet that was the height of a kindergarten toilet, and the men's restroom smelled like straight urine. We also didn't like there was an entire restaurant of open seats and they were seating almost everyone directly next to each other in one section.

    Came in at 10pm alone maybe 8 people in the dinning room sitting and being waited on. I come in and say I want to be seated I was asked how many said just me, was told the dinning room is closed til 6am that I would have to do a Togo order. While waiting a party of 6 comes in and they got seated no problem. Waitress was incredibly rude.
