Ordered two ‘well done’ burgers and both were raw on the inside. I informed the check out worker and she said “I’m sorry.” No offer to cook them more or replace them. A 32.00 bill for three burgers and cold fries! Never again!!!

My son in law took me there today for the first time, but had not mentioned it before. I highly recommend the 1/3 # burger where you can order it it cooked to your preference. They make their own buns and the toppings bar has a large selection. For $9.99 the burger with large crisp fries and a drink was very well worth it. The burger was very tasty and the inside was very nice and clean. It will be a stop for me on all future visits.

Outstanding burgers, tuna, fish, fries, vegetables and an enormous fixings bar with just about every condiment you could want. They have been here for many years, and with good reason. Chicken tenders were OK although nothing to write home about but the burgers are phenomenal and the fresh housemaid buns put it over the top! Check it out!

Best burger in the Big L in Northern Kentucky! Juicy. Also tried the hot chicken tender sandwich. Good and spicy but not overwhelming. Music volume was just enough to have good conversation.

The food was very good. I got the fish sandwich and the fish coud have made 2 sandwich. Fresh, crispy and delicious. I recommend this Restaurant. I was traveling so I am not a local.

Food was amazing and cookies are a must get!! Employee at check out was not very friendly and rushed you even though we where only ones ordering. Employees cleaning where kind and doing a great job keeping place looking good and clean. Bakery employee was kind and very helpful! We will be back just hope next time we won't feel rushed to order why looking over menu!

My wife loves this place, but I have to assume it's just nostalgia to her childhood. The burgers are fine, nothing special. Certainly better than fast food, but not as good as most sit down places. Its nice to add your own condiments, but ultimately that's about all. The fresh baked buns may be better than the burgers in overall quality.

Although the service and atmosphere was great, we could not say the same for the food. We've never had onion rings so dag on HARD. My other half doesn't have the mouth to bite down on something so hard, and I was afraid I was going to break a tooth. The whiting fish was cooked a little on the hard side, and the chili on my hot dog was cold.

We went in the restaurant at 7:50PM…. Young lady took our order without issue and we said dine-in. After the food is plated the employee in the photos told another employee that “they needed bag the stuff up to go”. The employee in the attached photo then told us that they close at eight and we had to take it to go Because she was “trying to get the hell out of there”. I completely understand that we came in close to closing however I cannot imagine a worse experience. According to the cashier the lady in the attached photo is “one of the managers”. Also… Ordered the kids their chicken sandwich instead of providing the regular chicken (smiley ones) They threw a couple of tenders on a bun, I assume because they don’t want to cook anything else. I’ve been coming to this restaurant for multiple years and I will not be back, ever!

Ate here with my WW cousins… lol jk we’re not related. The inside was pretty. I enjoyed the way I felt here. The food had a nice taste! I enjoyed its taste. When you’re here your cousin, it’s like your family! Thank you.

Delicious. Fresh baked everything. Cookies to pies, and even their buns. Even if you're not getting a burger, get the bread with a bowl of chili. With a drink it was about $5 and it was delicious. Their buns are light and fluffy buttered and toasted up nice. Can't go wrong with anything you pick on their menu.

Never coming back this place is a scam, food taste like trash and it’s hardly anything. Hope you guys are happy you lost a good customer lol

first time eating at WW Cousins, great food and fast service, the fixins' bar was so cool...you get the meat/cheese on the bun and you get to pick the rest, will definitely be returning

I took my girlfriend out on a weekend trip to Louisville and found this place riding around. I won’t lie, I didn’t have high expectations (I’ve never heard of the place) but when I left, we both agreed we will be coming here every time we visit. Food was great! Loved the fact that I could build my own burger the way I wanted it (think of a buffet but with veggies/condiments so you can choose for yourself what you want on your burger). The atmosphere was professional but fun at the same time. The staff was very welcoming as soon as you walk in. Great location (I hate traffic). Unfortunately, they’ll be seeing me a lot more!

Super good burgers for a good price. If you love toppings as well as I do this is the place. Its looks like a salad bar but it is actually almost any topping for a burger you could think of. Kids eat free on Mondays AND Tuesdays!

This had always been one of our favorite places to eat lunch. My husband got a burger combo with green beans, I got a spicy grilled chicken sandwich combo. First off the buns on both sandwiches were dry and stale. Not the fresh, soft sandwich buns that were always served before. Not off to a good start. Green beans and fries were fair. The overall cleanliness was below average. The bathroom appeared to not have been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. The trash cans that are used when you’re done eating also needed a thorough cleaning. Dried food residue that had not just happened since that morning, but again had been there for some time. Sad to say this will probably be our last visit. Very disappointed in our overall experience for lunch today.

Love this place. Food is great, and the condiment bar is amazing. Try the pepper relish at the end! It's an employee-owned business, which is kind of cool. (Their service is usually pretty good, but on the day of the review, the cashier was rather "grumpy.")

I have been coming to this location since it opened in the early 80’s. It was definitely a favorite place for me, I must have eaten well over a hundred burgers here. Not in the area as often now, but I had an appointment nearby and decided to stop in and have a burger and fries. I was not disappointed, it was so flavorful, perfectly cooked, hot, juicy and topped by their amazing toasted buns. I am a burger lover, always seeking the best ones to try, in town & when travelling, but truly, this one was the BEST burger I have had in years, could be little nostalgia going on, too, but it really was a fantastic and mighty tasty burger, love their steak fries, too. Next time I am craving a burger, I will be come back and bring friends & family with me. The staff was friendly and helpful, the place was clean and tidy, condiments looked fresh. Highly recommend stopping in for a tasty fresh hamburger.

First time going here. Overall it was pretty good! If you are in the mood for a good burger and quick service this is definitely the place to go! Very juicy and large burgers! And you get to add your own toppings from the bar that's set up!

Best chicken sandwich in town. Love the condiment bar where I can load up on fresh shredded lettuce, onions, yummy sweet pickles and jalapeños. The fish and burgers look good too. I’ll try them later but right now I’m in love with the chicken finger sandwich. Polite and friendly staff. In my top 4 favorite quick food restaurants.

I've been here a couple of times when visiting Louisville. Great food and fixings bar. If you don't want a big burger, such as their one pounder, you can get a half or third pound one. The also have cl stripes and fish sandwiches, whitefish and salmon. Chicken sandwiches too! Excellent onion rings if you prefer, but fried are good too!

Great burger and fries that won't break the bank. I don't recommend any of the cookies. Every since they moved the point of sale for these items the cookies have been dry and simply don't taste fresh. I suspect it's because of improper storage. I hope the owners see this and do something to correct the situation.

Good burger! Mediocre atmosphere. I enjoyed the well cooked burger and being able to build my own with a vast selection of toppings. But the inside felt like it should be on a Food Network show about renovating the look and giving a fresh new face.

Hadn't been here for several years but a recent visit was a pleasant surprise. The food was as good as I remembered. Great burgers and a bar that allows you to dress yours exactly the way you like it. All sorts of condiments, pickles, hot & sweet sauces, lettuce, tomatoes - the list is large! I've not tried their other offerings but burgers are clearly the customer favorite. Wish that the interior was freshened up as its a bit tired but the food is still first rate. If you like a good burger you need to try this place!

Ate for lunch with a group problem is my hamburger was really in one or two minutes bad news is that it was obvious it had been precooked and sat for some time Very much a left over dry droopy u appetizing meat. Folks were friendly and great to deal with food not so much

We love the burgers and huge fish sandwich! This place is like a subway of burgers because you can add the toppings to your meal. I would highly recommend if you want a burger or fish sandwich.

Good burgers at a good price. $10 for a cheeseburger with fries and a drink is a great deal! My husband had the grilled cheese burger and it was a bit more expensive but very good! They have a topping bar so you can dress your burger however you like with lots of options....they have onion slices or diced onions, leaves of lettuce or shredded lettuce, etc. There is also a bakery inside offering cookies, brownies, and ice cream. A great place for a family dinner.

I lived in Louisville for 5 years and I drove past this place so many times. I decided to stop today, absolutely the best burger in town. Staff are friendly everything is so clean and they were very fast. Definitely bringing more people here.

Got the half pound burger and it was delicious.Love all the add ons that they have.
